Keith Marshall dazzles teammate: ‘He shook two people … both fell down’

ATHENS – Linebacker Christian Robinson’s enthusiastic account of a play in a recent practice probably will heighten Georgia fans’ anticipation of freshman tailback Keith Marshall’s debut Saturday.
“Keith put a move on somebody the other day that I hadn’t seen in a while,” Robinson said Tuesday. “He shook two people, and they both fell down. That’s pretty special to me because I haven’t seen somebody just blatantly fall down because someone did a move on them.
“Literally, he was untouched. He was running in the middle of the field and made two guys fall and then outran somebody to the pylon. That type of talent, I haven’t seen that in a while. … I’d like to see that in a real game. I think that’d get people excited.”
Robinson said the last Georgia player with “that type of juking ability” was probably wide receiver A.J. Green.
Robinson had high praise for Georgia’s entire tailback group, which also includes redshirt sophomore Ken Malcome (the expected opening-game starter), freshman Todd Gurley and senior Richard Samuel (who also plays fullback).
“We’ve got a lot of good running backs,” Robinson said. “They’re all different. They all have their unique running style.”
A senior, Robinson said he has been impressed with what he has seen from the Bulldogs’ overall 2012 recruiting class.
“This freshman class is very solid,” Robinson said. “… I think this group is way farther ahead than a lot of groups in the recent past.”

I sure hope that our Offensive Line is opening holes but , I’m sure the Defense is only playing at 70% so nobody will get hurt. The worst think a team can do is hurt their play makers before the season even starts. All of those questions will be answered after we play Missouri so why speculate. It’s not the 2 freshmen RB’s I’m concentrating on, it’s the O-Line. We can have the best 2 RB’s in the nation running the ball, but if the line is not opening holes up for them it does not mean squat. Mizzou will give us some kind of idea where the team is heading. The sc game will tell us what kind of team the Dawgs will be this year.
