@ a Tampa Gator I think you are correct in that UGA will be strong in the comming years. I also think that the East will be back even with the west in 2 to 3 years the cycle will go around and the tide ( no pun ) will turn. I don’t think Tenn. or FLA. will stay down long He!! this is the SEC. As always GO DOGS & GATA AND BEAT LSU

Is fish fry going to go to Ole Miss, Kansas, or Ill. I can’t see him sticking around here and getting stomped every year. I wonder how that “perception on the SEC” is working out for him, and Dabo, and Wake Forrest. Maybe the UF game had a little edge but these other were sound beatdowns.

Deano, that score has as much chance of occurring as the reverse does. I’ll be surprised if either team wins by more than 10 points. The Dawgs’ defense is probably twice as good as Arkansas’. My take on the LSU-ARK game was ARK didn’t have enough defense to stop LSU. ARK got their noses bloodied and curled up into a fatal position the same way Auburn folded against UGA. The Dawgs would have beaten ARK as well.
Stay drunk all week dude… you’re going to need it come Saturday night.

UGA lost to # 7 and # 12. BS SC
There are no other ranked teams on either teams schedule, according to the BCS.
We dropped to # 14, dropping a spot beating a team who is NOT RANKED in the BCS; it also hurt that Auburn got beat too also NOT RANKED in the BCS. We are Free Fallin’ because we LOST to the only ranked teams we played and won over 10 teams in a row, not 1 of which is ranked in the BCS.
Then, we come in here and read drink the Kool-Aid : UGA is better than LSU.
LSU has beat better teams than we because we LOST our games.
LSU won their games.
It is not that LSU played a better schedule, which they did, but that we LOST our games and they WON their games.
LSU has 9 wins vs teams finishing in the top 10 the entire Mark Richt era, while Mark Richt has 3 such wins. In fact LSU has 3 such already this season while Mark Richt has none. This is because we LOST. And, because they WON.
LSU has played the # 3 SoS while our schedule strength is # 43.
LSU WON against a TOUGHER SCHEDULE than us, while we LOST against an easier schedule by FAR than LSU.
Still given the great discrepancy in how hard their schedule and how easy ours, look at the stats rankings again and tell me statistically and factually we are better than LSU. Try that one on me 1 more time.
We are # 114 in punt return defense and LSU is # 4.
We are # 95 in kick-off return defense and LSU is # 41.
We are # 70 in fumbles Lost and LSU is # 1.
We are # 57 in Red Zone Offense and LSU is # 3.
We are # 73 in Sacks Allowed and LSU is # 13.
We are # 62 in interceptions thrown and LSU is # 1.

So, we play Nebraska in the Outback Bowl reserved for the # 5 team in The SEC. Who do you play ? In what bowl game ? You’ve lost 6 bowl games in a row. Paul Johnson has never won a bowl game for you. You haven’t won a Major Bowl since 1955. Your only National Championships are ranked # 1 by the VERY SAME POLLS who have ranked UGA # 1 NC 6 times, too. The difference ? UGA actually has a CONSENSUS NC, something Georgia tek, ON NCAA PROBATION IN FOOTBALL back-to-back REPEAT OFFENDERS never has done.
There is never a reason to be a DISNEYdawgs.com poster any more than there is a reason to go on blogs and discuss Georgia tek in football. At no point in the game, was there 1 Georgia tek fan who felt like you would win the game against UGA.

We lost another great coach last week, when Spec Landrum passed away. Was at Tech for 13 years, at Georgia for 5, and Athletic Director at Kennesaw State. Celebration service at Stillwell Theater on Kennesaw Campus 7 pm Wednesday the 30th.

Thomas Brown .. err .. 11-3 (hard to tell the difference some times but I think they may be one in the same), you keep ranting this thing about only 3 wins against teams that FINISH in the top ten. Is it possible (I know it is so this question is purely rhetorical), that many of the ranked teams CMR Dawgs have beaten were in the top 10 when they BEAT them and that loss dropped them from the top 10? Yeah, it’s out there. With all your Thomas Brown stat collecting, feel free to put that one up there.

I love it .. here is a list, in order or when we had to listen to it, of the crap that was uttered by trolls, fair weather dawg fans, and people pretending to be dawg fans but were really trolls:
1. “CMR should be fired” .. not gonna happen, especially now
2. “Georgia will go 7-6 this year if they are lucky” .. in a GT fan’s dreams
3. “Can’t beat MSU again, can’t beat UT in Knoxville with Tyler Bray at QB” .. done
4. “Can’t beat the Gators” .. Whatever
5. “Aaron Murray can’t beat a team with a winning record” .. Florida when we played them had one, so did Auburn, so did Georgia Tech
6. “Aaron Murray can’t beat a ranked team” .. see the last two teams in number 3
7. Georgia has a weak schedule this year .. the unbiased S.O.S. rankings say otherwise but, who cares, they keep winning and no one breathes a word about Houston being in the top 10
8. “CPJ’s triple option will run over Grantham’s defense” .. they got their yards, but the location of the W is what counts
9. “Can’t beat LSU” … so here we are now. We shall see. LSU is a great team, but to give what will be a healthy Dawgs team no shot at winning that game is just wishful thinking. Any team with a great defense will always be in any game against any team.
10. “Your bowl game/city will suck” .. grasping at straws now trolls.

11-3 Tech beat Pittsburg in the 1956 Sugar Bowl so your statement re Tech’s not having played in a major bowl since 1955 is incorrect. They have played in the Citrus Bowl and the Gator Bowl a couple of times since, including a game against Notre Dame, which they won.
Incidently I saw the puppies play Penn State in the 1982 Sugar Bowl, They lost, even with Hershel,
