Usher, Justin Bieber, Bill Clinton to rock Atlanta

Well here’s a power trio for you.

R&B artist Usher and teen sensation Justin Bieber will take the stage of the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on Aug. 6 for the World Leadership Awards, a fundraiser concert benefiting Usher’s charity, the New Look Foundation. Joining them: former President Bill Clinton.

Information posted on Usher’s Web site says that the event supports the foundation’s ”mission to mentor youth as global leaders,” and promises an evening of special surprises.

nton-photograph-c10102849World Leadership Awards chairs are Cammie R. Rice, who sits on the New Look Foundation’s board of directors, and her husband GE Vice Chairman John Rice.

The host committee includes a number of Atlanta’s philanthropic power hitters along with business, civic and political leaders: Gov. Sonny Perdue and wife Mary, former U.S. Sen. Sam Nunn and wife Colleen, former Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin, U.S. Rep. John Lewis, political pundit Phil Kent, Roger and Kathy Penske of the Penske Automotive Group; Coca-Cola executive Ingrid Saunders Jones and environmental activist Laura Turner Seydel.

Sponsors include Coke, GE, Turner Broadcasting, Grey Goose, AEG Live, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Penske Automotive Group, Georgia Power Company, Creative Artist Agency, Elizabeth Arden and Sony BMG.

In describing the characterisitcs of the presenters and attendees, it states, “power hitters along with business, civic and political leaders”. They forget to mention ‘Porn Stars’ when describing Clinton. I guess they need to edit this spectacular piece of journalism.

Sorry for the copy and paste of the first poster, just showing how stupid he sounds. I think it is a great line-up and love to see Sonny Perdue, Bill Clinton, Shirley, John Lewis and the rest of them showing up to support and have a great time with these young performers!

Has anyone stopped to wonder why such emphasis is being given on WORLD LEADERSHIP instead of neighborhood, county of city leadership awards…this is nothing but indoctrination pure and simple. I have nothing against our Youth being active and charitable, but this is a lesson best left to parents and families to teach our children by example, not for the likes of Usher. All of these sponsors are fueled and funded by Leftist ideologs. People should do there homework before getting sucked into such propaganda. Open your eyes Atlanta.

[...] As we were first to tell you, Justin Bieber and Usher take the stage with former President Bill Clinton at an Aug. 6 fundraiser at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Here’s that item, if you missed it. [...]
