Former Miss California Carrie Prejean to wed

Carrie Prejean, who caused a bit of controversy when she said she believed marriage “should be between a man and a woman,” is getting married.

To a guy, naturally.

The former Miss California and NFL quarterback Kyle Boller are tying the knot at The Grand Del Mar hotel in San Diego, according to a TMZ report.

In 2009, Preajean, 23, drew criticism with her response to peagant judge Perez Hilton’s question about same-sex marriage. She said that she thought marriage should be between men and women, adding, “No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.”

She ended up first runner up and was later stripped of the title of Miss California. Donald Trump, the owner of the Miss USA competition, said “continued breach of contract issues” were to blame.

Prejean sued – and then withdrew the lawsuit when a sex tape surfaced.

No, the controversy was caused by Pervez Hilton who raised the inappropriate question.

And she also received praise for exercising her freedom of speech.

I hope she will be very happy and I wish her the best.

No, Carrie caused the controversy by being a terrible representative for the state of California. She went against the rules of her title and position by not showing up for events, going out on unscheduled calls, and being unprofessional with the governing body of the Miss California organization.
She was out for #1 to begin with, she lied about her nude pics and videos, and was a terrible person to work with. That is why she was stripped of the title.
She’s scored herself a baller now. You didn’t think she was going to settle for a broke guy did you?

She was asked a question, and she have her opinion. It is not her fault the ones who preach tolerance have none. After that, she had not interest in representing and organization of hypocritical phoneys and checked out. I say good for her….

Like the girl who won this year who called birth control a “controlled substance”, almost fell, and still one. It was all so miss USA could fit the agenda and have a girl with a muslim name as USA. The only sign of talent I have seen from Rima was when she worked the pole.

They are just trying to stay relevant and drum up publicity for themselves. What a joke, and Carrie figured it out.

The REAL miss california can say what she wants because anything she says is self serving to her goals. I personally felt like Carrie handled this with grace and no one can take that away from her. By the way, no one comes close to her in beauty, character or talent. The REAL miss california won and could ONLY win by default. We all know who really is Miss California. Its like a criminal who gets off from a technicality. Hes still guilty, but a little technicality got his off. Carrie really won, but because of a technicality, she had to forfeit. So the runner up really didnt win fair and square, she was second. Its also like a guy who has 2 women to chooose from to date, when he asks one out and she says no, he then asks the 2nd one. That wasnt his first choice. America’s first choice was and always will be CArrie. And her runner up? Well she is and always will be known as the second who won by default.

I think Carrie scored and just showed everyone your life doesnt stop at a silly beauty pageant. She was SO SET UP and sabotaged; any monkey could see that. But, its ok ……. she landed back on her feet and we wish her a world of happiness.

Carrie's still the winner

Its ironic how Carrie was asked a simple question, and because she answered it truthfully, she life got turned upside down.

We are all glad for her. Im sure all of this brought her negative publicity, but it also got her a LOT of positive exposure also. She deserves to be happy. Carrie…. we love you and wish you the best.

A REAL viewer with a brain: Was it “grace” that she was handling in her sex tape or would that fall under the “talent” that you said she expressed?

Yeah, Carrie displayed a lot of ‘grace’ in those topless pictures that she lied about. I’m sure she had her Bible near by when her bra flew off and that mean photographer snapped those pictures. Sure. We won’t talk about those self pleasuring videos she made. Children may be reading this. She’s about to fleece this baller for all his money.

Right on Jimmy, and Right on Carrie. The left is terrified of girls like Carrie, because they paint the conservatives as old, outdated and ugly.

But the truth is, hot chicks are republicans, the Rosie O’donells, Janet Renos and that she-man about the be a supreme court justice are what Democrat woman look like.

Several of you have commented that she was asked a question and she answered it honestly. You must not have watched the show, because she did not answer the question Perez Hilton asked. Maybe that is why she didn’t win. Also, maybe she moved up in the rankings after giving her answer.

It is so discusting that people in today’s society do not have any morals or values and do not know right from wrong. I like Carrie. Should she have made a sex tape? Not if she wants to be a role model for children and teens, but she, like a majority of us, made a mistake. It always seems that the people who don’t want to be judged are quick to judge others. Carrie has rights like any other American. Speaking her mind about how she feels about same sex marriage was her right as well. Like my momma always told me “If you can’t stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen”…in another words, ask someone their opinion and shut your mouth when they give an answer you don’t like.

She is controversial because she believes marriage is between a man and a woman?? Good grief…what has happened to us?? The President of the United States believes the same thing. Is that also controversial?

Wow….I don’t think we’re in Kansas any more, Toto.

You know, her dodging the whole sex-tape thing got to me. And the fact she got a boob-job. And the thing with her titillating men by wearing immodest clothing. While using her faith against people. It was more “do-as-I-say” crap from another blowhard. Limbaugh tells us about traditional marriage and family and supports the war on drugs but has been married 3 times (his newest is nearly 30 years his junior), has no children (which is perhaps a gift from On High), and abused drugs in such a way that would get many people prison time.

And then Prejean called herself a “writer” to Larry King. ha ha ha!

Whatever, doll. Kinda like JFK wrote profiles in courage. Freakin’ bourgeois blowhards.

That said, I’m sure she’ll garner support from the brain-damaged Palin crowd.

ITPDUDE She answered a frigging question, and she answered it. Just because he has sex tapes, boob jobs, and is smoking hot does it mean she has to adhere to the homo agenda? Geez.

Basically, under your logic, if youi are not perfect, you have no right to a moral opinion? If everyone used your logic, we would be having sex in the streets like dogs, because, if you do it in your bedroom, you would be a hypocrite to object to that. Right?

She wasn’t FIRED from her position as Miss California because of the marriage question. She was FIRED because:
- she was rude to the staff of the Miss California Organization
- she didn’t show up at scheduled events throughout the state that she represented
- she did engagements that were not official engagements and not okayed by her bosses
- she LIED about pornographic images of herself that she knowling produced — photos and videos
- she refused to pay back the Miss California Organization for her boob job

To “The REAL Miss California”, I was responding to the claim by the article which said “Carrie Prejean, who caused a bit of controversy when she said she believed marriage “should be between a man and a woman.” I contend it was P.H. who started the controversy by posing the question and then acting like a vicious spoiled brat a day later on his blog. The points you mentioned all took place after the “controversy” erupted. And, considering that the majority of the people of the State of California voted in agreement with her opinion, I think she was the perfect representative for her state.

What a bunch of hypocrites some of you are! Just because she doesn’t agree with your liberal views on homosexuality, you slam her. In other words, you are predjudiced against her for not believeing what you believe. Can anyone spell “irony”? Just because some of you have jumped on the trendy gay bandwagon, while others truly believe it’s an acceptable lifestyle, doesn’t mean that those who disagree with you are wrong. It just means they have a different point of view on this subject than you do and if you were truly as open minded and liberal as you claim, then you would at least respect their right to feel the way they do. Really, the fanatics of this world shoot themselves in the foot with their closed minded rantings and ignorant double standards.

It’s amazing to me how so-called Christians will defend a “janey-come-lately” to the faith when she’s found to be far less pure and honest than she pretended to be, yet these same so-called Christians would judge harshly a non-believing woman who conducted herself the same way as Ms. Prejan did. Hmmmm!!!

To Holy Cow – come on. Are you really that ignorant? Within all groups there will be a few hotheads and fanatics. It really shows a low level of intellectual thought to lump all Christians into the hypocrite catagory just because some are either on the fringer or stray outside the tenants of Christianity altogether. But some folks, like you for instance, just like to take any opportunity to bash Christians as a whole by pointing your pious finger only at our worst representatives. Next time try studying the words and actions of true Christians who embody what we stand for with love, devotion and integrity. Oh, wait. That would completely be the responsible, rational, fair thing to do. Hmmm!!

She, like most Republinazi gay bashers, has probably had a homosexual relationship. Larry Craig, Ted Haggard, Mark Foley and on and on. Republinazis are a closeted, queer lot.
