All football teams have less than banner years, look at tech, they lost to Ga. 7 or 8 years in arow. So what is the problem.. We wii overcome.

Mr. Walls, the Stanford offer is not really worth the paper it is written on. It is not like other offer letters. Read it closely, it says one of the scholarship conditions is you have to be admitted there. Most letters say that but Stanford uses that to decide who they REALLY want. Stanford admissions are more along the lines of the Ivy’s. There is no set minimum GPA or SAT level. Stanford passes all these offers out and then controls who actually gets an application for admission. They might promise you an application in March and you might not actually get it until December. The Admissions department takes at least 8 weeks to make a decision then. Do not commit to them before you know for a fact that you are admitted.

Ive seen this guy play several games and have to agree with the statement that the games dont lie. If he is a D1 player then there are a bunch of them out there. I wonder if he is trying to increase his exposure with these articles. Go to UGA would be great, then their D will continue to suck cause he cant tackle anything that aint standing still

Mr Ackbar is right. If Mr Walls has no NFL ambitions, than by all means, go to Tech and get a desk job. Aint a damn thing wrong with that. Even though I got served by a tech grad at Olive Garden last week. I guess there are so many engineers that they all can’t get jobs in the recession. Now, if Avery is considering pro football as a future career, stay away from tje acc and come to UGA . Richt gets d players to NFL. Besides , Tech gonna hate the whole world when Auburn fires Chizick, and Paul Johnson takes the job . A real coach can’t get no love in the acc. Heck, if he coyld blend the triple option with the pro style, I would love his fire at UGA.

How can this information be correct? A college coach cannot contact a junior player before September 1st of the athletes senior year, although they can send official offer letters. This article doesn’t mention whether or not Coach Harbaugh called him or he called the coach, but in an earlier article concerning the Oklahoma offer (rivals.com), Walls specifically stated that Coach Stoops called him. Hmmm…by this we find that either someone is violating NCAA regulations or….someone is lying. Highlight films look good, but GAME film doesn’t lie.
