Area theaters to screen “The Bodyguard”
The Whitney Houston-Kevin Costner movie “The Bodyguard” will be shown on numerous metro Atlanta theater screens the evening of March 28.
Costner’s emotional comments during Houston’s funeral centered around their friendship while making the 1992 movie.

The movie featured Houston’s stirring version of “I Will Always Love You,” which has become a most memorable part of her musical legacy. Jennifer Hudson performed the song in her memory at this year’s Grammy Awards.
“The Bodyguard” will be shown at 7:30 p.m. March 28 at the following locations:
AMC Fork and Screen Buckhead, 3340 Peachtree Rd.
AMC Avenue Forsyth 12 with IMAX, 350 Peachtree Pkwy. in Cumming
AMC Southlake Pavilion 24 with IMAX, 7065 Mount Zion Cir. in Morrow
AMC Barrett Commons 14 with IMAX, 2600 Cobb Place Ln Nw in Kennesaw
Tinseltown USA, 134 Pavilion Pkwy in Fayetteville
Perimeter Pointe 10, 1155 Mount Vernon Hwy in Sandy Springs
Hollywood 24 @ North I-85, 3265 Northeast Expressway NE in Atlanta
Screenings will take place in other areas, as well. If you’re out of town and want to check for other areas showing the film that night see this website.

Pat Houston and staff failed Whitney; they should have gotten her out of that environment, with all that drinking, etc. She was a druggie; she can’t drink like that!

Even the Bodyguard poster says, “Never let your guard down. Never let her out of your sight.” That’s what Pat Houston and her folks did. Sad. They must have some guilt, if they’re being real with themselves.
We will always enjoy the voice that Whitney had; May she rest in peace now. Her struggle with this life is over.

Sometimes people just need to keep stuff to themselves. Great that they are doing her movie the body guard. I loved that movie. Whitney looked great and did a great job. Love to see a beautiful black women do her thing. If you cant lift them up dont keep them down. Amen.

Hmmmmmm I would love to see this movie on the big screen again, it makes me think of my HS sweetheart, but $8.50 for the movie, $6 for some hot buttery popcorn, $6 for an ice-ee, and $6 for a little can-day…this is not priceless because I already know the ending. I think I will pop the dvd in the RCA, pop some microwave popcorn, open a can of pepsi, eat some girl scout cookies, and fart and talk to Costner and whitney from my couch. I’ll always love you-oooooo….I forgot to add the kleenex
