here’s the truth folks. The SEC was down (other than LSU) when Richt was winning his titles. Makes me think that ponzi donnan could have done just as good had he stayed.
Richt has everyone blinded by the cross….and his lilly white appearance. If you read what he says and how he acts, you realize that he is a master politician passing out koolaide. I find it funny that McGarity had a meeting with the police to figure out how to cut down on arrests. Where was Field goal jesus while this was happening? Passing out bibles to people in grass huts, no doubt. And now that his job is on the line, he is “allowing” a reporter to accompany him on a mission trip and also being “tougher” with his players. Meanwhile his staff can get an injury report straight.
He’s got everyone fooled. Good thing that we judge football coaches by their W-L records…..

Shannon Brown. a 6-4 inside LB who is currently at Georgia Military Academy will not attend Alabama as he did in February. He was one of the nation’s most heralded defensive recruits and has now decided to go to GEORGIA. Information on this will break in a few months but I wanted to go ahead and give everyone some Good Friday news! Because that’s all I have…. The rest is crap like Rambo being suspended and B Smith in a cast with a broken foot. That news in NOT good. I have been telling you people for months that Damien Swann will be the first “Dream Teamer” to start and it looks like I will be correct as usual. Damn I’m good!!!!!

I like Pollack and respect his knowledge of the game of football, but there is something he said that I can’t agree with, and I’ve heard him say it before…”It’s happening at every school.” in regards to players getting illegal benefits. It might be happening at all SEC schools, wait, I take that back, it’s probably not happening at Vandy. It might be happening at all the “football factory” schools that constantly bring in kids to do nothing but play football, with no intentions of having the kids be true student athletes. But it’s not happening everywhere. There are plenty of schools with ethical coaches and administrators who still try to uphold the first mission of the university, which is to provide an education to young people. It is happening in a lot of places, way to many, but it’s not happening everywhere.
So did Pollack take illegal benefits while at UGA?

For some reason recently Sanders Commings has moved into the #1 safety spot with Shawn Williams. It’s like Rambo just disappeared. Then I heard he was suspended for the first game it just wasn’t announced yet. All of a sudden we are kind of puny in our defensive backfield.
I hope the kid that is deciding later today between UGA and USCe is watching this story because that is how fast things can change in this league. One day you think you have depth and the next day you have none. USCe is lying to you when they say you will be buried under out depth chart. It is a lie.

They were friends growing up and even played on the same youth football team and them played together on some great Dawg teams.
