Weed to some young folks and even folks my age from the 1960s look at weed as nothing but recreation. I disagree strongly because it is illegal or used to be, plus the stigma of it all.
I have a sharp, well paid, well educated relative that now lives out west with a mega firm and he does weed like some folks my age enjoy Pinot Noire.
These jocks know that they a replaying with fire ……………if they are tested and get caught, they could eventually get dumped. It is in their contracts folks. Same with my relative at his place of bidnezz.
Oh well ………………. live and learn.

I don’t get the uga fans “well this happened at LSU, and that happened at Auburn, so we can do it too” crap. See how far you have allowed the University of Georgia to slide into the cesspool. All because of football and a coach you think is just dreamy. Makes me sick.

Any kid under minor age or in college has to be honored with confidentiality, I believe.
Lawyers establish the ins and outs of any lab tests and publishing the findings with schools and in the workplace. Frankly, a coach would not get to even handle the sample cup or be there when it takes place. A RN professional nurse or a MD would do all of that.
The sample and the findings would be “sterile” until the analysist has finished and published it to the authorties. To suggest improprieties …………. you would have to have MDs and RNs and Techs RISK ruining their career. Won’t happen, fools.
Most of you here are probably 17 or 19 and never left home or never left your mom’s pc and her bag of nachos and urange drinks.

I have noticed that the haters are completely ignoring the sensible posts regarding these incidents. They just keep spewing how we should be prestine, shiny and white as a sheet. Problem is, those programs don’t win like those same posters want them to. It’s just a fact gentlemen. It really does matter to programs if you can run like a deer, knock down a brick wall or throw a football through the eye of a needle even though they have to put up with a few indiscretions.

As someone who is a fan of UGA Mark Richt, while no longer is a uga fan because they backstabbed Mr. Damon Evans, i want to say that Mr. Richt did right. By letting the TBs play he won the game. Coach Mark Richt has a wife, children and bills to lay. There was a possibility that if he lost the UF game that some very stupid ignorant alumni would run their flapping mouths again. These idiots at UGA would call the sports radio stations and tell everyone how stupid Coach Richt is. Instead he won the Florida game, his wife is happy, his children are eating and he keeps his job for another year. If I was coaching UGA I would do the exact same thing Coach Richt did and tell the alumni and media I won the game and I still have my job and i make more than you do. The only people who say anything is the Florida fans I know who feel they gat beat by a cheating UGA. And Florida should use this loss to UGA as motivation for the 2012 Football game and tell their players that we cheated them out of the game so as motivate their players. This game was good for Mr. Mark Richt and his family, the Bulldog Football Team and for UF and Mr. Damon Evans. . The only loser in this game was the intergrity of UGA which had none anyway. We like Coach Richt and we pray for him and his family. He is a excellant coach.Fire patrolman Mark Cabe!

Bag ‘em for two games…sure it’d hurt the team by not having them for the UA game, but it’d clear up all questions about who knew what when…UGA is a RB from being a complete team…IC is a good RB, but sure doesn’t act like much of a teammate…selfish is as selfish does…start being tough and problem players will be going start going to other schools…run a clean program and mama & papa will be sending their kids to UGA, continue on with the FSU template and you’ll keep attracting riff-raff

To hell with concentrating SOLELY on the drug test! If that were the only issue, I’d say “Do the time and learn!” How ’bout take a lick, quit shakin’ the dreads, don’t quit on the team, and try screwing up only 23 (instead of 24) hours a day! And by the way, don’t talk that crap ’till you earn it! If he ever (and now it is doubtful) makes it to the NFL and tries that on Ray Lewis, who will be playing when he is 55, he’ll get smacked so fast the Good Lord will have to hear about it on the evening news!
