UGA football walk-on gets scholarship
ATHENS – Junior fullback Josh Sailors, a walk-on member of Georgia’s football team, has been awarded a scholarship.
Sailors, a graduate of Oconee County High School, has been a reserve fullback and scout-team member the past two seasons. A biology major, he twice has been on the SEC academic honor roll.
He is the fourth UGA walk-on to be awarded a scholarship this year by coach Mark Richt. The others are cornerback Chad Gloer, snapper Ty Frix and linebacker Reuben Faloughi.

I have several friends who are graduate engineers.. successful… very nice guys… but quiet, introverted, thick glasses… not really college Joe life of the party student athletes… not everybody wants to be a nerd…. who would want to go to a metro campus, crime.. no women ???? it’s just more fun in Athens !!!!
