Atlanta actress Catherine Dyer played the wife of Arnold Schwarzenegger's character in "Ten."

We met a woman who had been Arnold Schwarzenegger’s wife this week. She’s blonde, beautiful and lives right here in Atlanta. Although their union didn’t last, she had nothing but kind things to say.

“He was a doll,” said actress Catherine Dyer, who portrayed the wife of Schwarzenegger’s character in “Ten,” a gritty cop drama that filmed here this fall.

“He was lovely. He was chatty. He was very sweet,” Dyer said of her on-screen spouse. “There’s an endearing quality about him that I wasn’t expecting.”

Her film credits include roles in the made-in-Atlanta movies “The Blind Side,” starring Sandra Bullock, and “The Joneses,” starring Demi Moore and David Duchovny, but she had not met or worked with Schwarzenegger before “Ten.”

“I was in the makeup trailer getting my hair done and I heard the voice,” she said of the former California …

What’s filming in Atlanta?

The Ice Cube movie “Ride Along” is filming in Castleberry Hill today. A notice from the production’s location manager said they’d be filming at and around the Elliott Street Deli & Pub at 51 Elliott Street Southwest. Elliott Street between Mitchell and Chapel streets will be closed during the filming, and there will be motorcycles involved in this scene.

A feature film called “Addicted” also is filming in Castleberry Hill. A note from its location manager says it’ll be there through Sunday. Haynes, Peters and Fair streets will be affected, the notice says.

“The Vampire Diaries” is filming in Covington, as it often does.

The film “Ten” starring Arnold Schwarzenegger is filming in Social Circle this week.

Lifetime’s movie about Anna Nicole Smith will film in Riverdale on Thursday.

BET’s “The Game” is filming in Atlanta tomorrow. The scene will be “exterior New York street scenes.” My guess is they’ll film downtown, which sometimes approximates NYC for filming …

Actor Sam Worthington, who is in Atlanta to film “Ten,” a cop-themed movie, came into contact with some of Atlanta’s finest over the weekend. It was not a friendly meeting.

According to an Atlanta Police Department incident report, an officer responded at 10 p.m. Saturday night to a call that a security guard at the Vortex at 878 Peachtree St. had pepper-sprayed someone. That someone turned out to be Worthington.

Here’s what happened:

The security officer told the police officer “that while he was on duty at the Vortex he observed (Worthington) walking on the sidewalk. (Worthington) appearing falling off-balance while he was walking toward the Vortex restaurant.”

The security officer, observing that Worthington appeared “highly intoxicated,” told him he could not enter the Vortex, the APD incident report said. Worthington evidently did not take that news well. The security officer said Worthington “was being disorderly verbally by using profane language,” the incident …

In other filming news – here’s the latest on where Lifetime’s “Anna Nicole Smith” movie is filming today.

The former California governor tweeted this photo of himself sporting the tattoos and serious countenance of his character.

Since the movie has been in production Schwarzenegger has been seen at STK (a big celeb hangout) and South City Kitchen Midtown (ditto). Ayer has been enjoying Atlanta’s cuisine scene as well, checking out Bone’s and Mary Mac’s Tea Room.

A number of notables packed the tents outside Atlantic Station Friday night to catch Cirque du Soleil’s incredible new show “Totem.”

Joe Manganiello turned heads from the moment he walked in and was a good sport about taking photos with people. It seemed every other guest in the tent wanted his or her photo taken with the actor known for roles on the television show “True Blood” and in films such as “Magic Mike” and the made-in-Atlanta “What To Expect When You’re Expecting.” (Good grief! I attend lots of events where celebs show up and I’ve never seen someone get mauled like this!) He is in Atlanta now working on “Ten,” the movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The lady friend who accompanied Manganiello to the “Totem” opening night seemed a little less than thrilled that the crowd kept yanking away her fella, …

Arnold Schwarzenegger movie filming in Atlanta

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s new movie,”Ten,” is filming in Atlanta now.

A sign at the Workout Anytime Gym in the Vista Grove shopping center had alerted clients that the facility will close from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday so the movie can film there. We’ve since been updated that the filming has been pushed back until Friday.

The notice also notes that it’ll be a closed set, and warns people not to loiter. Other businesses in the area will be unaffected by the filming.

IMDB summarizes the plot of “Ten” thusly: “Members of an elite DEA task force find themselves being taken down one by one after they rob a drug cartel safe house.” The movie has previously been known as “Breacher;” it’s not at all unusual for movie or television projects to try out different names before settling on one.

A team from the movie, including director David Ayer and actors Sam Worthington, Terrance Howard, Josh Holloway, Joe Manganiello, Olivia Williams, Mirelle Enos and Max Martini, dined at Del …
