Georgia-bound quarterback Christian LeMay will be interviewed live on ESPNU tonight on SportsCenterU between 7 and 8 p.m.
LeMay announced on April 30 at his father’s church in Pineville, N.C., that he intends to enroll at UGA after graduating next fall. Craig Haubert, an ESPN recruiting analyst, served as master of ceremonies for that event.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound athlete is considered one of the top quarterback prospects in the nation. He is ranked No. 1 at the position by The Sporting News and No. 2 by Scout.com. He chose Georgia over Clemson, Texas A&M, Auburn and Notre Dame.
LeMay has been staying busy since that announcement. Most recently he won MVP honors at a Nike camp in Blacksburg, Va.
LeMay earned North Carolina player of the year honors last season after leading Butler High School to a 15-0 record and the 4A state championship. He completed 68.5 percent of his passes for 3,296 yards, 44 touchdowns and two interceptions last season.
LeMay will be an early enrollee at Georgia.
