Florida’s Meyer: WR-RB Rainey will play against Dogs; K Sturgis out

Florida wide receiver/running back Chris Rainey will play Saturday against Georgia, Gators coach Urban Meyer said at a  news conference in Gainesville, Fla., tonight.

Rainey is likely to split his playing time 50-50 between slot receiver and running back, Meyer indicated.

Also tonight, Meyer said running back Jeff Demps, who has been bothered by a sprained foot for the past five weeks, is making progress and will play against Georgia. But Meyer said placekicker Caleb Sturgis will not play after aggravating a back injury.

Rainey has not played since his Sept. 14 arrest on a felony charge of aggravated stalking for allegedly texting his former girlfriend, “Time to Die [expletive].” The charge subsequently was reduced to misdemeanor stalking as part of a deferred prosecution agreement, and Rainey was reinstated to the Florida team on Oct. 11. He did not play in the Gators’ Oct. 16 loss to Mississippi State, but Meyer said last week that Rainey would be eligible to play against Georgia if he met the conditions of his reinstatement.

This is hardly a surprise. Urban _has_ to beat UGA to save the season. Richt has to beat Florida to save our season…we just don’t have any more felons to put back on the team. You have to hand it to Richt for throwing out the trash earlier this season.

I don’t give a rats behind who plays, if we play like we are capable of playing we will win. John Wooden never scouted his opposition, he simply worked on putting the best UCLA team possible out on the court with the mindset of just play UCLA basketball and we will win. He done alright with that strategy.

Really?…..

What Robin Willimas joke are you referring to?

Navydawg….

Rainey met the requirements of the University, the Florida coaches, and the Florida players (who know the real Rainey and you don’t) on the team. He plays…get over it and don’t cry about it if you lose on Saturday either. No one in Gaineville or in Gator Nations is ashamed….disappointed in what Rainey did….but not ashamed that he has worked hard to earn his way back on the team to once again play. Are you ashamed that Caleb King is playing this weekend? Maybe Richt should have suspended him for 3 games instead of 2 so he couldn’t play against the Gators?

UGA Forester…..

Rainey is NO joke! He IS very talented….although he hasn’t done very much at Florida, he is still capable of carrying or catching every ball he touches into the endzone from any place on the field. But he is also capable of fumbling every ball he touches or run the wrong route of run into the wrong cap on running plays. But…you are right…Demps is far more dangerous…but he is still only about 80% healthy….which is unfortunate for the Gators.

You all make fun of Tebow crying….but you are the biggest bunch of criers in the world!

Glad Urban did the right thing! Looking at the Whole FACTUAL situation and listening to the 911 call which first thing the sister said “it was not an emergency” Games suspended and other community involvement plus counseling — right call. I laugh at all these hypocrites that state what would Urban do if his daughter? I mean really What we they do if it was their son??? They’d be screaming for him to do community service and be put back on the team because My Johnny did not mean it and no physical violence… 21 years made big mistakes in the game of love and hopefully, he has learned a lesson. No win situation for Meyer or Richt in that matter because I believe Richt would have handled same way.

Happy!….exactly. So would have every other major college coach in the country. Rainey is no Jamar Hornsby. He had never been in trouble in his life before the emotionally stupid call he made…which his girlfriend has completely forgiven him for making. Georgia fans just want to cry and prepare themselves with excuses if they lose. If Florida loses, which they might, it will because Georgia was a better team on the field…and not because Caleb King played, or a ref made a ball call, or because the game was played in Jacksonville, or because of whatever….but that is exactly what you will be hearing if Georgia loses…and a lot worse….like…”Fire Richt, now!” Meyer is still one of the best coaches in the SEC…win or lose Saturday. And Florida is still one of the top 5 programs in the country…win or lose Saturday. Richt and Georgia are neither. Go Gators.

Sturgis being out could be HUGE. He can hit from beyond 50 yards, though he’s no Blair Walsh. He’s a much better kicker than Henry when it comes to field goals. For Georgia to win they have to be able to run the ball and don’t play too conservative. I have a feeling this will be like the 07 game, except lower scoring. By that I mean I expect both teams play a close game with UGA pulling it out in the 4th quarter.

You are going to compare King to Rainey, alright, whatever floats your boat.

Dawg fans should not be concerned about UF reinstating Rainey. Honestly, that’s a “them problem.” Urban is the one who is putting himself and his university at risk. I’m kind glad the kid is back on the team because I know that its only a matter of time before that kid screws up again. This decision will blow up in their face, the same way the decision to go with Brantley instead of Newton. And no, Cam was not kicked off the team he transfered.

He had to earn his way back by meeting all his legal requirements, perform at a high level in academics, earn the respect both off and on the field of his coaches and players….work his tail off on the field…be sqeaky clean in the community…..meet a series of standards in relationship with the girl….including meetings of the coaches with the girl and her family…and they gave the go ahead to put Rainey back on the team….and they are the parents and the person who received the call. If they are for Rainey…I have nothing against him…as long as he met the requirements and earned his way back….and he did. End of story.

RomeDawg mentioned Wooden not scouting the opposition. Years ago, an SI article about UCLA had an anecdote illustrating what you said. UCLA was playing Minnesota, and Keith Erickson was assigned the task of guarding his Minnesota counterpart. Erickson said it did not take long to realize this guy was a great player. He was lighting Erickson up. Erickson said, “We had no scouting report on Lou Hudson.” (For you younger readers, Hudson is an all time Atlanta Hawk great.)

Hey Tampa Gator, Caleb King was suspended for not showing up in court for a speeding ticket. He wasn’t suspended for making threats to KILL someone. If Rainey had been at Georgia, his butt would have been kicked out of school. What a thug!!!

Tampa Gator you have been busy tonight! Whoever plays from your team or our team doesn’t matter. The facts are that the players will be players. They are just a spoiled cross section of society as a whole. The good news for UGA is that they faced this offense 3 times this year. It could be a good game, or a UF blowout. I really don’t have a feel for it this year. UGA has as good of talent as they ever have had, and so does UF. Both coaching staffs have struggled this year with new QB, and defense changes. My thought on suspensions are the coaches know what they are doing! I’m sure that we don’t know all of the details on the Rainey deal, and unlike UGA which has to perform under FOIA requests, UF doesn’t. UGA had two players like this, Richt kicked them both off of the team. UF has continually sought to Rehab these players on the field. Who cares at this stage. My pick for this game is UGA 38, UF34. Florida will come out in an option attack of some sort. That is my guess.

There’s definitely a big discretion between King’s arrest and Rainey’s. And I’m not just saying this because I’m a Georgia fan. Last time I checked, death threats were pretty good grounds for being not only kicked off the football team, but expelled from the university.

I’m just happy that Meyer held this thug out for so long. The “suspension” he gave Pokey Spikes for trying to blind Washaun Ealey last season was outright offensive as it displayed the utter lack of respect he has for his opponents.

I’m amazed (but not at all surprised) that Florida fans have the nerve to call Georgia players thugs without looking in the mirror. I just know I’d rather cheer for kids who get arrested for underage possession and missing traffic court dates than kids who try to blind opposing players and threaten to kill their girlfriends.

Tampa Gator,
Domestic violence is not always told by the person that suffers it, they always believe the person when they tell them they will never do it again. But that’s BULL, when they get away with once it happens over and over again. So you should really leave a subject you have no idea about. Domestic violence is a hidden thing and until someone stops it goes on………………………………, because it is hidden. Women are not put here to be push around by men. What would you say if this happen to your daughter. So until you have walk in these women shoes and been through what they have, maybe go to one of the shelters that these women and children are at and see what you think you know. No human on this earth is put here to be threaten by anyone. This is not about football, it’s about getting away with threatening some one life. The Fla fans I know do not think it’s right. So I guess you think it’s okay for kids to Bully other kids until they kill their selves, just as long as they can play.

I love football and I am a true Bulldawg fan, but I will never believe that it’s okay to threaten a woman life or anyone life. It is just WRONG AS HELL

TampaGator..you get so mad when people disagree with you…why so angry all the time…as far as Rainey, i think Meyer will lose a lot of respect from some people and that includes some gator fans…Comparing what King did to Rainey…well you know what the answer is and you know there is a huge difference…if you want to compare…lets take what our QB Mettenberger did which is similar as it was violance against a young woman…now he didn’t threaten her life with a text message..but he did put his hands on her inappropriately…was he a good kid that deserved another chance…yes, but not at uga…Coach Richt did what had to and adding to the situation was that the young man’s mother worked in the athletic office…now Rainey’s situation only involved threatening her life…i’m not aware of any physical violance…does he deserve another chance…yes…should it be at Florida…i wouldn’t think so…but Meyer saw differently…is he right..i don’t know, but from the outside looking in, i think he will lose alot of respect from and believe it or not many will be gator fans…Neither school can be proud of the off field issues…Coach Richt at least has made an effort to change things going forward….and no i don’t mean “0″ tolerance, but i believe you will see few and far between for second chances, especially if its DUI or any kind of violance…King’s was not that type of offense…i don’t know maybe we are being too hard on Meyer…it will be interesting to see how this works out…but reading some of the comments not only here but on some other media sources..some respect for Meyer is being lost…but a win with Rainey in the lineup may cure some of that…go dawgs

I have to disagree with you on this one. None of my Gator friends or my family wants to see Rainey back this year. Most of us felt he should have had to sit the remainder of the year and earn his way back next season, if it all. I don’t think it’s desperation from Meyer, just a bad decision that does not reflect well on the university. He’s paid to make those decisions and I’m not, but it’s my right as a Gator to disagree.

Chris Rainey dated the lady who told the Judge she was not and is not afraid of him. She thought that she could say she would not press charges. This state case is a long way from over.

Zach Mettenberger’s case is over. Guilty 2 counts SEXUAL BATTERY of a woman he never met.

He didn’t tell the girl what he was going to do, as Chris Rainey; he DID IT. 1 is assault. The other battery.

For 4 months we all told CMR that there were 4 eye witnesses who said this. Instead, CMR allowed Zach Mettenberger to not only stay on the team, but practice in all the Spring Practices AFTER. CMR knew all this and waited until Zach told him he was pleading guilty to 2 counts sexual battery before he kicked him off the team. I said Zach should have been playing QB vs Okie State his 1st year here, not redshirted.

Montez Robinson battery beat up his girlfriend. CMR kept him on the team. Montez Robinson then beat up her car. CMR suspended him the first 2 games of this season against La Lafayette and South Carolina. He then beat her up a again at McWhorter Hall, repeatedly picking her up and flinging her to the floor again and again picking her up and slamming her to the ground. CMR then kicked him off the team.

Both were Top 10 Recruits Nationally at their position according to both Rivals and Scout.com

Michael Lemon was at an apt party. A lady there, who said she was not dating Michael Lemon at the time, was talking to a guy in the parking lot. Michael Lemon beat the student to a pulp, disfiguring him. Battery. CMR had had us all mail in our monies for Michael Lemon and his brother, desribed as street people.

Michael Lemon is a top 10 recruit nationally at his position too.

Zach Mettenberger will play at LSU or Alabama we are told. Battery.

To me this doesn’t have anything to do with if Rainey plays or not.We are way off the page as far as whether he plays in a football game.
I have two daughters and if anyone ever was to say to them ” time to die Bit**” , I would get a restraining order out on him and make my daughter realize that this guy not only doesn’t love you but is mentally off. A sane rational person just doesn’t say that to anyone let alone a girl that he loves. It doesn’t matter how mad you get or how much someone hurts you , your answer can never, never be a violent response. I can’t believe that this is taken so lightly by the girl friend, her parents, and the university of Florida. This was a WARNING , can’t anyone see that. He does 20 things in a month and all is forgiven. If working at the local abuse shelter for six month and attending counseling for six months along with other things like that wasn’t one of the 20 requirements , then Rainey isn’t even close to being ready to be around normal people.

Look at the Fl arrests (theft, using credit card of dead girl, felony stalking although reduced, etc)and they are much worse than the stupid things UGA got arrested for. You can’t compare what King did (not showing up 4 traffic court) to rainey (threat to a young ladies life). Meyer is playing Rainey because they have lost 3 in a row. I personally hope that Rainey does not see the field Saturday…but…if he does…I personally hope he scores 5 TDs (he is more likely to fumble 5 times) on your arses…..and the entire Florida team rushes onto the field every time he does. Go Gators.

….and…yes…what King did has no comparison to what Rainey did….as does the timing of both Rainey and King both coming back for this big rivalry game…which WAS my point. But you can irrationally sway my post anyway you want….by not reading accurately and overreacting completely…which is generally what many Georgia fans do on here.

…..Probably none of you have met and spoken for any amount of time with Chris Rainey. I have. I also have had the opportunity while spending a lot of weekends in the Tampa area over the years…to watch Rainey grow up playing football in Lakeland. I know the kind of person Rainey has been for years. One stupid, angry moment in time does not make him what most of you want him to be. First off the woman who Rainey made the threats to was asked why she didn’t want to press charges and she clearly stated that she has already been threatened by other people as well. Just goes to show she was already feeling heat not to press any charges. Any way you spin it, a lapse in judgement doesn’t clear this kid from playing. Opps I had a lapse in judgement and I texted my bos time to die. Guess what I don’t have a job anymore. As for he did everything the school asked him to do. Its been a little over a month. He was already in good academic standing so academics can be thrown out. Truth is Urban was going to let him play against Miss State but decided not to as he felt they didn’t need him.

What he did is inexcusable to me, but I do not make the decisions at UF. The entire situation infuriates me. I have a wife and daughters, and this entire hip hop culture of violence is alarming to most of us Gator and Dawg Fans.
I just hope it is a clean game for a change without any dramatics from either coach (i.e. useless time outs and dancing).

Yes it is your business. If you are a fan, alumni, cheerleader, contributor or anything else associated with the team then it is your business. The lack of accountability is what enables these kinds of things. And yes I know UGA has these problems too, but it appears that CMR and the McGarity regime is trying to put some clamps on it.

TampaGator: “And Cam made an innocent mistake by buying a stolen computer…and then did something irrational by tossing it out the window. But he committed no crime and is a wonderful person.”

If Cam was so “innocent” then when he saw the police why would he even think that they were looking for a stolen laptop? And if he didn’t know it was stolen why would he throw it out the window? And isn’t receiving stolen property a crime in Florida?

Allowing Rainey back on the team is only going to continue the unacceptable antics of some of Meyer’s players. Coach Meyer had a chance to send a strong message to the team had he booted Rainey off the team, but he obviously made a selfish decision which will probably haunt him and the UF program.

tampa gator, have you ever threatened to kill your girlfriend while you attended college? Did you have any of your friends or roommates or family members threatened to kill their girlfriends? Do you not fully understand Rainy’s actions were bizarre and could have been viewed as felonious by more a conservative-based judge. To compare Caleb King’s traffic violation to Rainy’s is bizarre on your part. I believe that you are smarter than that. Let this argument go. It is a loser for you on any level. Tampa Gator, King was suspended for 2 games for not paying a ticket and having a bench warrant. That suspension seems to fit the crime as far as I’m concerned. Rainey made death threats and agreed to plead to a lesser sentence in exchange for prosecution at a later time. They aren’t the same thing, you can’t win that argument.

I agree that GA’s arrests have gotten way out of hand but at least Richt is suspending these kids. Meyer had 2 players get in trouble for alcohol related reasons this summer but didn’t suspend them. The media reported that he praised those kids as “leaders”.

Also, Meyer said Rainey would play RB and reciever earlier this week IF he was allowed to play. Were we supposed to believe that Meyer hadn’t already made up his mind that he would play then? What a jackass.

I only care about the UGA program. Let Florida do what it wants. Meyer does not hold players to the same standard as Richt. so be it.that is his right if the school that pays him condones it.Dont like the abuse of women verbal or otherwise, but decision is made and Florida, Meyer and their fans have to live with it.

Prepare the Georgia team to play the best game that it can and beat Florida. dont and lose. Simple as that.

Mike Gator -

I have to disagree with one statement you made –

About UGA fans caring whats going on in Gainesville. I think you are wrong with that for the most part, sir, and disagree. We’ve had enough here to worry about. Trust me, the off field issues have been embarassing to all of us.

But so is this issue with Rainey. The only part that really concerns alot of us is why a kid that does something like this still has a scholarship anywhere. This news is much bigger than UF-UGA.

Unfortunalty, for as much as I respect Meyer’s coaching ability, I have lost respect for his character. I knew in my gut that Rainey would be back to play against Georgia, even after he was arrested and the details started coming out. And that’s ashame that Meyer would smear UF with this poor judgement.

I wouldn’t want it to happen to my school. Im ashamed of what’s went on in Athens already….

jtdawg; you are correct and rational. All the bes to you and your UGA brethren.
I have many UGA Friends, and we give each other a hard time for one week a year, but we try to be reasonable. Yes, the Rainey issue is biggger than the game. UF needs to take a serious look at the policy which allows students to participate in any university programs if they do something as stupid and dangerous as what Rainey did. It is bigger than football, basketball, etc. Allowing this sort of behavoir has cast a shadow on UF, and I am embarrassed. UGA has had problems, and I know that UGA has tried to fix them. Perhaps there is simply too much money involved in football programs and booster support to float Title IX non revenue sports which causes rational folks to make poor decisions.
I share your opinion about Coach Meyer. He had a chance to make a statement to his players in what he expects off the field, and he blew it. I fear that this will have adverse affects in the future.
Hopefully we have a good game tomorrow, and the stars of the game on both sides are kids who are a credit to their school who comply by the rules. Too many college football programs have knuckleheads who do not appreciate the opportunities they have been given simply because they are blessed with superb athletic abilities.

I don’t know why anyone is surprised. I understand why gator fans are happy and why Bulldog fans are upset but from the moment Meyer “reinstated him conditionally” on the team it was forgone conclusion he would play. CMR said they practiced and set up strategies as if he would so I am sure all this comes as no surprise for him either. Brantley is still the one throwing the ball so pressure him and Rainey the WR will have no ball to catch and Rainey the RB will have no lanes to run as long as the defense maintains their assignments and plays with the fire they showed with KY in that first half. It is a done deal with Rainey and nothing any of our complaining will do to change it. Is it wrong? IMHO yes but that is the history of Meyer so really no surprise.

As a woman, my ONLY problem with Rainey being reinstated has absolutely nothing to do with the game this weekend. So all of you gator fans who are claiming this is “our excuse” for losing tomorrow, you better get your towels ready. Rainey or not, we ARE going to win. I don’t care if he plays for Yazoo City Jr College, he should not be playing. That goes for any player who commits a felony. I can look over the underage consumptions because they are college kids, and this goes for any school, not just my beloved UGA, but I do believe they should get suspensions for such, just as CMR has done. If there is more to Caleb King than the traffic ticket, then I believe he should be removed from the team. I love winning, but not at the expense of others. Period.

As for comparing what Rainey did to “I stood at the door and told my wife, in a very angry voice, to get out forever”, give me a break. If your wife is like most of us, she probably thought, “whatever d-bag”. The situations are like night and day. Also people, quit forgiving it as a “culture” thing. Rap music, growing up in the hood….blah, blah, blah. Do you know why she recanted? I will bet a million dollars that I do.

We have a LOT of UF grad friends & family, just as we have a LOT from UT, UK, AU, Bama, LSU….the list goes on & on, but I can tell you this, ALL of our UF friends & family are very disappointed & quite angry with Oscar Meyer’s decision to reinstate him at all. They are also embarrassed that he did it for the UGA game to boot. The consensus from all of our friends (except the AU ones, because they love Cam whether he did wrong or not) is that college football & the joy of it is becoming sad. It starts with the high school level of these guys being given carte blanche, then they run it over into college. It has to stop & I am proud that CMR is finally taking control. As for caring about it happening at any other school & whether it’s “our business” or not, it IS. All of this has to stop.

So I’m not upset about Rainey playing because I think he will be a deciding factor for UF, it has to do with what he DID.

Anyhoo, just wanted to let you gaytor fans know that we are NOT coming up with excuses because we ARE winning tomorrow. Take it to the bank. Oh & while you’re at the bank, try not to rob it. ;-) All in jest before you start going ape crap on me.

Georgia girl, right on! Dawg Mike, yes sir! Ice Murray will be playing like a pro tomorrow. I have confidence in our guys & actually in the coaching staff. Shocking I know, but I believe it’s out of their heads & it will all be on the field tomorrow. The domination ends tomorrow!

Yep…I am a loser!

TX DAWG and TIMDBRAVE….and everyone else who can’t read with comprehension….I was responding to one specific post about bringing Rainey back just in time for the Georgia game and Meyer should be ashamed for doing so…and I wasn’t comparing the RAINEY legal issue with the KING legal issue!!! Obviously, what Rainey did was more serious in nature than what King did. I was comparing bringing back players from suspension just in time to play in a key game….I do not believe that was the case with either Meyer or Richt….I don’t believe Richt suspended King for just 2 games so he could come back for Florida. And I do not believe Rainey coming back has anything to do with Florida playing Georgia….heck…if that was the case….Rainey would have come back against LSU or Miss. State…which were more important at the time.

JTDawg…..Newton threw the computer out the window after he found out it was stolen. Witnesses who watched him buy the computer backed up his story about the innocent purchase….and no charges were ever brought against him. He admits that throwing the computer out the window was not smart and made him look guilty….but he wasn’t guilty of anything other than buying a computer that he later found out was stolen. And he did leave Florida for depth chart reasons…not the computer incident. He was welcome to stay at Florida but chose to go elsewhere because of Tebow’s decision to return for his senior year.

Bo…..Florida had one player who got arrested this summer for a DUI…(FRANKIE HAMMOND-WR)….and Meyer revoked his scholarship, suspended him for all of fall practice and the first 3 games of the year…(unlike the girl molesting ex-QB on your team who practice all spring after being arrested for his felony crime on a woman and I didn’t hear any DAWG FAN outcries for his head then…and he actually molested a woman…actually did it!!!!…not just threaten to do it)…and Hammond had to work his ass off to get back on the team. The only two players who were charged and convicted of felonies….Jamar Hornsby and Ronnie Wilson….were permanently suspended from Florida immediately…and that didn’t stop Houston Nutt from going crazy and signing Hornsby did it? Rainey was charged with a felony…not convicted of one. He was kicked off the team by Meyer immediately when he was charged….and only allowed to be considered to get back on the team after the charges were reduced….but he still served a 5 game suspension and had to prove himself to get back on the team. You don’t kick players off the team for first-time non-felony offenses. Richt doesn’t. Meyer doesn’t…and I would say that is SEC wide with that.

You guys can throw as many insults as you want at me….I don’t really care. I know Meyer always has the best in mind for his players and treats them with fairness and respect…as a father would…always. And I know…as all of the players on Florida’s roster and coaches know…Chris Rainey is a great kid at heart. He is not a potential threat to woman….he IS a potential threat to RUN HIS MOUTH what he should keep it shut. Everyone who knows Rainey knows that. None of you know him. I believe Mike Pouncey…Ahmad Black….and other Lakeland HS players who have known Chris Rainey all their lives…and they all say Chris Rainey is a great kid who says stupid things…has in the past…and has run his mouth to get into trouble with teammates. I fully believe he was being “stupid at the mouth…actually texting…with this girl…and she says the same. I believe it…and I have complete faith that Chris Rainey will prove all your judgemental b-holes wrong…and….like I said…I hope he scores 5 TDs on your tommorrow…but he will mostly like fumble two or three times in critical situations.

Leaving at 7 for Gainesville….and I might just stop and buy a handful of red panties to remind all of you of your PROUD traditions at the perfect UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA.

All I know is Mr Rainey would not be on the University of Georgia football team.

I sure hope our coaching staff has a credible game plan to beat a very talented team (in spite of the fact that they have lost three in a row)!

Maybe Bozo the Clown got left in Athens!!!

Tampa Gator you are classless in your latter comments about UGA. A bragger about life, delusional in your gator buddies do no wrong and have a deranged sense of reality showing extreme bias and lacking clarity in judgement. Other than that I am sure you are an okay guy. Go Dogs!!!

Yes,

If AJ Greene threatened to kill a woman, he should be kicked off the UGA team. It doesn’t matter who the player is. Speeding tickets, moped violations, missing class, selling a jersey for 1K, or underage drinking should be punished, but if AJ did anything like what is being discussed here, I wouldn’t want him playing for Georgia. I’m not saying I wouldn’t be bummed about losing him, but I’d tell him good luck in the NFL and don’t let the door hit you on your way out.

TAMPAGATOR,
You mean to tell me that Caleb King not showing up in court for a speeding ticket violation is on par on the morality scale as Chris Rainey texting a death threat to his girlfriend? Who are you kidding? THAT says it all about YOUR sense of morality, which apparently assumes that as long as a player can catch and run with great skill, he can be a scumbag of the lowest order and be totally acceptable to wear the blue and orange of UF, a truly great football program. What would TEBOE say about that? Coach Richt would have thrown Rainy off the UGA team immediately for such trashy behavior. Prepare to die on the gridiron today Lizard!

OK TAMPAGATOR,
I just read your long long response to all the UGA bloggers, and you do make some good points and sound a lot more reasonable that the first impression. You clearly can write, have the gift of making a convincing argument and love to win….. which is why I am betting that you must be a successful lawyer! All points taken, and Meyer is a great coach with a great program, great rivalries come from the pendulum swinging both ways over time…. and the time has come for UF to go down to UGA today. IF I were you, I would pray to keep it respectably close and not get blown out big time by this particular bunch of Dawgs!
