Ben Stiller-Vince Vaughn flick to film here

We hear funny guys Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller are coming to town for a movie called “Neighborhood Watch.”

This is billed as a “science fiction comedy.” They play dads who hang out in their subdivisions just being dudes but then they stumble onto some big conspiracy. So Atlanta is the perfect place for that movie.

Filming for this project cranks up this fall. Their folks are already in town poking around, scouting locations.

We also hear that the guys want to stay in style and are contracting with a local high-end leasing company to book them into some ritzy digs for the time that they are here.

Just because we have chiseled abs and stunning features, it doesn’t mean that we too can’t not die in a freak gasoline fight accident.

Cumming is the spot at the moment. Good stores / beach / lake / downtown & suburban spots. Tell them I will be a local guide for them for $2000 / day.

Yes, Atlanta has subdivisions and men, but more than other major American cities? And are conspiracies more frequent here than other places? Blogging gives supposed journalists the excuse to be lazy in their logic and language.

If that was supposed to be a joke, it fell flat.

It does sound like “The Burbs” which I agree is the most underrated comedy. “look, cookies” wham! “you got the incubus, the sucabus”. No way this one will be as good.

How big has VV gotten for this movie? And Stiller’s one-trick pony is pretty played out. Then again, maybe he can play a kind of neurotic, tragically unhip, put-upon guy who somehow makes it in the end. Oh wait, that is his one-trick. What range!

Anyway, I can’t wait to see them dance at the Clermont! That’s the new cool thing for actors to do while in Atlanta! Yeah!

Vince Vaughn hasn’t been in a funny movie since “Old School” he will take any half @ss comedy job offer. Can’t blame him, gotta pay those hookers.

I think he’s had a couple pretty good ones since Old School, but his last one wasn’t really even a comedy. Very disappointing.

And WTF, he’s married with a kid now.

I think it’s great that they’re making movies in Atlanta-metro. Governor’s tax credit has helped! Suburban life is great here; we have everything you need to live, work and play. Sick of all the negative. Move to Detroit if you don’t like it here.

Brad your a clown, and your definetly not “Money”. I usually don’t post, but I had to after seeing your snide comment. I have a picture of you in mind. Some fat, lonely, depressed piece of **** who is eating cheese puffs in his sh** stained whitey tities commenting on people;s opinions. Your a looser and would love to meet you so that I can give you a pimp slap – the knuckle side
