Warrick Dunn no longer plays football here, but his dedication to the Atlanta area remains strong.
His foundation, which provides homes to single moms and their kids, remains active here and in fact presented two local women, Barbara Murgerson and Tamaneka Butler, both moms of three, the keys to their new homes on Tuesday.
“I am in complete awe,” Murgerson said.

What a wonderful man! Every man who plays professional sports needs to look at Warrick Dunn as one of the leaders. He understands the importance of philanthropy and I appreciate that he still includes Atlanta on his list of places he contributes to the community.
Thank you Warrick Dunn.

This man and athlete is a class act. What a role model he is… not only for the young, but for adults as well.

Warrick is exactly what the NFL and all other sports needs……a genuinely nice person who actually cares about other people. I met Warrick several times when he was here as a player and he absolutely gets “it”. He doesn’t do these things to be a role model….he does them because he like to do them. What a great guy. I’ll second what Holland says…Thank You Warrick Dunn!

Being a kind person is instilled in you when you are a child, and this is the type of person that love creates, to care about other people, to care about what happens to other people. Thank you, Warrick.
