I think it is GREAT that someone like Ludacris who could easily sell out a large metropolitan arena is still willing to perform at small local venues where his true fans are. KUDOS to one of the home town favorites!!

J240 – you took the words right out of my mouth! Also, I love that he did not go insane on the ticket prices!

My entire family saw him perform after a Braves game and it was a lot of fun. People from 3 to 83 stayed to watch. Of course the lyrics were toned down at that Braves game, but it was fun.

@KeepDreaming- don’t mind Griffin, he/she is just mad that their backwoods $500 trailer is in foreclosure and that its 2011 and not 1956. Smh.

WOW… I bet Griffin honestly doesn’t realize how racist what he posted sounds… that makes it worse.

ANYWAY

As a proud UWG graduate, Im glad to see Luda coming through for the students. With those low ticket prices, Im considering riding out to the old stomping grounds (Im still in my 20’s, I can get away with that, right? lol)

It is amazing that any entity that purports to be an educational institution would allow that idiot to perform on campus.

Of course, it is West Georgia, and it can only purport to be an educational institution and nothing else.

Let the flaming begin, but you losers there know that you are there because you could not get into to colleges in tiers 1-5.

Ludacris performed at GA State last year. Tickets started at 20 bucks but day of were cut to 10 dollars day of show because of such low sales. He definitely didn’t sell out the GSU gym. FYI

DublDawg — do your research. In the Richard’s College of Business, UWG competes (and in more than a few cases, BEATS) the programs offered at UGA, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State. Im not saying it is a better program, but it is most definitely on par.

Gut feeling- but I bet your considered a dawg only because you are always rocking your tee’s and flying your flags you got from Wal Mart on the side of your 97 Neon.
