Georgia State serves up 4 for volleyball

The Georgia State sand volleyball team inked four signees in the fall signing period — Sarah Agnew, Jessica Fourspring, Delaney Rohan, and Natalie Wilson, according to the school’s sports information office:
- Agnew, a native of Coppell, Texas, joins the Panthers after a standout career at Coppell High School. She is a member of the 692 Beach Volleyball club team where she was invited to the 2012 High Performance National Beach Camp and Championships. She won the 2012 USA Beach Qualifier and earned a silver medal at the USAV U-18 Beach National Championship.
- Fourspring comes to GSU from Greer, S.C., and Riverside High School. She is a member of the Club South sand volleyball team where she helped the club to a 17-1 record and a 2012 Daytona Beach tournament championship. She was named to the 2012 Battle of the Beach All-Star team and was named one of the Best of the Beach in 2012. While playing indoor volleyball at Riverside High School she earned two All-Region selections and two team MVP awards.
- Rohan is a native of Brooklyn Park, Minn. where she was a standout indoor volleyball player at Totino-Grace High School. As an indoor volleyball player she earned three All-Conference selections and holds the school record in aces with 172. She is also a member of the Minnesota Select club team. In the sand she has had a stellar career with back-to-back first place finishes at the USAV Junior Hawkeye Open, and a first place finish at the 2012 AAU Florida Open. She also placed second at the 2012 CBVA Junior Manhattan Open.
- Plymouth Minn., native Wilson was has had a strong career at Wayzata High School where she earned two All-Conference honors to go with an All-Area and several All-Tournament selections. She helped lead Wayzata to a second place finish at state competition in 2010. She was also a member of the Minnesota Select club team where she finished fifth at the 2011 AAU Nationals.
