20 yrs we have been losing to this team from the south. That is disgraceful. for a program with our history, pride, and honor it is just disgraceful. we not only need to win this one but need to put a string of wins together before we can have any sense of pride when it comes to that game. We are now begining to lose recruit because of this game. two of FLs best defensive linemen are from Ga. and before you say two of ours are from FL - both of them are better than ours. Mack brown just committed to FL and others are sure to follow. This really is a must win!

Time for a change: that flag against Vandy was because their player LANDED on our guy after he jumped, which is not allowed. Didn't you watch the game?

The last sentence should read:

You can count on it as a SEC policy decision to ensure the SEC maintains the position to play in the BCS CG.

Dawgster, I have to admit that I've not been a fan of Richt since the beginning but I'm in the minority. I disagree with his coaching philosophy as far as what type of team we should strive to build, and a lot of his game day management calls through the years. I sincerely believe you or I could coach at UGA with this program, a perenial top 5 as far as income and facilities go, and have a winning record.

When it comes down to WAR in the trenches we haven't stood a chance with our game plans. When they work, we don't stay with them. When you play against top talent you have to play conservatively, play not to lose, at least that's what our opponents do against us. They wait for us to make the mistakes, and it works. It's not rocket science. It's like running a business, you have a plan, you stick with it, wear your opponent out, who blinks first.

We will agree to disagree and as far as threats, I'm just voicing my one opinion. I want Coach and Administration to know that I want change, the status quo isn't working. If CMR makes the right calls that's great, that's the major reason we pay him a premium salary.

Last year I was frustrated and angry, we said let's see change and improvement, we will be patient for another year, and we continue to digress, with no adjustments or change. Just more excuses. This year I see very clearly what the problems are and will continue to voice my opinion and yield my influence in any way possible to insure we see some kinds of change that bear fruit. CMR has not taken responsibility or accountability in any way or fashion that I can tell.

As far as coaches, I'm not ready to suggest any to replace Richt, that's premature. But look at the job Joey Jones is doing at USA, here in Mobile. He's started a couple of programs from scratch and has done it in a classy way. Yes, there's tons of young talent out there. I sincerely hope it won't be needed.

If you do not think there is something wrong with SEC officiating then read the following that just came out from the Associated Press:

SEC officiating crew makes another gaffe

The Associated Press

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Southeastern Conference says there's no video evidence to support the personal foul call against Arkansas' Malcolm Sheppard in the fourth quarter of the Razorbacks' 23-20 loss to Florida.

It was the same group of officials that called the LSU-Georgia game earlier this month, which included a late unsportsmanlike conduct penalty the league said shouldn't have been called.

Those officials wanted LSU to win and they wanted UF to win and they made the calls to try and ensure the outcomes. I saw a UF receiver catch a touchdown pass against Arkansas, drop the ball, run up to the crowd and throw up his hands to them. Was HE flagged. Of course not. The score was too close and Florida might have lost.

The SEC wants Number 1 Florida to stay Number 1 and Number 2 Alabama to stay Number 2 for the SEC CG ratings and for the money and recognition that come from the BCS title game.

And I will also ask as was asked before: Does anyone know if that GT grad is still in charge of SEC officials in the SEC home office. If so it explains a lot about the calls against Georgia that the cameras cannot locate and the commentators cannot see or explain. If the GT grad is still there then he needs to go. If the SEC commissioner will not remove him then the SEC commissioner needs to go too.

I am beginning to see some dirty stuff from SEC refs. I just don't know for sure if it is being dictated by the SEC Director of Officiating or if there is some payout to the refs going on.

To be sure if somehow by the grace of God the Dawgs are close in the 4th quarter and Georgia has a big play that puts them in position to win, an SEC ref will throw a flag to negate the play. You can count on it as a SEC policy decision to ensure the SEC maintains the position to play in the SEC CG.

I kind of find it funny that I have not heard one complaint from GA fans about the official who missed the call on GA's field goal attempt at the end of the 1st half. Vandy was called for using a player to leap on in order to obtain height - of which GA missed that field goal - after the penalty, GA made the field goal to go up 17-3. The replays showed and the announcers acknowledged that the Vandy player DID NOT use his own man to leap. That was a blown call and I have yet to hear the dawg fans complain. Funny how you only complain if it hurts you.
