Thanks Coach Smith, but as you are well aware, Van Gorder’s defensive schemes put players in position to make plays, unlike Willie’s “prevent defense” from start to finish. Willie, and the other defensive coaches, looked good in this system. That’s why I don’t think Martinez, Janeck, nor Fabris are SEC calibre coaches. In my opinion, CMR needs to let those coaches go, and bring in a top notch DC, with his coaching selections. Anyone who believes that Rodney Gardner is more than just a recruiter doesn’t know football, and the players he is recruiting are the ones we can’t seem to coach up. Anyway, just my opinion.

Kiffin promising that his team will “never lose” to UGA should tell recruits something. That is a promise Kiffin can’t make with certainty. If he gets kicked out for recruiting violations in two years…maybe then he can honor that promise. In other words, he’s a guy whose word means nothing. What is he going to say if UGA beats them next year? “Opps, I guess I was wrong”? His word seemingly means nothing if he can give it so carelessly.

If you think even for one second that lame kiffen will never lose to GEORGIA again then you’re dummer than that inbread hound dog you guys call a mascot. The only way that he never loses to GEORGIA again is if he quits after this year. God what a bunch of idots.
As far as mr Robey goes, my grandmother use tell peopole like him, it went something like this, don’t let the door knob hit ya where the good lord split ya. Even though I’m a strong supporter of CMR, if he is dumb enough to bring that ancor that’s around his neck back next year then I wash my hands of him.
Kid, the way I see it is if you’re still looking then, the UGA has every right to resend their scolarship offer to you. As far as I’m concerened you are no longer a commitiment and the dawgs should offer to the first player on their wish list.
Maybe you should take the rest of the year before you make a commit. Georgia might still have an opening left for you then, but hopefully they will have all their needs fulfilled before then. Good luck wherever you end up at.

I cant wait till next year. We’ll be reloading with every starter on offense with aaron murray starting at qb. We’ll get back to running the spread with wooten in the slot and smith on the other side every now and then, Then with green and brown on the outside. Carlton thomas is another brandon james and ealey will be starting at running back. Next year is gonna be beautiful for the dawgs! So maybe you tennessee idiots should shut up because next year is gonna be awful for yall and the rest of the sec.

Give me a freekin’ break. I wish Mr. Robey well, but I don’t want to waste my UGA contributions and donations on someone who might change because we’re letting Willie go after the season. A full football scholarship is worth $38,000+ a year, and I want it to go to a young man who wants to play for GEORGIA…not a pos position coach! Besides, 5′8″ defensive backs are a dime a dozen, and most can’t cover, ie: Prince Miller, Brian Evans.

Paul Johnson lost a lot of commits at Ga Tech when he took the job. He went out and recruited who he wanted and didn’t suffer at all. Get a good DC and he’ll get good recruits. Don’t hand on to Willie just for this one guy.

Robey seems to be a good corner and he should be praying that UGA does fire Martinez. If UGA can bring in a real defensive coordinator that will enable Robey to play better at the next level. With the size of the WRs coming into the league, Robey will need all the help he can get. Is Tony Dungy or Romeo Crennel available?
