Robert De Niro and Kevin Kline are in Atlanta to film “Last Vegas,” which also stars Morgan Freeman, Michael Douglas and Mary Steenburgen.
On Thursday night De Niro and Kline watched the Atlanta Falcons game at Atlanta’s legendary Clermont Lounge.
The two posed for a photo as the Falcons triumphed over the New Orleans Saints.
Also Thursday evening, Owen Wilson was spotted at Mi Cocina, a new Tex-Mex place in Midtown. Not sure what he’s doing here. He was here earlier this year filming “The Internship” with Vince Vaughn, so it’s possible they needed to do a little final filming. Or maybe he’s here for the SEC Championship.
We’ll keep you posted!

DeNiro actually hates the falcons, I was there and he stated several times how they would lose their firstround playoff game and that the Giants or 49ers would beat them by 20+, so you may want to change your topic title…

He’s a fan. Falcons aren’t his favorite team but he was watching the game at Atlanta’s best known t**** bar. Good for him!

No one goes to the Claremont Lounge to watch football, if you know what I mean. Where’s the pic of them drinking cans of PBR?!

So, did Kim Zolciak come and dance after the game? I know The Clermont just wouldn’t be the same without Blondie.

Owen is from Dallas – Mi Cocina is from Dallas. I don’t think he came here just for the Tex-Mex. And SEC game? I don’t think so… a Longhorn only likes to watch the SEC fall on its inbred face. As far as DeNiro… is he still relevant?

Owen Wilson loves ATL, especially Piedmont Park. Pretty sure he owns a place in Ansley Park.

Why was DeNiro in that famous dump, Clermont Lounge? Place is really kind of nasty. May be legendary, but I don’t know why. Unless you like to hang out with old strippers, shady people, and lesbians, and want to drink PBR! A strange place.

Saw Owen yesterday in the midtown Home Depot parking lot, riding his bike. People recognized him and he was very friendly to them.

Who the hell cares about Owen Wilson or TX? Are the Cowboys still relevant? As for De Niro, met him and Morgan Freeman after they were done filming two days ago…nicest guys ever.

I don’t get the appeal of that place. I went there once and I was pissed. Fat, old strippers? PBR out of a can?? Seriously?

When you’re old and fat, a fat old stripper seems appropriate and if you can get the PBR down to 34 F, you can choke it down.

Why do these blogs always atract posters who say, “who cares,” yet these same people care enough to post “who cares” (and obviously click on the post to read it). In reply: WHO CARES WHETHER YOU CARE OR NOT?!?!?

Last Vegas was filming in and around the North Hills shopping center at Chamblee-Tucker and 285 about 10 days ago. There were at least 10 motor homes and about 6 semi trucks full of gear, wardrobe, etc…

@texan in midtown: jealousy does not become you, Longhorns fan. in fact it’s downright sad to read those things you wrote. just further proof that ignorance isn’t exclusive to any one part of this country.
And DeNiro will always be relevant…whether you think he is or not.

Don’t laugh, even fat, old strippers have a place in this world. (Give me a pudgy, mature stripper or the teeny-booper, plastic injected, air head kid anytime.)
Of course, if you get within 100 ft of the Clermont, you have to subject yourself to 30 minutes in DOD approved decontamination chamber, within 24 hours, if you wish to survive.
