Star sighting! Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are here in Atlanta.
She’s here filming a movie called “The Odd Life of Timothy Green,” which sounds like a supernatural thriller from this brief synopsis on imdb.com: “A childless couple bury a box in their backyard, containing all of their wishes for an infant. Soon, a child is born, though Timothy Green is not all that he appears.”
The two had dinner this week with a group of about 10 people at the Midtown location of South City Kitchen this week. They both enjoyed the Georgia mountain trout (she requested the bourbon-almond brown butter on the side).
It sounds like they’ll be here for a while and are making it a family affair. A source told me one of the couple’s children is spending time at a local preschool.
“The Odd Life of Timothy Green” is going to be filming for a few months.

I read the movie will be fined outside of Atlanta but so cool they are enjoying the city. Would be great to meet them. What a lovely couple!

I actually met her this week and she was unbelievably nice and down to earth! It was exciting to have her live up to any expectations I’ve ever had and actually surpass them!

Ben bought property in Liberty County on the coast. He was good for the economy…used locals for renovations.
Very rarely do you hear of them being there…but I believe he still owns it.

Wow is Disney ever stupid. I convinced them I could provide experienced teachers to work with all the kids on the movie. I’m getting a lot of wannabe set teachers salary because these jokers will work for low wages just to get on the movie set. The kids will have to do their best with these newbies who are star struck.

Please Jennifer, I notice you did not publish either one of my comments this morning, but please tell us again how someone as “otherworldly” as Jennifer Garner ordered the brown bourbon butter on the side. Could it just be that this weekend, South City Kitchen is booming with reservations from star worshippers hoping to get a glimpse of anyone else from this movie who might possibly float in. Will they come in and ask where this couple sat, will they order the same meal? Perhaps, because you have just spread the important news of what these two people had at dinner. I’m not a regular reader of “The Buzz”, just happened upon it today as I always read the important news first. But after finding out what a celebrity has for dinner while visiting our great city, I am intrigued now for sure!

Even Ben and Jen must be getting a kick out of this. Any normal person with an ounce of intelligence would have to question the importance of mentioning what food they put in their mouth while having dinner. Huh? Crazy, crazy, celeb obsessed world. You are just feeding the frenzy!

She sat next to us at the flying biscuit on northside this morning. She was with her children and some friends. Luckily no one bothered her while she was with her children.
