Read the opinion of the Georgia Supreme Court for yourself:

"The trial court granted Troy Anthony Davis' motion to suppress evidence seized in a search of his residence, and the state appeals."

"...Officers informed Davis' mother that they were looking for him and the alleged murder weapon...."

Speaking of death penalty cases, if Troy Anthony Davis is truly innocent, what was the incriminating evidence found in his house by police and suppressed by the judge in his original trial?? Was it the murder weapon???

Is the federal judge Edenfield who may hear the habeas proceeding connected to the law firm of Barker & Edenfield which represented Davis in the appeal of that suppression in the Georgia Supreme Court?

Why is nobody talking about what the police found in Davis' house? See the Georgia Supreme Court opinion from 1991 in State v. Davis, 261 Ga. 225 (1991). Would it refute his claim of "actual innocence"?

So the liberal bedwetting socialists thought they could shove something down America's throats. America fought back and won. Can you say FAIL.Yeah that's right you Fascistocrats, you'll get NOTHING and like it. Good stuff my fellow Americans!

Meanwhile, Canada's socialist health care is going teets up. .

Heres' a thought: why not fix the VA, Medicare, and Medicaid BEFORE tackling 20% of the US economy and turning it over to the federal government to manage. Oh wait, that would make sense. Idiocrat liberals don't have any sense.

Why can't the gov't fix one problem they created before creating another, even more massive problem? We are facing the implosion of Social Security in as little as 8 or 9 years. The gov't owes $2 or $43 TRILLION dollars to the fund, money it has "borrowed" for it over the last 40 years or so. The bill is coming due, yet it is not accounted for anywhere in the gov't budgets as it is kept "off-balance sheet". Accounting gimmicks, pure and simple. Enron would be proud.

We do not need healthcare reform. We need gov't reform. Almost every one of our problems today are the result of gov't intervention in the marketplace. Look at the driving factors behind the healthcare increases. Gov't mandated coverages are somewhat of a joke and vary from state to state. These coverages include everything from "aroma therapy" to "acupuncture", with a least one state covering "hair replacement". It actually pays for the "Hair Club for Men" visits? Can anyone name anything that is not already taxed by gov't in some shape, form or fashion?

To me Malpractice awards from "Jackpot Jurys" leed the pack in crying out for reform. I read that some malpractice insurance premiuns are in excess of $200,000 a year. All of this, of course, is factored in to what doctors charge and, subsequently, what we pay for insurance. Dems love the campaign cash it receives from the Trial Lawyers Associations, so I do not look for this needed reform anytime soon.

We must quit expecting insurance to pay for everything. If you bought a new car for a price that included all maintainence for the life of the car, what do you think that would do to the price of the car? Make it unaffordable? It is what we are seeing with insurance.

Do not get me started concerning the banking collapse. It was Bubba Clinton that sent Reno out to the various major banking institutions threatening them with possible "discrimination" lawsuits if they did not make more loans to otherwise unqualified minorities. Hence the creation of the NINJA loans (No job, no income, no problem) and the creative financing for loan qualifications. Twice during President Bush's administration democrats effectively blocked Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac regulations designed to rein in the bad loans.

I guess you know a little something about the 'Josiah' plan. I'm telling you right now. All of that baby killing abortion, perversion, and disregard for the elderly etc. in the name of choice, freedom, and health care have got go. Do you know that repentance and honoring the Law is liberty?

I have now idea what you are talking about in reference to Islam coming into our schools and courts etc. The CIA, NSA, ASA, FBI, etc. is in control of Islam, especially radical Islam. They have infiltrated Christianity too. Maybe that’s why you don’t have a favorable opinion of Christianity.

It's impossible to confront the evil that has raised its head throughout the world without the Holy Ghost power. The only chance the New World Order has in defeating us is to convince us to forget God Almighty. If they succeed, that evil spirit knows that God Almighty will forget us. And we will be defeated.

Remember, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Don’t worry about the salvation of everyone else. Save yourself from this wicked generation while you still have time.

Swastikas and other such symbols, whether painted by those who oppose the cram-down or those who wish to portray opponents as extremists, are distractions.

Really? tell that to the many relatives I had who were killed because of their religion. I can only pray that muslims take over this country and force their religion into our schools and into our courts (like YOUR kind wants to do with YOUR "brand" of cult).... if only to make the skin crawl of all those like YOU!
