Very interesting to see the whole process from start to finish. My favorite part was the aroma in the aging room - they call it "the angel's share" - I thought that was really cool. My only warning to fellow travelers is to not go on a Sunday. Maker's Mark isn't exactly in a dry county, but it is in one that won't allow you to "sample the wares" on a Sunday.
