I grew up in S FL with CMR and actually went to school at UGA before we hired him. UGA is a great student and family place. We welcome all the young people to our city to grow in every way.

Good luck to Mr Green wherever he lands. Regardless, the Gators will keep winning SEC Championships, National Championships; USF will continue to grow and beat the FSU’s on thier schedule (great game!); FSU is done until the turnover the entire coaching staff; and UGA will continue to be pretty good, just not great very often. They had Stafford and Moreno last year were as average as grits. Go Gators! Tebow has risen! Dawgs, do us a favor and soften LSU up for us.

Pit Bull, recruiting is Chip’s beat so that’s what he writes about. Beat writers get assignments from their editors, so they have to write what they’re told to write, even if the writer is experienced. He’s written about Tech and other schools.

It’s a pretty simple formula, but obviously you don’t understand the basics of newspaper management.

Pit Bull, UGA puts more fans in the stands for the Spring game than GT can put in the stands for most any game. That is why UGA gets some coverage that happens to be a little more than other state schools. If it were balanced, GT would be mentionsd at least 50-60 percent less!

No TampaGator, you were right the second time, it’s always Champ when you are refering to a Gator. And don’t be too quick to dismiss the Gators…only 2 hours away and in need of WR’s which he is projected to play. Plus with Percy Harvin, Andre Caldwell, and Louis Murphy all shining in the league…he would be foolish not to take a good hard look at the Champs.

Also GATOR CHAMP…what the Gators need is high school, experienced WRs. He is a WR project when he arrives on campus (whereever that might be)and the Gators don’t need WR projects right now. They need kids who can come in a play right away at WR or at aleast make a contribution at WR right away. Green is not that.

GATOR CHAMP…I don’t think the Gators have any shot at this kid. I don’t believe he has even visted the Gainesville campus. I thought FSU was a lock for him, and the Noles still might be. But it does look like Georgia is a 2nd and might become the 1 before too much longer. I can’t see him being a Gator, however. I would be shocked if that happened.

Mr. Green is a very nice man who always has a hello and big smile for everyone he sees…he attends everything his son(s) played…Mr. G is about 6′ 7″ and looks like the athlete he was…Christian also plays a good game of roundball, however he and a bunch of other football players didn’t play last year, something about wanting to take some time off prior to starting up w/ basketball after a long f-ball season…he is very quick on the basketball court…I just wished he could have played w/r all 4 years at TC…man if he goes to UGA, then that means somewhere in Tampa Murray will be shucking passes to Orson and Christian somewhere down here…hummmm, maybe I’ll find out where and sell tkts lol
