Wonder how AJ Green feels about the missed opportunity of becoming an All-American? There is always next year, AJ!

If Blackmon or Broles go early to the NFL who has them going ahead of AJ?

How many of those wide recievers would you rather have than AJ Greene, and don’t give me any of those character issues. Look at the first team QB.

By the way, has anyone sen Brandon Spikes lately?

I don’t think any sane person is really questioning A.J.’s character in general from just that one mistake, certainly not any NFL scouts. In terms of draft status, I’d be shocked if any WR is picked before A.J.. Every “expert” I’ve heard believes him to be the most polished WR out there in terms of skills, and with enough natural physical ability to be a top-5 pick.

I’m not a UGA fan, but there’s no way that AJ isn’t the first WR off of the board. I think Houston goes int he first two rounds. He can play in either a 3/4 or a 4/3.

How did Butler make it? He was close to great in 09, but was not too good this year. And those girlie looking football pants he wears makes him look silly.

WHOEVER voted a UGA player as an All-American needs to be checked for the latest mental illness out there! Obvioulsy they didn’t watch any of the games and just went off of statistics. This season was a Horrible and I mean Horrible excuse of a team and individuals make up a team. Sure, good individual seasons, but All American, give me a break. I say no allstars whatsoever and I AM a DAWG FAN!

AJ Green in 1st team? really?

Remember Jamarcus Russel (too lazy)? Vince Young(mentally immature)? Mark Leinart(playboy)? Andre Smith (too lazy)?

Do you really want them on your team?

How in the world did Josh Jasper not make any of the teams? He is tied for the nation’s lead in FGs made, is LSU’s pooch punter and has nailed several inside the 10 and has made several fake kicks for first downs including a key one on the last drive to beat Florida.

Mel Kiper has AJ as the 3rd best prospect overall I see AJ going 10th in the draft if he goes and I hope he wants to come back and win an SEC championship because if we can get him back and John Jenkins(6-4 350lbs) from JUCO in here we will be looking good because he will shift Tyson and Jones to DE there natural position in the 3-4 and we will get more production from them. IMHO

A.J. that was a very expensive jersey you sold. You got robbed. Four game suspension resulting in your not being considered for All-American honors which you surely would have won had you played the entire schedule. Drew Butler was fantastic in 2009, only decent this year. Guess having that name recognition really helps. Do you think daddy Kevin will start being more honest about the Bulldog’s performance once Drew leaves?

If AJ played for one of the media darlings (Ohio State, USC, Florida, etc.) he would have cracked the All-American team. True story.

Irregardless of AA “snub”, AJ should be the 1st WR selected in the NFL draft (barring injury or poor Pro Day &/or combine performance).

I have spent 0 time on Auburn and Tech blogs, but I am guessing they must suck since those fans always feel the need to bask in the reflective glory of UGA nation. Have fun in Shreveport/being stripped of your 2010 BCS championship in 2014.

A J Green is not a bad young man at all…..no character problems. He is just stupid if he truly did not know it was against NCAA rules to sell his jersey. At the very least he is very guillable and uses poor judgment.

I feel that GT is headed in the right direction.
CPJ has use running a more balanced offense, and the defense is much improved.
Just because UGA has won 9 out 0f 10 from us means nothing.
We only care about the ACC games and beating quality programs.
Look at GT’s schedule, if we had played in the SEC we would have won the EAST this year.
