Mark Richt seemed somewhat encouraged Sunday that wide receiver A.J. Green and safety Bacarri Rambo, both of whom missed the Kentucky game, might be able to play against Georgia Tech on Saturday.
“They’re getting there,” Richt said. “I’d say we’re pretty hopeful on both of them. I wouldn’t say either of them is a slam dunk right now, but hopefully by maybe Tuesday, we’ll have a real good feel.”
Green sprained a joint in his left shoulder and Rambo suffered a concussion, both in the Nov. 14 victory over Auburn.

Fabris needs to be stripped of special teams duty. CWM needs to be replaced. As much as I like Bobo and think he has a future, perhaps the SEC is not the place for someone to learn to be a coordinator. Maybe, just maybe, we need to hire coordinators with excellent track records as … coordinators.

All coordinators must go, Bowden did it a couple of times, and so does all the great coaches. CMR will step up and get the job done. However, the big money may force Adams to put all thier heads in a basket.

If you could take away three, maybe four plays, UGA would’ve won by 14 easily. The fumbled kickoff return to start the 2nd half, the two terrible interceptions, and the fumble at UK’s 1 yard line spelled doom for the Dawgs. Take those four plays away and UGA wins easily. UGA needs to learn more discipline re: penalties and with a new quarterback next year, hopefully the record will be 9 – 2 or 10 -1 at this time next year. Go Dawgs!

Hate to say this “Mr. Richt”, Tech gonna let you and Willie know ahead of time that they will “Run” not just left, right, or middle, but they will “RUN” a lot. If you don’t know that this is coming, then you should be coaching Div. II

1. Richt must make changes in the off-season. (Obviously.) If he does not, SEC champ. and at least in the mention for the NC is a must to save his job next year.
2. My wife even commented how Joe Cox always looks scared to death. If he is the best QB we have, what in the heck have our coaches been doing with the other guys all year?

we all talk about firing martinez, but bobo needs to go too..or at least demoted to qb coach. I like bobo, but he has had three years now, and he still is either predictable or inconsistant with the play calling.

CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THIS QUESTION???
If uga were to have made it to a bowl aftrer Jan. 1, 2010, would we have been able to play Murray or Metz, and it not affect the redshirt? Does the redshirt apply to the “year”, or the “season”? Thus could we have played them in the bowl without affecting their status?

So what if Rmbo and AJ play, their efforts will be squandered away by penalties, turn overs, and dumb a$$ play calling. No one on the D secondary can tackle, so the bees will be running wild to the end zone. Then, after the game we will hear the same reasons that we have heard all year. “The penalties and turn overs did us in”. Funny how the coaches stop at that point and don’t point out the fact that have they failed to correct these problems last year and this year. But keep listening, because CMR will ask the fans to stay with them and support them, while they embarrass all of the dawg nation with their thug like performance. F#@k’em, I am done with them….

joe Cox is selfish. he is he worst qb in ga history and if he is such a fine young man he should say coach I can’t get the job done. Also, Logan gray is never standing beside CMR like the Number 2 guy should be. He is not in the game mentally if he should get the chance. Red headed Joe must have something on CMR.

I hope it’s a good, tight game. Really. I hate it when UGA fans get surly and even more drunk, abusive and mean than they usually are. And I’m talking about IN THE STADIUM.
I already have more than my usual concern about their level of meanness and surliness, just based on the frustration level.
If you can’t handle it properly, DON’T SHOW UP.
P.S. I read Bill King’s Nov 22 blog a few minutes ago. That was the lowest-class cr*p I’ve ever seen. You should run that guy out of town – he’s a disgrace to parents everywhere and you do not deserve to have someone like that representing themselves as a UGA person.

Now that we have the face mask penaltyon our punter that cost us a first down and momentum, I can’t imagine what idiotic stupid decision the worst coached team in America will pull against GT. We need to hire Kentucky coach, the DAWGS were so outcoached and outclassed it was unbelievable.

Why in he!! is Richt immune here? As the plaque on Truman’s desk read, “The buck stops here”. He is ultimately responsible for this in all respects. I’d be glad to contribute to the Richt Buyout Fund. He has proved he has no managerial skills. I really don’t get this at all.

If we keep the score nearly as close as you guys think, I’ll be surprised. Since the Tech O is based on cadence, maybe they will be rusty. If not, and they are just rested, a 40 pt. spread is not out of the question. If we win, hope whoever paid Nesbitt to throw the game had that much money to burn….Hope I’m wrong – go Dawgs!
