The movie “Last Vegas” is filming in Atlanta now after doing some work in Las Vegas. It stars a slew of A-listers, many of whom have been spotted here and there already.
Here’s the latest: Morgan Freeman had dinner at Davio’s Friday night, while Robert De Niro was spotted at the airport this morning. De Niro was here earlier this year filming “Killing Season” with John Travolta. Welcome back!
The movie filmed in the Edgewood area last week. It’ll be doing some interior studio work next. I’ll keep you posted.

I doubt I’ll encounter them “here and there” but I hope those who do welcome them with our best southern hospitality. It’s great that the industry is creating jobs here.
Hands down

I like both those guys. I did not know they made movies in Atlanta. What is there to film? A few buildings . Yes, southern hospitality, that would be nice. Now, if they wanted to shop at Walmart when it opened Thursday evening for Black Friday, the ole southern charm would be a bit hard to find.

Yesterday (Nov 29) I had a chance to work on a set as a background “vegas type” extra on the Last Vegas movie. At least 4 of the major stars where present along with a few ‘real life entertainers’
