Jenny Levison nearly gave us a heart attack today. We might need some soup and champagne to calm down.
Jenny Levison toyed with our emotions today, sending out this e-mail.
“Dear Loyal customers,
I am so sad to announce that this will be our last day in business.
We will be open tonight and offer free champagne. We hope you will come and join us today.
Take care,
Jenny”
Before we could hustle down there for a final cup of chicken noodle, Levison, whose staff of singing soup slingers at Souper Jenny often greet guests with both ladle and lyric, eased our fears.
“April Fools’ people!” came a second e-mail.
The champagne, we’re happy to say, is no joke.

Stupid joke for a business owner. One would hope that the lady has a bit more brain.

Can someone provide directions and a good landmark so I can find the place? Have tried a couple of times. Thanx.

Yeah remember when the local news (thinking AJC & WSBTV) incorrectly reported that Harolds bbq had closed down – so people stopped going there and then Harolds had to shut down… LOL

I had the Jenny soups via food delivery at my old workplace and tany soup is delicious. Perhaps Jenny could put her recipes in a cookbook so if she ever does go out of business, I could still make this delicious liquid broth concotion at home!!!
