No matter where the game is, we will CHOMP the dogs. However, keep in mind the limp tailgating potential around the Dome. I mean, the gators have made the dome our home in bb & fb, but as for tailgating? Nope. MARTA in & MARTA out. BORING. Fanfare, yawn.

Just play it anywhere. Let the Gators go to Athens and hang another 50+ plus on the whining flealickers, or tee it up on Gainesville for another 50+ Gator victory. Actually, the poodles should stay in Jax where they only let the Gators ring up 49 points last year.

The game should be held at the Georgia Dome every year......that's about as reasonable as holding it in Jacksonville every single year. The Georgia Dome is a great facility and is just as neutral a location, as Jacksonville. The State of Georgia should be allowed the economic benefit of having the game in Georgia, just as much as Florida has been allowed to benefit economically all these years. The reasonable thing to do would be to have it one year in Georgia and the next in Florida from now on.

Gator fan here. The game is where it belongs. Look we took our beatdowns for years and instead of moving it you do the one thing that you need to do...raise the level of your performance.

Richt should focus more on evening that gap (he's doing much better than his predecessors) than the massive climate differences between the polar caps of Athens and the desert regions of Jax.

As a life long UGA Fan- I would disagree with Mark's comments. We lead the series...all games with exception of 2 have been played in Jacksonville. UGA flew then and UF drove...it was just a hot then as it is today and back then it was the Gator Bowl...yet we were 19-6 during Dooley's time. Its time to stop making excuses for losing to UF and beat them. Maybe we need mentality change...if the coaches are making excuses that filters down to the team

All the history and tradition of the UGA-FLA game in JAX should not be destroyed by a head coach who nuts up the minute UM walks on the field. I don't care where they play UM has Richts no.!!!!!!!! Plus who knows how long Richt will be at UGA? At the rate he is going I don't think it will be that long and you shouldn't let a coach change the whole dynamics of a traditional game when he may not even be there. A better scenario would be to hire a coach who can beat UM anywhere!

Define home field advantage:

Is it having the stadium 80-90% full of your fans?

Is it sleeping in your own bed the night before the game?

Is it the zip code of the stadium having the same zip code as your school?

If Georgia played Tech every year at the Georgia Dome, who do you think would have the home field advantage using the aforementioned questions?

Come on Coach Richt......stop making excuses. The problem is that you are 2-6 against the gators when you should be 4-4. And the two games you lost when you should have won, cost you a shot at the national championship and another shot at an SEC title game. You can't go 2-6 against your biggest rival and not start to worry about the status of your employment.

Oh yeah.....and it looks like your in for another butt whoopin this year. That's gotta suck to have that waitin for ya.

One more thing... if you move this game to the campuses, it becomes just another rivalry. The neutral site is what makes it special and separates it from the rest of the schedule. There is nothing quite like the energy in the air before this game. Not anywhere in the country...
