Baby, baby, baby  … no.

Justin Bieber’s supposed baby mama has quietly gone away. TMZ reports that plaintiff Mariah Yeater’s case has been dismissed and that her lawyers are done with her. But his representatives may not be ready to drop the matter.

“We intend to still hold them accountable,” publicist Matthew Hiltzik told TMZ.

After coming forward with bizarre allegations that she and the Biebs met backstage at a concert and that she left pregnant with his child, Team Bieber announced he’d take a DNA test – and then would file his own lawsuit. These photos of Yeater, showing off her multiple piercings and tattoos, also surfaced.

Bieber kept above the fray, tweeting that he was focusing on what was real. He’s been busily promoting his Christmas album.

The case may make for interesting legal fodder. We just heard from New York-based family law attorney Paul Talbert, a partner at Chemtob Moss Forman & Talbert, regarding the matter.

“Mariah Yeater certainly isn’t the first person to make allegations against a celebrity,” he said. “But, it is hard to remember one that has gotten as far as a paternity test. Yeater certainly reached new heights by claiming that she was impregnated by Bieber by engaging in statutory rape.”

At the time of the fictional encounter, Yeater was 19 and Bieber was 16.

“It’s a win-win-win for Bieber,” Talbert said. “He is not the father of this child; the publicity from this laughable ’scandal’ has helped shoot his new album to the top of the charts; and a lawsuit against Yeater for her false claim of paternity will keep him at the top of the headlines, and his album and any tour on top of the charts.”

Sounds like the barrister has much in common with the Belieber Nation, which quickly closed ranks around their guy. Luckily none of them got their hands on Yeater. This Fox News story details many fans’ impassioned response to the paternity suit.

A recent tweet, referring to his appearance on “The X Factor,” said, “I love and appreciate the fans! They get me through everything. I’m here for them!”

Here’s hoping Yeater focuses on raising her child, and maybe getting some counseling.

Funny how the press is playing this. Its like they are holding their breath and crossing their fingers. No one wants a bad outcome for either of the kids but they (the press) should not leave out the details. Thats bias reporting!! So now she has dropped the suit or changed attorneys or who knows what? This story will change again.
