Really? I would have thought Idaho State’s fans would be chomping at the bit to fly across the country and watch their team get the crap beat out of them.

Destin Dawg…you are spot on!! Take the kids and have a great time in a great town.
Dap02…we don’t want you to come to our town!!
11Dawg…too funny!
Now, let’s let the “so called” Dawg fans on here to complain about CMR, Bobo, CTG, being timid, etc… We all knew we were going to take a few lumps with the new defense, young QB, etc… Let’s see improvement each week and what the coaches do to handle the situation. It will all take care of itself or someone will take care of the coaches. I believe the coaches will make the right decisions. Go Dawgs and can’t wait to be at the game this weekend! I will fly my UGA flags down 85 and over to Athens!

You “fans” who expect perfection, then not get it, only to go crapping at the mouth about your coach need to go be “fans” elsewhere.

Sure you can get perfection, but I’m not willing to sell my soul for it. Bama will get it again this year, but will then see Saban in a Dallas Cowboys shirt next year. I prefer stability and loyalty, which Mark Richt has proven.

Go Dawgs!!! True and through.

this article is such a JOKE! Is this news? “Tickets available for XYZ game”? Give me a break! I have been leaning towards NOT visiting this website for some time now becasue…. (1) The blogs suuuuuuuuuck. Way too much generic BS from generic BS fans. (2) The articles are a joke – nothing but stirring the pot 90% of the time. I do enjoy the Junkyard Blawg from time to time, though. (2a) there have been 342 articles about seats being available vs. directional schools weeks in advance to the game. This is a pathetic attempt to get hits on the website – proding UGA fans to suggest that they are ‘no longer selling out the games’ and that there must be something rotten in Demmark if the fans havent sold out IDAHO STATE two months before the GD game. My goodness the AJC scrapes the bootom of the barrel for crap like this. Enough is enough!

holy cow this was a UGA Sports blog that happens to be posted on the AJC, not an AJC blog. That being said, it should just be an article and not a blog. Who cares; the tickets will be gobbled up. Always have, always will.

Apparaently, Idaho State will not be interested in watching their team play a 5 loss SEC team that is cream filled soft!!

Can’t wait to see UGA’s new wrinkle they will add in Bobo’s PREVENT OFFENSE against Arkansas.

Idaho State should have insisted that Georgia pay airfare and lodging for their 2,500 fans to attend the game. If they want us that bad, make them pay. While even this year, Jacksonville will pay to fly the team to our game against Florida instead of the team’s usual bus ride. After we talks about alternate playing sites, they knew they needed us more than we needed them. I hope they have Hooter stews.

I’ve had plenty of good experiences in Athens, and it is a great college town, but please. I love the comments about bringing your kid to Sanford. Yeah, only if I want 80 year old ‘ladies’ in their camo overalls yelling obscenities the whole game, or the beautiful view of 500 tons of trash that litters Athens after game day that gets cleaned up by former Dawg athletes.

Steve -

I heard they are moving the tailgating to the Clarke Co. landfill so they won’t have to pay there ex-UGA players to clean up after the game. Times are tough.

@ destin dawg – Actually, it’s the nation’s #2 college town which was released a few days ago. Who was #1? Gainesville, Florida, Home of the 1996, 2006, and 2008 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!!

Go Gators! See you in Jax for another beatdown!

Does anyone know about where this seats would be located? I’d like to go but you get tickets on the 50 yard line for around 90 bucks on stub hub, so would it be more worth it to buy those or the 45 dollar ones from UGA

Tebow is gone this year and this UGA fan wants to know who is gonna step up for UF this year? Who is gonna step up and make a teary eyed speech after Alabama & UGA beats them? Who is gonna step up and cry on the sideline as the final seconds tick off? Who is gonna step up and have chest pains this year after those loses?

Why does Richt and Bobo play conservative and careful about a red shirt freshman QB and lose with him by not letting him become who he is and Saban wins a National Championship with their Freshman last year?

At least this is better than 2008, you can say it is a “rebuilding year.” 2008 – RANKED Number 1 PRESEASON. FINISHED out OF THE TOP 15 end of REGULAR SEASON.
