The state of Georgia is well represented on the roster for the 2010 Under Armour/ESPN High School All-American Game, which will be played January 2 in Orlando.
Currently there are 11 Georgians among the 79 slated to play in the annual all-star contest, which is gradually turning into the preeminent event of its kind. The U.S. Army All-American contest is often played on the same weekend but will be played instead on Jan. 9 in San Antonio this time around.
Headlining this year’s Under Armour game are three University of Georgia commitments: Buford offensive lineman Kolton Houston, Newnan safety Alec Ogletree and Calhoun wide receiver Da’Rick Rogers. Two Alabama commitments from the state made the list: North Gwinnett offensive lineman Jawuan James and Columbus-Brookstone tight end Brian Vogler.
Also slated to play in the game, which will be televised by ESPN, are South Paulding cornerback Ryan Ayers (Georgia Tech), M.L. King running back Mack Brown (Florida), Booker T. Washington wide receiver Antonio Goodwin (Auburn), Gainesville wide receiver Tai-ler Jones (Stanford) and Westlake linebacker Michael Taylor (Tennessee).
Loganville running back Storm Johnson is the only Georgian who currently remains undecided about his college choice. Johnson visited West Virginia this past weekend.
As always, the roster is subject to change between now and New Years. Here’s the complete list as it stands today:

Yes Brent Benedict is a UGA verbal commit but he is from Florida – not Georgia. The article was a bout players from Georgia on the list.

If by SUCK, you mean owning ugag, then yes the reptiles do SUCK and it looks like they may be joined by a lot of teams this year, lol.
You know a loss to SC and suddenly the schedule looks scary, cause if you can’t beat SC can you beat Ark or TN or…..
