I couldn't run 100 miles if my life depended on it, but I sure wish I could. If you are are in such incredible shape that you can pull off a superhuman 100-mile event, maybe you should run over to the Wild Sebastian fall event on Nov. 10. Yep, you should run there – you know, do a little running before the running kind of thing.
The event takes place at St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park, three miles north of Fellsmere. By the way, don't worry if you can't run 100 miles; you can always choose runs of 25, 50 or 75 miles. Either way, you are going to need lots of GU energy gel for these races.
All profits from the event go to support local youth programs and the Citizens for the St. Sebastian River Preserve (CSSP). For more information, visit www.wildsebastian100.com. Run a mile or two for me!
