@Nothing wrong with Stanford as… – the area around the stadium is a concrete jungle and kinda ugly, but the rest of the campus is positively gorgeous

@Ali Akbar is Stupid – I’m a mechanical engineering major and my experience has given me the impression that a Stanford engineering degree is highly respected in the engineering world, on par with MIT and a step above UCB, GT (not to say they aren’t great schools)

CONCRETE JUNGLE…you must have made a wrong turn or visited the wrong University? You must have very high standards if Stanford is ugly to you? You must really hate Pepperdine U. because that to me is the most beautiful campus in the world, now that it was relocated. One man’s sh_t is another man’s ice cream.

…a choice, but to say that the campus is nice is a little bit of a stretch. Granted, I have not been there since 1994, during the World Cup, when some of the games were played there, but I do remember that the campus was like a concrete jungle, at least the part I saw near the stadium. It was NOT picturesque at all. But, the future, if he gets his degree, will more than make up for that!

A degree from Georgia Tech would only be better if he want to be an engineer. This is coming from a gt student. Great choice and good luck. This kid future is bright no matter what. The pro or a great degree.

My sister’s daughter graduated from Stanford…then Oxford (that’s in England Dawg fans). No better place for this kid to play football and continue his great academic achievements. See you in the NFL or hear about you in the board room.
