Report: Kanye West wants to buy Kim Kardashian an Atlanta home

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian could soon call Atlanta home, at least part time, according to a report in Hollywood Life.
“Kanye is secretly looking to buy Kim a nice little property in Atlanta so they can be really connected. He’s from Atlanta and loves his hometown and he’s looking at places in Buckhead for Kim,” the Hollywood Life story says, quoting a friend of Kanye’s.
Kim’s no stranger to Atlanta, having spent time here earlier this year to film some episodes of “Drop Dead Diva” as a guest star. She was spotted around town at restaurants including celeb-magnet STK in Midtown while she was here.
Kardashian also headed to Atlanta soon after announcing divorce plans following her ephemeral marriage to Kris Humphries. She was in town that time, serendipitously enough, to film a role in Tyler Perry’s movie “The Marriage Counselor.”

Glad I moved out of Atlanta. At first, I thought I could see how she could have been swept up in the hype of her show, the media, and the love feeling and being afraid to speak up and call of her wedding. Now, I think it was all staged because no decent (Oh, forgot who I’m talking about) no woman is going to get married for 72 days and 8 months later be deeply involved with someone else and isn’t even divorced. It appears it was a sham & she doesn’t even seem concerned.

You’re ‘from’ wherever you make your home. If someone asks me, I say I’m from Atlanta because I’ve been here a decade. I was born in St. Louis, but I have zero connection to that city except my birth certificate.

Actually, to conclude the argument that the bloggers on page 1 were saying, Yes… Kanye was indeed born in Atlanta, but he was raised in Chicago…. Ironically, Luducris (hope that is spelled right) was born in Chicago and raised in Atlanta… what city got the better end of that deal? The World may never know….

Wrong thread but what the heck. Dunwoody is putting in bike lanes and narrowing the traffic lanes. God, I only hope more get you know what’d. 1% of the riders affect 99% of the drivers. Freaking amazing.

Are people actually arguing over whether or not this “Jackass” (Obama’s words, not mine) is an ATL native? Who cares! The fact that they are actually considering moving here should frighten us all. As AJC Sucks said…haven’t we suffered enough from the Horsewives of ATL? (funny – btw). Doesn’t matter though, i’d be surprised if the relationship lasts longer than it takes for the ink to dry on the deed. I wish this town had a newspaper worth reading instead of a Page 6 wanna-be.
