Example of thinking you are unable to do: I buy 6 quad cores wholesale and get one free. I sell the 6 I do not need on ebay at a competitive profit. Where as, you buy an off the shelf mac for $2500+ that you cannot upgrade and is still inferior to my pc.

BUT … if you’re looking for a legal precedent that would indicate that waterboarding is illegal, turn your eyes to Texas and the 1983 conviction of a sheriff (10 years in prison) and his 3 deputies (4 years each) for waterboarding to get criminal confessions. Prosecuted by the Reagan DOJ, denied a pardon by W. The case was conveniently ignored by Yoo and Bybee in their memos.
