Of course not here...because the males here are scared, fearful, terrified southerners. They are the leaders in tough talk, but in reality, no one is more afraid of EVERYTHING than a southern male. We should allow the women to make the hard decisions, and let the men hoard guns and ammunition....because of course...they are AFRAID someone is gonna take their guns. Punks, nothing but soft punks.

Krusty, thanks for silencing the bull I've been reading from you. It's good Christians like you that sanction the terrorism George W. Hitler practiced. Thank goodness we now have a president who is honest and is putting an end to the terrorism of the United States. Have a wonderful holiday and come on over if you want to eat weenies and burn flags.

Casey,

I agree totally on Gitmo, on the same grounds.

I also believe our personal freedoms are getting sacked by homeland security laws.

And, I think you should keep your gun 'cause if personal freedoms go you may need it.

So am I liberal, conservative or just always right?

And worse of all…, what happens to Marine recruits that cry for their mommies?

Realityqueen, Marines love their moms but they don't cry for them. They, however, can make you cry for yours! I was, and will always be, a Marine. which branch of the service, if any, did you wash out of? I'm willing to bet you've never served anything but bad meals in a sleazy cafe. Shut your mouth about things you know nothing of bitch!

What a choice we have. America is loosing jobs to countries who have a less costly and more effective health care system. America is also loosing lives because of underinsured Americans - more lives lost each year than on 911. Yet Republicans seem to make their number one issue torture and the continued errosion of human rights?

Studies estimate that the number of excess deaths among uninsured adults age 25-64 is in the range of 18,000 a year. This mortality figure is more than the number of deaths from diabetes (17,500) within the same age group. source: http://www.nchc.org/facts/coverage.shtml

Tell me please why adimant pro-life Republicans do not consider health care a right? Does't that seem insanely hypocritical?

Republicans illegally invaded Iraq with (one of) the premis being that we were exporting our high minded democratic values. But now Republicans don't want the detainees to benefit from our habeas corpus rights and the right to a fair trial.

In fact, by illegally invading Iraq Republicans have done far worse than what happened on 911.

Republicans wet themselves with the possibility to extradite to this country any drug cartel member they can find. Republicans invaded Panama and brought their dictator here. But now we just can't bring detainees from Guantanamo because they might be proven innocent in our courts of law?

To say that Republicans are hypocritical is redundant.

Republicans claim torture is the answer for people who torture, destroy human rights and lives? It seems that the pot is calling the kettle black because the only difference between Republicans and the Taliban is the name of their religion not their actions.

Dear A. J...

Thanks for the invite but I do not hang out with the misfits of this country. Did I say "misfits"? According to you, I should have said "criminals".

You said without reservation that the military is full of murderers, thieves, morons and imbeciles who are rewarded for their criminality.

YOU SERVED IN THE MILITARY so that makes YOU a CRIMINAL, indicted by your own words. You continue in your efforts to call our troops murderers, thieves and even rapists. You choose a few incidents and label them as the whole military. That is obviously not true.

Actually, I don't believe you are a criminal. Just an aging blowhard, ignorant brainwashed far-left activist who has turned against the Marine Corps and everything military in your senility.

Maybe you just like the attention. It surely is a sorry way to get it. I will not respond anymore to your comments as it only incites your dementia.

Krusty, that sounds like an evening of uncalled for torture! I don't ever salute Old Gory and I avoid going anywhere where I might have to listen to that idiotic song that celebrates the murder, theft, avarice and duplicitousness of this horrible nation. As for our armed forces, they are full of murderers, thieves, morons and imbeciles who are rewarded for their criminality. The bum Jackie informed you of, along with several other bums, killed a whole family after they raped a fourteen year old girl. And the rockets red glare, the bums bursting in air gave proof through the night that the evil one was still there.

Can you make it to my weenie roast and all day flag burning?

Well, I am just back from a wonderful evening of patriotic music celebrating Memorial Day. A 60 piece orchestra can really make our National Anthem sound great and all the songs...Armed Forces Salute, Iving Berlin's America, Stars and Stripes Forever. Super!! Then the whole crowd of us sang together The Battle Hymn of the Rpublic, America the Beautiful, and Greenwood's God Bless the USA with it's closing line "I'd gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today 'Cause there aint no doubt I love this land: God bless the U.S.A!"

I tell you, that is a good feeling.

Then I come home and find liberals who call themselves veterans are disgusted because I did not like an ex-Marine accusing American troops IN GENERAL of torture, murder, rape and robbery in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Yes, Algonquin J. Calhoun did just that at 12:06 and 1:00pm. I told him he was wrong.

Tricky D. declared that if someone fought for our freedom of speech, I should not mind what that vet says...whatever I suppose.

Later Tricky said if I had family members in the military I should say nothing whatsoever about the troops and suggested I now join the military.

Elephant Whip says I dishonor veterans. That's because I speak against those who claim the military tortures, murders, rapes and robs.

Then Jackie gets so mixed up he wants to know when and where did Pres.Obama consider the military scum of the earth? I NEVER MENTIONED THE PRESIDENT! ?????

Then Jackie wants to know when HE mentioned the military committing crime in general, ALGONQUIN J. CALHOUN ACCUSED THE MILITARY OF COMMITTING CRIME IN GENERAL. Not you, Jackie.

Then Jackie says I should listen to my family's combat experiences. Jackie, my father was a doctor in the military who did not like to talk about the terrible human situations he encountered. He would get quiet instead of talking. Some people are like that. My husband was an officer on an aircraft carrier doing mostly code and communication work. He served in the Atlantic and Pacific. He has never said a lot about his long wartime experience. It was his duty and he has never bragged nor cried about it.

Then Jackie sends me something to read about a soldier being spared a life sentence for the crime he committed. I know, Jackie, that among the millions in the military over the years, a few have done criminal acts. But it is not the nature nor within the regulations of the American military to do such things. Algonquin J. Calhoun implied it was common American military action and I will say again: THAT IS NOT TRUE.

That's all folks. Just wanted to get the record straight. Good night!!
