AJC Radio/TV blogger Rodney Ho gave us the rundown on last night’s 43rd CMA country music awards show.

Basically, Taylor Swift was crowned Queen B − she nabbed the Entertainer of the Year award, the youngest and the first solo female to do so since Shania Twain in 1999.

He also reported that performers with local connections, including Sugarland and Lady Antebellum, claimed awards.

Fergie is opening up about cheating … and her fondness of women. This of course is amid all the rumors that her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, recently slept with a stripper while filming a movie in Atlanta.

The couple denies the allegations of Tattletale dancer Nicole Forrester, who’s spoken to tabloids and local radio station Q100FM. As we mentioned last week, they were even spotted at Atlanta restaurant Chops having a cute date night.

Fergie, lead lady of the Black-Eyed Peas, told the Advocate that “just because I enjoy women doesn’t mean I’m allowed to have affairs in my relationship. I learned through talking with my therapist that it is still cheating even if it’s with girls, so there is a rule there.”

My, my … this little story just continues to heat up.

Country music’s biggest names will hit Nashville tonight for the 43rd CMA Awards.

Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley (the leading nominee with 7 nods) will co-host, perform and vie for a few trophies.

We can expect to see the likes of Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Zac Brown Brown, George Strait and many others.

Of course, country’s sweetheart, Taylor Swift, will be on hand to open the show. The 19-year-old – second only to Michael Jackson this year in terms of sales – is competing for the top spot.

While Chesney has predictably won Entertainer of the Year for five years, she could give him a run for his money. And she could give a bit of competition to Underwood, who’s won Female Vocalist of the Year three times in a row.

Pop star Justin Timberlake was awarded a permanent restraining order today in L.A., according to TMZ.

The judge initially said Timberlake had to show up in person and testify. The singer/actor’s attorney argued that Timberlake was under contractual obligation to be on set for a movie.

Eventually, the team submitted a declaration on his behalf and later Karen McNeil was ordered to stay 100 yards away from him, his home and car.

Janet Jackson has agreed to do a one-hour special with ABC. Robin Roberts will interview the pop star in her California home for the primetime special, scheduled air Nov. 18.

While we don’t know the extent of what will be discussed just yet, we expect Jackson, who is promoting a greatest hits CD for the holiday season, to discuss the aftermath of the death of her brother, Michael Jackson.

She also might touch on her relationship with Atlantan Jermaine Dupri. People reported today that the on-again-off-again couple is definitely on.

While blog rumors continue to swirl about a pending wedding, hopefully Ms. Jackson will give us the real deal we can stop churning the rumor mill.

It’s bad enough that Katt Williams was arrested Monday morning for burglary and criminal trespassing in metro Atlanta.

But the comedian − normally known for his short stature and straight hair − is even more infamous for the mugshot he took in Coweta County.

With that Kool-Aid smile on his face, we can only imagine what’s going through his head − maybe he’s thinking of the inevitable jokes that will be told about him. Maybe he came up with a few of his own. (We’re secretly hoping that Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock toss a few into the mix.)

Either way, blogs, radio stations, email blasts and Twitter are on fire about his jailhouse pose. Many wonder how the comic, born Micah Williams, could be arrested for burglary in the first place. Ry_Terrence Tweeted: “Katt Williams smiling in his mugshot?! Like he at Disneyland! Jail isn’t an achievement.”
