Jackets Fumble Ball & Game Away

I’ve given myself 24 hours to chew on this one…a personal rule that I apply after tough losses.

Fault?

Can’t lay this one on Scott Blair and the missed PAT.

Blair didn’t choose to go for it on 4th and two on the UGA 19 yard line.  We have to kick the FG there, take the points, and kicked off to UGA again.

Blair didn’t fumble the ball on the UGA five yard line after the defense stopped UGA three and out and GT got the ball at midfield.  Score should have been 10-0 at that point…but it wasn’t…it was still 0-0.

Blair didn’t fumble the ball on the UGA 13 yard line after special teams forced a turnover and gave the offense the ball on the UGA 34.  It was 21-21 at that point and GT squandered the chance to make it at least 24-21 while taking the lead.

Blair didn’t pitch the most costly fumble to an a-back that was about to get plastered.  UGA picked that one up and returned it 18 yards for a TD and the ultimate margin of victory.

Sure…Blair missed a routine PAT attempt after Tech valiantly fought through all the other errors and managed to push UGA to the wall.

But this was a team loss…offense putting the ball on the ground, defense giving up big plays on the ground and the air, and special teams missing the opportunity to tie things up.

Richt Knows He Escaped With This One

With the exception of Johnson’s decision to go for it early on the UGA 19, I thought he flat out schooled the UGA coaches in most phases of the game.

He made Grantham look foolish by running up 512 yards of offense (92 plays, 32 first downs, 411 rushing yards, and 7 of 12 on third down conversions).  And he did it all with his second string quarterback…

He made Richt look foolish late in the game when he told the GT defense to let UGA score.  I’d already told my wife that UGA could just kneel the ball a few times and run out the clock.  We had no way to stop it.  But Richt decided to run a play without telling his offense to stay in bounds and keep the clock running no matter what.  When Ealy rumbled into the endzone I was astonished…UGA had just done the ONLY thing possible to keep GT in the game.

And lets not forget Richt’s decision to go for it on 4th and 1 at the GT 23…up by a point, why not kick the FG and make the lead four rather than a single point.  He basically gave the Jackets the ball back, close enough to win with a FG, with 2:53 on the clock.  Tech stalled on offense but that decision smelled distinctly similar to a decision Jim Donnan once made…

Make no mistake…the Jackets were a better coached football team overall.  Paul Johnson did more with his resources than Mark Richt did.

Johnson’s Scheme Vindicated

This game should put to bed all the talk of Johnson relying on Gailey’s recruits to win and the fact that Tech will slide into oblivion once Joshua Nesbitt leaves.  Tevin Washington is one of Johnson’s recruits and he ran the offense extremely well under very tough circumstances.  He never faltered, despite the fumbles and bad breaks, and he brought the Jackets back from deficits twice.

Tech fans are excited about the upcoming 2011 QB competition as Washington will be pushed by a handful of athletic Paul Johnson QB recruits.

All Bowls Are Good

There is no such thing as a bad bowl.  They all provide a reward for the players, a chance for the fans to watch more football, and extra practices for the development of young players.

This is especially true in Tech’s case.

Washington will benefit from the extra work and with a little luck, we’ll see Nesbitt get some snaps if he’s healthy in late December.

Go Jackets!

Um…excuse me “Tech Man”(oxymoron if I ever saw one), but Tech lost. Therefore it proved only that Johnson can lose with both his recruits and Gailey’s. You’re welcome.

I can never get upset with my team when they give their all, even if they lose a ball game. But the simple fact still remains, no matter what the game score is, Georgia Tech fans and players are always winners and UGA fans and players are losers. The same holds true in life.

Paul Johnson a “genius”??????

Is that because he abandoned the run (just like in 2009) with over 2 mins and a timeout left, down by a single point? UGA had NO timeouts. The way you were running the ball down our throats, you were guaranteed to at least get in field goal range.

Let us not forget you Nerds have lost 4 of your past 5, only beating Duke.

Genius??? I thought you Nerds were smarter than this.

I agree with you Chris about the FG on 4th and 2 on the first drive, why not the FG and put some points on the board to give Tevin and the offense some encouragment. Other than that, I liked the way CPJ coached the game.

The big concern now is going to be the grad school admissions office. I understand there are several redshirt juniors set to graduate. How many are going to get the opportunity to continue on? That would be a good story to look into.

Honestly, GT will always be an engineering school but could use more curiculum both undergrad and graduate programs to have a better opportunity in recruiting

How come everyone is talking about how much The Dawgs couldn’t stop Tech’s offense but if you look at the numbers UGA averaged 8.7 per play. So who’s offense was better? It’s all a moot point because both offense made the other teams defense look foolish. The problem is that Tech made more mistakes than UGA did. Coaching takes place more than just on game day. A good coach can not only coach it up on game day but teach the players to strip the ball on defense then protect the ball on offense.

So what are the conclusions? Oh yeah 9-1.

This game was pretty close to being the 2008 game in reverse. And the way Tech lost was the way UGA’s been losing the last two years. Law of averages was bound to kick in at some point. You’re right not to blame Blair. GT leaving points on the field on three possessions inside the UGA 25 is why they lost. Back to 2008 … Tech fans didn’t want to hear that Georgia suffered a self-inflicted loss. This year, Georgia fans know the Dogs got away with one. Doesn’t mean we won’t take the win, though. Ugly win’s better than a pretty loss.

UGAg fans are such aholes. We outhustled them and outcoached them. We moved the ball with our second string freshman QB. We played with more heart and guts. The ball just bounced their way on a few plays like it seems to do a lot in this rivalry. I’m so freakin proud to be a Jacket. So much better than an obnoxious mutt who is a sore winner and loser. UGA may have won on the scoreboard but we giftwrapped them the win. Gracious are they? NEVER! And they talk like they don’t whine and make excuses every single time they lose especially to UF! Give me a break. They are one of the most hated fan bases for a reason. What a bunch of thugs! 11 arrests, AD caught with panties in his mouth, and a coach giving the choke sign to opposing teams! Hahaha what class UGA and all their fans represent. They are the real losers!

One can analyze, rationalize any game any way they would like to do so. However, no matter what anyone says, the
result does not change. A win is a win and a loss is a loss. A one point loss hurts as much as a 40 point loss. Six losses by GT and UGA means both teams had medicore at best regular seasons no matter which schedule may have been softer or tougher. All fans of both teams should get over it and look forward (?) to whatever they may get as a bowl game.
Frankly, I think bowl invitations should be limited to teams with a wining record. Fill the smaller bowls with
teams from any division as long as they have above .500 records.

What game were you watching?

November 29th, 2010

UGA averaged 8.8 yards per offensive play. Tech averaged 5.5 yards per offensive play. It takes UGA fewer plays to put up points because they can actually throw and catch the football. It looks to me that CPJ might have to actually recruit someone to play QB who has the ability to do both things required of a college QB nowadays. At least he’s more of a man than O’Leary or Gailey – both of those guys would have had no problem blaming the loss on the kicker!!!

LOL. All I heard for a week after that game from UGA fans was “what if”, just like Tech fans are doing now.

By the way Chris, you can go back and say CPJ shouldn’t have gone for it just on those times he didn’t make it. UGA turned it over as well. The bottom line is they had a lot more talent, especially with Nesbitt out, and we needed to be +1 or +2 on turnovers. Instead we ended up -1 or -2. We just turned it over too much. A Georgia Southern fan here. I hated it when PJ went to Tech because he was great for us and I see that he is doing well for you. You avoid us for years, obsess over UGA, claim “moral” victories, and see yourselves as better than those around you. It’s a good thing that I know a few GT folks who arereally good people or I’d have to despise you even more than I do now. Trash? Trailer parks, Wal-Mart fanbase, THWG, and the list goes on forever. I don’t blame UGA folks for rubbing your noses in each and every defeat. One thing is sure. If you put the effort into beating Miami, Clemson, and such that you do into beating UGA, you’d have those bigger fish to fry that PJ talked about last year.
BTW, after defeating South Carolina State IN THE FIRST ROUND OF REAL PLAYOFFS today, we heard from disgruntled SC Sate fans that we were tougher and beat them worse than you did. See y’all in ‘15. But you folks deserve all the misery. It would have been even better if UGA had killed the ball and let you lose by one. Or even better, Richt could have gone for two, made it a 9-point game, and then let you run the ensuing kick back for exercise. I am glad Ugag fans were given a chance to vent after they gagged against Florida. Don’t think for a minute that Tech fans don’t know that Ugag is a football school with an academic problem. We all know that you belong to the mighty SEC, but there is something special about seeing a Ugag throw his menu around and trample all over his sunglasses at the bar whenever we scored a touch down, while the Tech fans were happy to know that their team stood up to the challenge when the odds were stacked against them. I just think it is hypocritical of Ugags to say that our national titles don’t matter when they themselves keep throwing numbers on our face. I gracefully admit that you won fair and square this year. Bask in your glory, until next time.

man you should of took another 24 hours. sounds liek a bunch of excuses to me why ug is the better team. they have better players plain and simple. richt did the right thing by going for it. his players can get two yards on tech defense why settle for 3 when he can run the clock down and score a td to put it out of reach for good. murry pulled out a little early and you guys got the ball but uga better players stopped PJ recruits who is washington 4 plays in a row. the only guy who did good for you guys was a transfer from louisville. not a opj recruit for sure. A.Allen was the only player uga had trouble bringing down one on on…washington will get crushed next year if he is even techs qb next year. uga simply kicked your teams butt yet again even helping you guys out by turning it over 3 tinmes. by doing that , it was like taking 21 points off the board as uga scored everytime they had the ball but twice. pj johnson didnt out coach richt on the ealey td, he just didnt figure pj giving up an easy 7 points instead of trying to actually defend the play. instead of losing by 1 and you guys blaming the kicker for the loss pj took him off the hook there by telling his players to let ealy score. that was stupid as you guys didnt have a chance of scoring 8 points with 1 22 left in the game.either way the game was over when uga got the ball back. when uga defense stopped your sso smart of a coach high school offense with no passing game what so ever 4 straight plays. your offense ran 92 plays i would hope the number 1 rushing offense in CFB would have over 500 yards. uga had alomost 500 running only 48 plays. your team is full of div 1aa players and you can thank PJ for that as he is recruiting to his system. the high school system that only teams that have player who are not good enough to beat a team straight up. good luck winning more than 7 games from here on out fellas..hahaha

People on both sides of this little discussion, and all the other discussions, who are over 18 years old, and offer something more than hurling insults and calling people bad names, thank you. Fellas, I have been a Tech fan since 1962 when I was selling programs at BDS as a Boy Scout. Billy Lothridge, Bill Curry, Rufus Guthrie, Kim King, were all my heroes. I didn’t know any better. There were Tech and UGA folks in my neighborhood. We razzed each other a bit as kids, but I had then, and have now, nothing but respect for both schools, coaches, and football teams.
A dark cloud rolled over my 14 year old butt when some guy named Dooley got the head GA job in 1964. You GA grads, fans, whatever, are correct. It has been a tough 46 years, with brief relief brought by Ross, then O’Leary. My best friend of 50 years is a rabid dawg, and has been exceedingly kind to me over the years on the last Sat in November.
This year was tough for both of us. I was expecting to get killed, really, so when we played as hard as we did, I felt good, at least, about that. It went as I feared. GA has another outstanding QB. Tough as nails, good passer. But God, fellas, he is a freshman. Cut him some slack. Nobody covered Green this year, didn’t expect us to. Durham looks like a really tough kid, and great competitor. Your defense, really, is not a UGA defense. Don’t know what’s wrong there. Now, the game. Of course we held the ball as much as we could. Murray can’t throw from the bench. We did good with that. I thought Tech had a good plan, the only way we could win. I knew GA would make goofy mistakes. Their offense is good enough to recover. Ours is not. We had to exploit your mistakes, and avoid making mistakes. We did not. Still, a super, highly competitive game. We could have won. Congrats to your kids for doing what they needed to do.
Ga fans, my friends, many of them, are not trash. They’re not thugs, or sorry people. Tech fans who say such things should be ashamed. I don’t know any real Tech fans who think they are better than anybody else. Enough with the numbers and stats. Whoop dee do. Insults and trash talking is for losers. Either side. I hope that Dooley curse dies soon, and we get a few breaks. We are always going to need a few breaks to beat GA. I hope all you guys have a happy holiday season, and hope both teams win their bowl games. A winning season for either after this year would be nice.

If UGA beat Georgia Southern year after year, and someone asked “why”, would the following words be a ‘reason’ or an ‘excuse’? It’s the same with UGA beating GT. The reality is, UGA is a football factory, GT is not. GT will never consistently beat UGA, look at history. So, when you wonder ‘why’ and you get an answer, don’t be a jerk off and say the word ‘excuse’, because what your hearing is called a ‘reason’. UGA has a better team, because it’s a football factory. It’s not really all that complicated. When UGA boasts for beating GT, it’s like Goliath boasting if he were to beat David…kinda silly. I really don’t think UGA people are so stupid that they don’t understand the clear dynamics of the situation: football factory -vs- non-football factory = football factory winning most games over time…pretty simple stuff. So, in the big picture, yes, the non-football factory *IS* entitled to feel good about aspects of the game, even if it isn’t a “W”. If we are only allowed to feel good after a win against UGA, then we wouldn’t feel good very often and honestly, life is too short to be that negative. Get a life and perspective guys.

Also, it *IS* possible for all of these things to happen:

a. GT coached better,
b. GT hustled more,
c. GTs scheme worked,
d. UGA’s superior recruiting trumped a b and c

“Winning” doesn’t determine a b c or d. When you are undermanned according to every major recruiting service year after year, then you have to be smarter, out-hustle, and have a weird scheme to try and compensate for the lesser talent.

We needed to play a perfect game, as the underdog. UGA didn’t have to play a perfect game, because of superior talent. We didn’t play a perfect game (neither did UGA), so we lost. It’s not complicated.

Facts about Paul Johnson

November 30th, 2010
7:55 pm

- He has blown as golden an opportunity as Tech will EVER have to overtake UGA as the premier program in the state, all by losing to a 6-5, and then a 5-6 team. This game is enormous for recruiting in our talent rich state, and we’ve seen the fruits of that with this year’s mediocre “post-ACC Championship” recruiting class.

- I take ZERO heart in the fact we were more competitive in the game than expected. First of all, they are a 5-6 team and tried to give us the game with fumbles, which we promptly returned. Second, we should not be so poor in the first place as to where we are a 14 point dog to a 5-6 team, particularly in the 3rd year of a coach’s regime.

- If Paul Johnson had beaten the two worst UGA teams since Ray Goff, Mark Richt would be OUT OF WORK today.

- Mark Richt would be UNEMPLOYED today merely if Tech had sent Saturday’s game to overtime and won, after all UGA had to do was kneel on the ball. Of course this was not possible, since the unbalanced nature of our offense precludes the development of a credible passing game which can threaten an opponent in a 2 minute scenario. Joe Hamilton, in a Ralph Friedgen offense, would have tied that game on Saturday. Under Paul Johnson, we stumble around and skip footballs into the turf.

- Paul Johnson DOES NOT CARE about the UGA game more than any other. Whenever he is asked about it, there is zero passion. He’ll say something along the lines of “yeah, it’s important to the fans and the players, so it’s important to me,” but he does NOT take the UGA game personally, nor does he identify himself so much as a part of GT, but as a guy paid to coach at GT, and that is very disappointing to me.

- It has long been obvious, as previously mentioned, that this offense is not built to come from behind late in a game. This is something that MUST be addressed, and SHOULD HAVE been addressed after we lost to UGA last year for this very reason. Leading the nation in rushing offense is nice and all, but this offense will need more balance if we ever expect to become a consistently great program.

- Chan never beat UGA, but that does not mean PJ’s performance vs UGA has been up to par. We should always beat them when they are poor as they have been the last two years. As far as I’m concerned, 2-1 vs these three UGA teams should be considered par for a GT coach. Paul Johnson is currently BELOW PAR in regards to his performance in the most important game on our schedule. I will take 2-1 vs the Dogs over 1 championship in a crummy ACC any day!

Jacket76 I’m watching. It’s pitiful.

I didn’t renew my season tickets this year. Another guy I know didn’t renew his either. He won’t even watch them on TV – he says he can’t take it. This has to be Phew’s last year. The program is flat lining.

Seeing Tech lose on Saturday to the Dawgs was fun. Watching Tech get run out of the arena tonight by Northwestern by a bunch of very smart, white boys is PRICELESS. What’s the excuse tonight “gay” Tech boys??

CPH needs to resign effectively immediately. There is NO excuse for losing to NW by 20 points. What a wretched display of college “basketball” (and I use that term very loosely) by GT tonight.

CPH should have been fired years ago. Look in the archived blogs and you’ll see all the same comments that you’ll see this year: we can’t in-bound the ball, we dont’ have an offense, we seem to underachieve based on the talent on paper, we’ve had ONE winning acc record in over ten years now, on and on…every year it’s the same thing…GroundHogDay…FIRE PAUL HEWITT ALREADY WTFFFFFFF?!?!?!?!?!!!! OMG how bad does it have to get…that he is still coaching at GT is an insult to anyone with eyes and a memory. I don’t care about the golden contract…fire the man and see if Bobby Cremins, Mark Price, AnYoNe will come work for charity money. NO ONE is better than paul Blewitt!

Priceless – You’re completely right. There is no excuse for this and our bball program has become a complete joke, because no one has the balls to fire Paul Hewitt. The man would have been fired from any reasonable college years ago. ONE winning ACC record in over ten years……..really!?…really!?…amazing!

I enjoyed watching the game and think the game could have been won by either team. I’m glad my Dawgs won. Both defenses were bad. Both offences moved the ball well. I do get tired of the Tech fans talking about ALL our 5 star recruits. We’ve had only 8 five star recruits the past 8 years. Don’t complain about us, go recruit your own. You’re only admitting we beat you in recruiting and on the field. Secondly, tech fans get so excited about our recent record against Florida. Since we beat you guys so often, we don’t have to talk about your 12 loses in the past 14 games against FSU? Do we need to bring up the Seminoles more often? Didn’t think so. Hope UGA & GT will represent the state in the bowl games.

hey knucklehead aka facts about paul johnson,

Does ONE GAME DEFINE A SEASON?

Your obsession is clearly obvious you cant stand the dawgs. They beat us, and its entertainment.

This obsession with the dawgs is pretty sad. Why? ONE GAME DOES NOT DEFINE A SEASON.

You guys keep whining about loosing to uga. Quite frankly if you cant get over it in probally less than a 5 minute time period than thats pretty pathetic.

So you want to go back to gailey ball and average 6 wins a year? No problem. Go that route and you knuckleheads will whine even more.

This program is going in the right direction. Why? We can only get better. So when CPJ averages 8 wins a year in 3 seasons you want him gone too? hahahaha

Some of you need to take it easy on your obsession with UGA.

Tech played a good game against us…..Yes, i think we have better talent. Coaching, we could do better, put Johnson has short comings also. He’s stubborn, and makes dumb decisions himself. A short, effective passing game would do wonders for Tech, and we could both use Defensive help. That game could of gone either way, but I’m glad Dawgs won

Hey “The Man” – just so you’ll know, in spite of the fact that UF has “owned” UGA the last two decades, UGA still leads in the overall series. It really cracks me up the way GT fans constantly refer to Florida to try to make themselves feel better about losing to UGA but hey, I understand.

Am i the only one that will put his name out on a message board? Having said that, I am proud of my Jackets! I was possibly the only Tech fan in the entire student section, like I have been since high school. My best friends, not to mention family, are UGA fans. However, we always joke around when it comes to this game. I had a great time in Athens. i was proud of our team, and I am proud of CPJ! Tech fans lets get together for next year…we have a coach and I wouldn’t trade him for anything! logan,

whats your point about all being from georgia? Tevin got a little better, but holy crap….. the passing game really needs to improve when situations like that happen in a game like the rivalary game in athens during the turkey day break.

Stephen Hill going to get hurt every time he doesnt catch a pass?

Logan Brown

Sorry ss…I was running late for work and alas I did not have enough time to fully state my thoughts. My comment on Georgia was about this stupid bickering on these boards. I might dislike UGA more than most people, but it is still my home state. i was trying to make the point that some of the people that write on these boards do not represent what UGA or Tech fans stand for. The main point I wanted to make, since I have heard grumblings all year about Paul Johnson, is that we have a fantastic coach. Tevin is going to be a great starting QB for us, but I do agree number 5 needs to step it up. My only concern heading into next year is the defensive backs….we are losing a lot back there. Also, Chris you do a great job covering the Jackets! UGA may have bragging rights for another year, but CPJ will let this loss linger on him the whole offseason, and he will be back next year looking for vengence!

logan,

the defense is a big weakness. Your right about that.

As far as the rest of the post you wrote…. Your right… There is plenty of bickering and there a lot of idiots that post on the ajc blogs for both schools. Totally agree with that.

The only problem i have is when im watching the game against the canes and duke……. I really dont want to hear…. We better beat georgia… Lets beat the damn team were playing RIGHT NOW.

The whole point is ONE GAME DOESNT DEFINE A SEASON…….. A lot of people on both sides dont seem to realize that.

I don’t see how GT gift-wrapped a win for UGA when UGA twice squandered 14 point leads. We also had 3 bad fumbles. We just cashed in on them. Crybabies, stick to differential equations and regression analysis. GT acts like we escaped with our lives Saturday. I was just pissed that we didn’t put them away earlier, as we should have. Never felt threatened the entire game. So there is to your moral victory nerds.

I agree ss…Sitting in the stands this year has been an experiance I never want to see again, on the defensive side. But, however, Al Groh will have his system in place (with the players knowing where to be) by next year. Isn’t it funny that we had no offense with Chan but had a great defense…and now the roles are reversed? Thanks for replyig to me and go Jackets!

Accurate analysis of game. Murray did a good job throwing but he’ll learn how the other half lives with the magnificent A. J. Green gone. Look what losing Bey Bey did to GT and the Jackets aren’t even a passing team. As for all you guys crtiticizing Paul Johnson (not Chris Boggs; his points well taken): how many games above the pee wee level have YOU coached? Didn’t freaking think so.

Robert E. Lee

The old confederacy won nearly every battle with the boys in blue. Bobby Lee stomped General Grant at Fredericksburg, Maryland and he won all engagemest or fought to a draw on July 1,2, 3 at Gettysburg. He won the first major battle on Opening Day in Manassas.

You can win the battles and LOSE the war. GT won the 4 qtr war. Period. Period. GT lost.

To lose by 8 IS WORSE, than to lose by 1. Remember that GT, there is no intelligence or genius in LOSING by 8, after telling your men to lay down. THAT move was disgraceful and it cost CPJ and GT.

Richt is 9-1 vs GT and we all know that he ain’t so special. Right!!!

We do look forward to another home game w/ GT but next time in our Atlanta (smaller) stadium, Grant Field.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHHAHAH, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHAHAHHAHAHA

2009 tells the story of UGA vs GT

December 4th, 2010
11:20 am

Nesbitt being out may or may not have hurt GT. Frankly, Frankie Sinkwich nor Jimmy Poulas and Andy Johnson did not play for UGA the other night, so who knows what effect that had?? To be fair, Billy Lothridge nor Lenny Snow played for GT. Both were great and Lothridge was second to Heisman winner Roger Stauback. GT would ahve been better had they been on the field in Athens. Um, ah, they were not.

The better comparison is the 2009 game. Last year, Kris Durham ( UGA’s BEST wide out ) and AJ Green and Arron Murray did not play. UGA still won with the worst UGA QB in decades.

My point? The UGA kids generally are superior top to bottom and it is because of the two disparate leagues. The ACC and the SEC. 9-1 says it all anyway.

Se y’all in 2011 @ our second home field ……………………Grant Field, our Atlanta home and we love playing there in front of 22,000 red clad fans.

CPJ is looking for a "different kind of player"

December 4th, 2010
11:34 am

Maybe that IS the problem. He is getting tennis players or soccer kids to play wishbone football. Maybe he ought to recruit wishbone football players …………….. cause what he is recruiting AIN’T WORKING.

The Orange Bowl is GT’s venue about every 43 years. They have not been to ANY major bowl since the 50s, beyond the 1967 and 2009 Urange Bowl. Look it up and even when GT played in the old Citrus Bowl in 90, the year Colorado won the NC, it was not considered then, a major.

Show me the last time that GT either played in the Rose, the Sugar or the Cotton, Outback or Cap One and post it along with the two “recent” Urange bids. Don’t talk to me about the Chic Fil A or the Gator or the upcoming Weedeater. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAH

9-1 says it all and to lose that many times to Mark Richt. THAT IS funny.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA

See you in our Atlanta home field next year!!

CPJ did more with his resources than CMR did?

December 4th, 2010
11:39 am

CMR won and in fact, he made is two in a row and took UGA to 9-1 in his era. GT fans are in denial like obamarons are with his failed economy and his soon to fail but currently EXPENSIVE health care costs for all in the USA.

GT you either win or tie. To lose is simply a loss. In another 25 years that UGA game will be in the L column, as it is today. The GT book will show a dominating coach Mark Richt era and it is simply irrefutable.
