Unranked in final polls for first time since . . .

So how long had it been since Georgia ended the season unranked in either the Associated Press or coaches’ final poll, as happened today?

The last time it happened was . . . 1996.

This season, victories over Georgia Tech in the regular-season finale and Texas A&M in the Independence Bowl did not catapult the Dogs into the Top 25 of  the final AP or coaches’ polls, which were released this morning.

The last time Georgia was unranked in either final poll was Jim Donnan’s first season as coach, when the Dogs went 5-6 in ‘96.

Since then, Georgia had been ranked in the final AP poll every year and in the final coaches’ poll every year except one (the exception being 2006, when the Dogs were unranked in the final coaches’ poll but 23rd in the final AP poll).

Before this season, Georgia had been ranked in the top 10 of the final coaches’ poll six of the previous seven seasons.

In today’s rankings, the Dogs were in the “also receiving votes” category of both polls. They received seven points in the AP balloting, ranking 33rd, and 13 points in the coaches’ poll, ranking 32nd. Georgia finished the season with an 8-5 record.

meh – doesn’t mean much. Since the season was already in the toilet, key points of focus like wins over tech and Auburn and a big bowl victory are the things that matter. Hopefully, an upgraded defensive staff will let us rebound in a big way next year.

This shows what the national press thinks of our program. I thought with a convincing bowl victory we would be at least number 25. This should be used to motivate the team for next year.

The reasons the dawgs can’t seem to beat the Gators is the truck salesman is always
1-2 steps behind Urban Meyer. The Gators lost 4 excellent coaches(they moved up to better positions, one a Head coach), they weren’t fired like those defensive wizzards at UGA.

A good question to ask of the schools ranked ahead of UGA is how many teams did they play who ended up in a bowl game? I know it doesn’t take much to be in a bowl game but the only two schools who did not go to a bowl that UGA played was Vanderbilt and Tenn. Tech. Let’s not forget a couple of things about UGA football, both good and not-so-good:
1) Their 13 seasons with 8+ wins per season is UNMATCHED.
NO team can make that claim!
2) Now let’s not forget that 2 years ago the Dawgs recruiting
was only slightly below the caliber of the Tide’s. Thus its
fairly obvious why this years teams barely won 8 games;
COACHING. CMR needs to get his stuff together and hire
good coaches to get these highly rated recruits to play up
to their capabilities.

Alabama……………………8 actual AP/BCS National Championships and 12 SEC Championships.

WOW……………………………..BAMA has more Titles and SEC Championships than the both you combined. That is hilarious.

UGA didn’t deserve to be ranked in the final polls. We were probably a 9-4 or 10-3 football team if our QB didn’t turn the ball over so much. He did so that is that.

We need to be excited about 10 returning starters on offense, a new DC that will teach fundamentals and can attack. Hope Richt can hire one!

The schedule in 2010 is really interesting.

Must beat SOS again at the coop
Must beat Arkiesaw at home
Must go on the road and win in cowbell land
Must beat UT at home(I hope Richt has this one circled)
Must beat Colorado on the road
Must beat UK and Auburn away
Must beat florida
Must beat Tech in Athens

With a new QB who will be a redshirt freshman, the road games will be the toughest.

Too Texas biased, few pro SEC comments. Kirk loved it when Texas started “shutting down Bama”, huh? Bama started running out the clock because Texas stunk. Once Texas made it close, Bama turned up the offense again, brought Ingram back in, finished them off with a 16 point victory at will, with a QB with cracked ribs and a back who had pulled muscles. McElroy played with cracked ribs, McCoy sat it out. What a joke.

ESPN even reported, during the game, Kirby Smart was to be interviewed by Texas Tech, which Texas Tech denied. Talk about anti-Georgia agenda.

I had some hope we might be able to eek in at 25 to keep our streak alive! That said, we didn’t have the best season so I understand why we aren’t ranked. Congrats Alabama on your NC! I will also give Tech props on their season even though I don’t think this makes them a national powerhouse as some of the fan base claim.

ESPN Out of Touch with Fan Base

January 8th, 2010
2:18 pm

ESPN is out of touch with their fan base.

Want to see proof?

Compare these 2 rankings, one influenced by ESPN’s biased reportings (AP Poll), the other by fans only.

In one Georgia DOESN’T EVEN MAKE THE TOP 25.

SEC teams are ranked low or unranked.

In the fan poll, Georgia is #14. SEC teams are ranked very high.

ESPN better be careful, if they lose their Georgia fan base, and lose touch with the SEC fan base, their college football ratings could reach an all-time low.

I am ticked, as an alumni, contributer and season ticket holder that our brand of play was this poor. Thought about that the entire time I watched the SEC Championship, Sugar Bowl and National Championship. I would say Richt needs to take stock. UGA does not have to win every week, but there is no excuse for not having a top 25 ranking EVERY year and there should be no team in the SEC or country that runs us off the field by some of the margins we’ve seen. Where did we lose the Junkyard Dawg defense? I am a fan of Coach Richt’s but enough is enough …

ESPN rules college football and they hate UGA. It is dumb that we are ranked as far back as we are. The BCS says play a tough non-conference schedule and we do. UGA had the 2nd toughest schedule in the nation this year and the toughest last year. I guess we need to play Tennessee Tech 3 times like Bama and Florida to be in contention. It is not worth playing tough games if you don’t get any respect for it. UGA should not be anywhere near the top because they were not a great team but we should be #25. Go Dawgs! Good afternoon Dawgnation!

Listen up boys and girls…the polls are out and they are what they are.

Let us not complain too loudly…we must reason with our brains not our hearts.

The truth is we finished with five losses. We are not in the top 25 and we shouldn’t be.

But all is not lost. We will be back in the Top 10 where we belong very soon. Before the 2010 season is over, we will be back. Believe it.

We don’t have to start out highly ranked, or ranked at all for that matter, to be the SEC champs next year.

Let Bama crow about their victory. They earned it. But their fans and Tony Barnhardt better quit smoking that silly pipe if they think we are not going to have a say about who wins the SEC this coming season.

The Gay-tors have fooled themselves into thinking they can just reload every year and keep winning.

Un-uh…nope…ain’t gonna happen this time. Their run is officially over.

Just wait and see how many starters and back-ups they wind up losing before January 15th. That “two deep at every position” is history.

Tennessee? They are definitely re-building. Between graduation, underclassmen jumping to the NFL and the Knoxville city jail population explosion, they may have to play 22 freshmen.

LSU? “Your such a blockhead, Charlie Brown!” Their QB is …um…er… how do I say it?…challenged?… in the area of decision making. And now they have no one to throw it to. Maybe Coach PJ can give ‘em a few pointers. And not even their coaching staff can manage a game clock, much less the whole game.

They embarrassed the SEC almost as bad as those Stricken Chickens from Columbia did during their bowl game.

Well I think that about covers it as far as league dominance is concerned. I’d say we are in pretty good shape comparatively speaking.

I guess I should mention the techies…wait…my Mama told me if I couldn’t say something nice…but… dang it!…nah…ain’t even worth my time.

2009 season is history. Dawgs will rebound and win at least 9 games next year. The defense was improved in the last two games but it has miles to go before it could ever be considered the Junkyard caliber. By looking at the physical stats of the recruits it looks like we might be short on beef. We’ve lacked a good pass rush the last couple of years and it has shown on the scoreboard. We lacked predator LB and DB’s. Few turnovers. In fact our offense has put us in terrible TO positions. So, realistically, there may not be that much improvement from a talent perspective.

Why in the **** are Tech fans still wandering onto UGA blogs and acting like they are good. We beat them soundly, a real men against boys beatdown. Then they lose their bowl game to Iowa? Not Texas or Boise State or Florida, but Iowa. One of the lucky teams that benefited from having 10 teams in the BCS instead of 8. Not a conference champion, not a powerhouse program, and with nobody on their roster most fans have ever heard of.

If I were a tech fan, I wouldn’t talk football unless I knew there were only ACC fans in the room. Tech was an extreme disapointment for their conference losing their two biggest out of conference games. Very nice representation of their conference.

Dawgs88

I don’t know what some of my fellow Dawgs fans are smoking but UGA hasn’t won a National Championship since 1980. I think Richt will make the turn around and win some SEC’s, but a National Champion head coach has yet to be seen. If Richt can get the defense straightened out and get some disciplined aggression on both sides of the ball then he can win a National Championship. It’s all about how he changes and runs the programs in the future.

You’re one big win this season was an UPSET of GT. If you played your season the way you played Tech, maybe you too would have been ranked. And will you please stop complaining about the LSU game! I think that running back from LSU is still running through Athens, and has not been touched yet. IF YOU WOULD HAVE TACKLED HIM, YOU WOULD HAVE WON!!! Good teams DO NOT lose those games. They also do not lose to Kentucky….at home. Problem that you UGA fans have not faced up to is that your football team is not as good as you think. And for the ‘ESPN is biased’ idiot out there….yeah I am sure the folks in Bristol, CT are shaking in their boots over a few trailer trash fans. What a loser. Fan poll? Oh, you mean the one that has Notre Dame #21? Yeah, that is a good poll.

UGA has not competed seriously on the national stage since 1980. I know, you have won 2 SEC championships, that is really impressive. Tell you what. Ask Alabama how many they have won.

And as for the final poll. There are more teams from the Big 10 in the top 10 then any other conference. But I guess the poll means nothing if UGA isn’t in it, huh?

Your first BCS bowl, ever, EVER, and you C-H-O-K-E-D!

Your first chance since 1990 to finish in the top 10 and you C-H-O-K-E-D!

Iowa tried to give you the trophy by pulling one of the STUPIDIST, most INSANE, most BONE-HEADED moves ever in the history of college football…a fake FG from the 4 yard line with a 3 point lead…and you C-H-O-K-E-D!

Hey ‘ugaaccountant’, there is a world out there besides the SEC. Obviously, you are not a college football fan. Iowa was #4 in the nation until Ricky Stanzi (their QB) got hurt before the Ohio State game. They played a freshman QB in that game, and lost in OT to the Buckeyes, which wrapped up another Big 10 championship for Ohio State. They went on to win the Rose Bowl and finished ranked #5 in the polls. Iowa finished 11-2 and ranked #7. And before you bash the Big 10, they finished with more teams in the top 10 then any other conference. If you remove Florida and Alabama from the SEC, who is left? So the argument that the SEC is the toughest conference in football is about as valid as UGA is a good football team.

Hope you enjoyed Shreveport, and have a happy irrelevant new year.

The poll rankings has become a political game, guys like Miles at LSU play the game. It’s not based on merit.

Just like the Heisman. It’s not REALLY the best athlete, it’s “the most popular ESPN athlete on the team ESPN ranks the highest”.

ESPN is ruining college football.

Kirk Herbstreit needs to really think that one through. Does Herbstreit really want to try and take away credit when Richt has earned it like 2002 & 2007 when Georgia is one of the most powerful teams in college football?

In 2008 UGA finished 10th, in 2009 they finished 13th and this year they are unranked. GT, on the other hand, finished 24th in 2008, 22nd in 2009 and 13th this year. These are trends that reflect the past 3 seasons, not a single game. I know you’re slow dawg fans but can you see the trend? Do your barking now dawg fans cause you’ll be wimpering before you know it. UGA has no chance of winning their conference next year and the GT game is quickly becoming the most important game on their schedule. College of Charleston beat North Carolina in basketball last week. Think that means College of Charleston is better? Of course not. Gettin up for one big game means nothing. I doubt you’ll understand that though. Just keep on taking credit for the accomplishments of OTHER SEC teams like you always do.

This is what I don’t understand. Auburn, although they weren’t ranked, is ahead of uga in “others receiving notes.” My question is, why? Auburn and uga had the same record. UGA beat auburn. In their final regular season game against top 10 instate rivals UGA won in a dominating fashion, Auburn lost a close game (grant it Alabama is much better then tech). Then in their Bowl game UGA stomped texas a&m that had one of the best offenses in the land and auburn did everything they could to lose the game, but barely won in overtime. It just don’t make sense and makes me question the polls integrity.

5) Their fans spew as many favorable stats as possible — Remember stats are for losers, losers.

I know the 2 teams had the same record, but UGA beat AU head to head. AU started the seson strong when they didn’t really play anybody early on, but then they lost a lot towards the end of the yr. “UNRANKED IN THE FINAL POLLS”

Tim Tucker, that is a LIE.

3 Polls 3 Final Polls have UGA Bulldogs ranked in the Top 25 at 22, 22, and 24.

UGA Bulldogs are ranked in Several of the Official BCS Polls Final Top 25 :

Number 22 Kenneth Massey Official BCS Poll Final Ranking 22 UGA Bulldogs.

Number 24 Peter Wolfe Official BCS Poll Final Ranking 24 UGA Bulldogs.

Number 24 Jeff Sagarin ELO-CHESS Rankings.

GA tek fans, did you get that ?

SAGARIN RANKS UGA BULLDOGS NUMBER 24.

SAGARIN ALSO RANKS SEC # 1 CONFERENCE, Big East 2nd, then PAC-10.

Where is the STINKING ACC GA tek fans ? Jeff Sagarin RANKINGS.

Remember ?

3-4 ACC Bowl Record

2-5 PAC-10 Bowl Record

6-4 SEC Bowl Record including UGA Bowl Win number 26 three have more.

Big XII ? Not even a Winning Bowl Record.

ACC and Big XII had a LOSING BOWL RECORD coming into this season.

ACC and Big XII BOTH still have LOSING BOWL RECORD.

ACC added to it.

Coach Richt and Rodney Garner have PULLED the scholarship OFFER to B.J. Butler a 3-Star undersized 240 lbs. Defensive End who has 4.65 speed in the 40-yard dash. He has committed to Charlie Strong at Louisville.

This opens up a Scholarship Offer.

Give it to Mack Brown.

Starting 1997, Mike Bobo’s brilliant Senior Season, UGA had been ranked every year for 13 Consecutive Years in the Final AP Poll. We had not been ranked every year in the Final Coaches’ Poll. There were other polls we had not made the Top 25 of. Frankly, we have had several seriously flawed, underachieving, and greatly disappointing seasons since the day DJ Shockley graduated with Honors from UGA following the 2005 Season and SEC Championship.

We have messed up in Recruiting.

We have had serious holes, demanding 4 and 5-Star Commitments, and have failed miserably at filling those glaring obvious holes. We have done this while we have instead stockpiled our 85 Scholarships at positions where instead we were already 5 Deep.

GLARING HOLES :

Defensive Ends, for example. Signing 5 in 3 weeks now will only make this WORSE.

Safety, for example.

Cornerbacks, for example signing only 1 a year for 5 consecutive years now.

Defensive Tackles now having only gotten 1 year 5 years in a row now.

Fullbacks after this up-coming season.

Also, it appeared obvious that we would have to move stockpiled receivers to defensive backs and failed miserably on that as well.

And, we should have long ago not waited until recently, moved stockpiled linebackers to Defensive Ends.

Of course, Coach Richt has had a real problem in his decisions of coaches’ on his staff, surrounding himself with YES MEN, buddies, college roommates, and out-of-position position coaches with zero experience at the position Coach Richt put them in, and not one coach on his staff with 1 single solitary day of NFL Coaching Experience.

He still doesn’t have 1 single coach with NFL Coaching Experience.

Not 1.

We did not play Knowshon Moreno, instead redshirting him, and therefore only got to see the best running back in UGA history over the last 25 seasons, 2 years. Very sad decisions, all of these.

We did redshirt Washaun Ealey, and then three-quarters through Game 5, ripped the Redshirt OFF Washaun Ealey. Another blunder in personnel for a brain trust that frankly has had way too many of these.

But, we have played a very tough schedule, and as I predicted all along, we have ended up outside the Final AP Poll Top 25, and outside the Final USA Today Coaches’ Poll.

There is nothing that you can do about that.

Playing Texas A&M who ends with a losing record 6-7 on December 28 in the Bowl Number 11 of 35 bowls, is not going to get you ranked no matter the 44-20 obliteration. And frankly the losses to not 1 but 2 unranked 7-6 teams who otherwise would not have had a winning record for 2009-2010, Tennessee vols and Kentucky Wildcats, sealed our fate, despite the win over Number 13 GA tek.

This gave us SEVEN (7) LOSSES to teams NOT RANKED in the Final AP Poll Top 25 in the Coach Richt Era.

We have to cut that crap out.

BAD LOSSES. 7.

Frankly, you can add the LOSS to GA tek 2008 to that list of BAD LOSSES too, although they barely did end up in the Final AP Poll Top 25 in 2008. But, they would NOT have, had they not beat UGA in 2008.

But, it is quite clear that Coach Richt has 7 Losses to teams NOT RANKED in the Final AP Poll Top 25.

Kentucky and Tennessee vols both at 7-6 at no point this season were going to end up in the Final AP Poll Top 25. How do you lose to such teams who otherwise would not have even had a winning record. A study of both teams shows that NEITHER KY nor the vols BEAT ANYONE.

And, they beat Coach Richt.

HOW DO YOU LOSE TO A TEAM LIKE THAT ?

BAD COACHING STAFF.

Also :

7 LOSSES to teams NOT RANKED in Final AP Poll Top 25 Coach Richt Era.

18-20 against teams Ranked in the Final AP Poll Top 25 Coach Richt Era.

I don’t have to tell you these are NOT the results of an Elite Program with Top Broyles Award Type Coaching Staff in the Coach Richt Era.

9 years, you don’t have 7 Losses to UNRANKED Final AP Poll Top 25 teams.

9 years, you don’t have LOSING RECORD 18-20 vs Final AP Poll Top 25 teams.

Coach Richt Era.

You don’t have EITHER of these absolute facts, and be Elite.

Your Coaching STAFF in total is to blame.

Coach Richt has done a SORRY JOB of hiring a Coaching Staff for him to be CEO over.

None of his entire coaching staff have ever coached in the NFL 1 day.

We pay him enough money that he should either take back over making play call decisions, which is his only claim to fame and why we hired him, or he has to hire an ENTIRE COACHING STAFF made up of current NFL Coaches.

Do I mind if he hires a Defensive Backs’ Position Coach from the NFL and makes him the Defensive Coordinator ? Oh, I think that is exactly what he must do.

He whiffed on Chavis last season, when I told him he had to go get Chief.

He didn’t listen.

A lot of that is the blame of the other UGA Bulldog posters, who had all these wild nasty statements they wanted to make about Willie Martinez ALL LAST SEASON, when they could have instead, gone past that on to the SOLUTION.

And, you were not unified what you wanted.

Congratulations though.

By doing what you have been doing for several years now, harping on just only Willie Martinez, you got him FIRED.

Coach Richt’s college roommate Willie Martinez FIRED.

It was a tough choice for an SEC Head Football Coach, who has said for years, that he would NOT be making ANY changes on his staff.

I told him he could either make wholesale changes to his coaching staff, or he could leave with the lot of them.

I pointed out our issues on Offense.

I pointed out our issues on Recruiting.

I pointed out our issues on Special Teams.

I pointed out our issues at DE and Safety and Cornerbacks.

I pointed out our issues with well over 120 suspensions by Coach Richt in his 9 years.

You ?

Willie Martinez sucks. Fire Willie Martinez.

Congratulations.

You got what you wanted.

Moreover, the real issue remains that Coach Richt has surrounded himself with YES MEN, and has 0 with 1 day NFL Coaching Experience.

Excuse me, Coach Richt SUCKS at HIRING A COACHING STAFF.

He has sucked at it for 9 years and counting.

He SUCKS AT HIRING COACHES TODAY JANUARY 9, 2010.

3 WEEKS AND 1 DAY before NATIONAL SIGNING DAY.

No Defensive Coordinator.

No Defensive Backs Coach.

No Linebackers Coach.

No Special Teams Kick-Off Coach.

No Special Teams Kick-Off Return Coach.

No Special Teams Punt Return Coach.

We have a former UGA wide receiver whose dad was a great tailback for us as Running Back Coach.

We have a former running back at UTC Chattanooga who then became running backs’ coach at several places including South Carolina, who is our Wide Receivers’ Coach.

We have an Offensive Coordinator who has never worked anywhere but at UGA (except 1 year as QB coach at Jacksonville State) who has never held the position of Offensive Coordinator anywhere in his lifetime. His play calls are BOOED LOUDLY by Sanford Stadium fans all the time.

All the time.

He gets in 3rd and long and runs the ball.

We have a Tight Ends Coach who can’t figure out that Orson Charles is our Best Tight End. This Tight Ends Coach is in fact a former Quarterback. God Almighty is all I can say. What the hell does a freaking QB know about Tight Ends ?

OR ANY OF THESE OTHER ALL OUT OF POSITION COACHES ?

Not 1 of them has 1 day experience coaching in the NFL.

That’s it for Coach Richt’s Coaching Staff.

There isn’t anyone else.

THAT STAFF has taken the Number 7 Recruiting Class we, the fans of UGA Bulldogs, have handed them.

And gone :

18-20 vs the Final AP Poll Top 25 for 9 years now.

7 Losses to NOT RANKED teams in the Final AP Poll Top 25 for 9 years now.

Don’t give me this B.S. this CRAP that all we need is a Defensive Freaking Coordinator.

January 9th, 2010
9:00 am

The final top 75 rankings mean nada, nothing. When UGA and other schools have been ranked # 1, it meant nada to the team ( s ) as they eventually lose and get demoted. It is not the rallying cry that we older folks might think. The only spot that really matters is the season and final top 10 status. . IF UGA plays well and if we win the SEC or even the SEC East, then the TOP 10 rankings will take care of themselves. Period.Top 20-25?? hahahahaha

To not win the East or the SEC Champ. then we end up with what we deserve. A minor bowl and a top 20-30 ranking. It does not affect my degree ( s ) from UGA nor my ability to earan a six figure $$$$ income for years and years. It does not affect my sail boat slip fees at Lake Lanier or my golf CC membership ( s ) in Alpharetta.

The final rankings are for the top 10 schools …….ONLY. When I was at UGA in the late 60s early 70s, we never, ever heard nor cared about the so called top 20-25 schools. They were then and now a joke.

Top 10 is where the money hits the road. This top 25 thing is a function of making everyone feel good about themselves and all ……….Obama stuff. Top 10 is the issue not top 20-75. HAHAHAHA

By the way, it tech in the top 10??? They were in the Orange Bowl …………right? Top 10???

B. With all due respect to Richt for his success I think the man has lost the fire in his belly to inspire coaches and players to win. Next season will be crucial for The Dawgs – but even more so for Richt.

C. Committed recruits making visits to other schools at this point is not uncommon.

D. Curran’s decision to stay to a very good sign for who may be the next DC.

E. The Dawgs seasonend unranked position is clearly a reflection of their entire season rather than the beatdown we laid on GT and TCU. When we have a coach that demands our goal every year is to be #1, then we’ll see it reflected in Asst Coaches and Players.

F. It’s going to be a long Winter, Spring & Summer waiting for next season!

The coaches and pro’s who vote do it because they are respected as knowledgeable in their field. They are not fans who think We Run The State. They know Rival games can go both ways and it does not mean any thing. We had a good year! It was a winning season! But not top 25, it was overall less than our in state Rivals. Congrats to them. We need to work harder and see where that gets us. We would be top shelf if we went 11-3. If the team and coach ever starts listening to the fans on here we will really be in trouble. We have an outstanding coach and Football program. But we are in a slide and it needs to be corrected. The staff in charge knows this and will make the changes they deem worthy to make us competitive in our conference again. ESPN is our friend they spout SEC 24-7, now we need to do our part. Give the team and Coaches room to improve. We know nothing about what it takes to run a Top 25 team, we just root on the home team. Rooting for the SEC is stupid , I pull for UGA and will never pull for UT,Bamma, or any other SEC team. If we were on top we would be telling them they suck, but since we are down and looking up at everyone else the dog nation yells Bamma and SEC!!. “STUPID”. I grew up telling Alabama jokes and would never pull for any one else other than Ga. What has Bamma ever done for any of you Ga fans? Get off our wagon and stay off. UGA died of multiple bee stings to the face. Paul Johnson told buzz if UGA annoys you too much, just sting him on the nose.

CONSIDERING HOW LONG MARTINEZ WAS GIVEN A CHANCE, IT IS NO SURPRISE THEY WERE NOT RANKED LOWER IN THE PREVIOUS YEARS. —– I AM CONSIDERING THIS MORE OF A RICHT RANKING THAN ANYTHING ELSE. UGA HAS TERRIBLY UNDERACHIEVED IN THE LAST 2 1/2 YEARS.

I think there are more yellow nerds on the blogs than at the games. UGA had an awful year by SEC standards. If you will recall we lost to Fl and Tenn. We were robbed by the officials in LSU game. These same officials were fired after the fl. game because of their stupidity. The other games OK state, Kentuky we absolutely gave the game away. We beat ourselves. GA is returning alot of talent and recruiting is really good. Look for a new attitude of smash mouth football from them next year. We are only losing the QB on offense and look what is taking his place. If UGA stays healthyand official free look to kick Tenn and FL butt. ESPN can rank them where ever they want but you can not deny a BCS game to the SEC champions. GO DAWGS sickem

Man I am so dumb, I forgot UGA killed us this year. We may be 13th in the final rankings but we still bow down to the DAWGS.
