You UGA loudmouths are too funny. You take any morsel of potential negativity and act like Lane Kiffin is the reincarnation of Satan. The OK State player can say anything….he could say NASA wants him to become an astronaut and you all would somehow try to link Kiffin to that. Fact is, UT is going to kick UGA’s little butt all over the turf at Neyland Stadium and there is not a darn thing you can do about it. You all better be worried about Visor Boy next Saturday. You can bet he will have his players jacked up for UGA even though they barely beat NC State. By the way, how did that beatdown of OK State go last week?

I saw the same info that dawgs drool posted, earlier in the week. My first thoughts were that Jamal got a bad deal and I hoped he got another gig. Later this week it has come out that he was accused of raping another AA girl in MARCH!! She was very upset and confused and wound up not pressing charges because she did not want him to looose his scholly. I think he eve manipulated her into dating him for 2 more months to help his case after the fact if she later changed her mind. Date rape is a tricky thing. What I am hearing is he changes when he drinks, he date raped BOTH of these girls that he DATED. YES he DATED them, but he changes when alcholol is involved, sweet quit Jamal changes and gets agressive and does not HEAR the word NO. He broke the AA girls zipper and pinned her arms over her head. Does that sound like a fun date to you?? I get a little tired of people making excuses for bad behaviour, just because the girl as on a DATE. There is such a thing as DATE RAPE.

If the coaching staff at Ok St still believe this young man is worth keeping and so does his high school coach then why shouldn’t Kiffin at least talk to the man. I totally trust the staff and if they do take him I am sure its because they believe in him
The real question is wheather he is worth giving a scolly too. He will be sitting out a year and then how long can he be a help to the VOLS?

Dawgs Drool, that explination sounds about right. I know nothing of this young man, but there are a few players on the roster at OSU who are from here in the Houston area and they’re saying he got a raw deal. This sounds familiar to a situation that happened in Georgia to another young man.

The following was posted by someone that personally knows the family.

Coach Duron Sutton is a long time great friend; he sent Laron Harris to UT but Laron didn’t work out, making him go to Ut instead of Auburn. Duron has been keeping me abreast of the rather rapid ever changing situation regarding Jamal. Jamal’s mother rented from me for many years; she was rare, in Memphis, for a renter, in that she paid her rent on time. Jamal’s dad is in the service but rarely home or in the conversation, thus Mrs. Mosley has been raising Jamal. Jamal chose Ok. State over OleMIss and numerous other Div 1A programs. He was slated to start for OKla State. Duron says that Jamal got involved with the wrong crowd at Okla State; a white lady, the daughter of one of Okla State’s biggest boosters, stalked, fell in love, with Jamal, an AA, much to the consternation of her father. Jamal saved her numerous text messages seeking sex, etc. Jamal is not only a good athlete, he’s a good person, according to not only Coach Sutton, but ALL the Okla State coaches. They did not want Jamal to leave, but considering the booster’s influence, the AD had no choice. Mrs. Mosley left Stillwater today, to sleep over in Memphis tonight, and then drive to Knoxville tomorrow. Coach Sutton has had to fight off Auburn,in particular, because of Trooper Taylor, and several other SEC programs. Duron let it be known with all the schools that a scholarship offer would have to be on the table or there was no reason to talk. He convinced Jamal that because of Kiffin and Orgeron, UT was the best program for him. Duron Sutton is a highly respected, high character, coach and individual. He would NOT go out on the line for Jamal unless he was convinced that Jamal was a good kid; the Okla State coaches feel the same way. IF, IF, everything goes as expected tomorrow, Jamal will be a Tennessee Vol and I’m sure all us Vol fans will thank the day that the little white chick’s dad at Okla State did not like his daughter going with an awful Black guy so that Okla State had to cut Jamal loose.

The reason this player has interest in UT is because of Orgeron. Mosley originally committed to Coach O and Ole Miss before Orgeron was fired. That is the connection.

The Jason Respert situation is different. Florida Officals told him they would make the charge go away if he signed with them and he told them he had done nothing wrong. This really soured his relationship with UF to say the least. UGA did not want to take any chances so they backed off of him and I don’t blame them for that. So those are the reasons he ended up at UT. Don’t throw around acusations without facts. Respert is a good person and is now a very good high school coach in the Middle GA Area.

You guys are dumb. First of all the OSU player can say whatever he likes, doesn’t mean UY is the pursuer.Secondly, they have at least 3 TE’s that can more than handle the position and they are younger. Also, some of you chastised Kiffin for offering Eric Berry’s brother. Fact is and was Kiffin never offered him because everyone kows that is illegal. Some of these “reporters” run with anything out there and try to discredit anyone in their way. DO some fact checks as Chip attemted to do with this ariticle. Also, the Brown issue was NEVER about UT. They got him all fair and square. No promblem with him thus far. Daniel Hood, ok he was charged with a crime ( a major one) but he was 13. Are you telling me that these “reporters” actually went back and looked at all the facts surrounding that case, or rather they just saw rape, Tennessee, Kiffin, and came to a conclusion that would generate a couple more papers sold or a few more eyes online.By the way Chip, it is H.D. “Bud” Ford to you.

Lame Kitten does seem to be looking to grab talented criminal-types. That loud-mouthed brash (classless immature poorly-socialized idiot) type of coach seems to attract the sort of trash-talking thug-person who’d rape or rob someone at gunpoint. Whereas some coaches have stuck with recruits of borderline academics (Tommy Tuberville comes to mind), it seems Lame hangs in there with those of borderline moral standards (or even borderline sociopathy or borderline personality disorder.) Wouldn’t it seem wiser to wait to give a kid a scholarship after being found “Not guilty”? Of course, that makes the jury verdict more exciting if you follow Viles recruiting. Is it a coincidence that the “jumpsuits” of most prison systems use Volunteer Orange to identify their players, too?

Jason Respert had a recruiting visit to Florida, tried to convince every other recruit in Gainesville that weekend to commit to the Vols (telling everyone he never intended to come to Florida but only came to recruit players for the Vols), and then got into deep “do” with additional “lack of values” behavior. Even though he never got into trouble again, his behavior in Gainesville that weekend told you all you wanted to know about him. He was, while on the Florida campus, a lot like Willie Williams, the kid who went to Miami and is now in an Atlanta area jail. Trying to win at all costs, Mr. Kiffin, will get you into a lot of trouble. Ask the former Miami coach.

Tennessee is really going down the wrong road. Sure, maybe the kid didn’t rape someone, but he is still of questionable character. We may not know the details (yet), but regardless of what happened, there were obviously some shady happenings. How many kids of questionable character does that make for UT this year? Tennessee will take anyone, unless prison takes them first.

Does anyone remeber Jason Respect, who got in trouble while a recruit when visiting at UF? The Dawgs and Gators both wanated him to sign with them and were the fore runners but stopped recruiting him when the trouble surfaced. It was UT that then pursued him and got him to play for them. Sound familar?
