Report: Ealey has qualified to enroll at Georgia

By DARRYL MAXIE / dmaxie@ajc.com

Washaun Ealey, the record-setting running back from Emanuel County Institute, has earned a qualifying score and will be enrolled at Georgia on time, according to ugasports.com.

Ealey, an AJC Super 11 selection who rushed for 8,100 yards and a state-record 133 touchdowns, could not be reached to confirm. But ugasports.com cited “an official at ECI speaking on condition of anonymity” as its source.

The same report said Early County safety Shawn Williams also made his qualifying score, and that he confirmed as much in a text message.

How can this be? Many yellow jacket morons said he was “dumb” and that’s why they didn’t recruit him. I mean, the yellow jacket fans know everything, right? I mean, that’s what they want everyone to believe. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Based upon published reports I have read, Geathers is the only one who hasn’t reported qualifying yet.

UGA class! You recruited a kid that nearly didn’t graduate high school and now your on a blog bragging about it? WTF? I guess graduating high school is a pretty big deal for a UGA fan! Oh yeah, thank you Sugerhill Douche, you finally came and picked my trash up this morning!

Lott qualified as well. He could be the stud end they’ve been looking for. He truly is a freak of nature athlete.

KG: Obviously you missed the grammar class when you were informed of the difference between “your” and “you’re”. I believe you should have used the latter in your initial sentence. Mr. Webster wrote a very interesting book…try reading it someday. Your momma would be proud.

Hey you pencil-necked geeks, I told Washaun what you were saying about winning last year and he said it “…was a statistical anomally.” Whatever that means.

My question is, if he is having such a hard time getting in how on earth is he going to stay around? Oh wait it is ugay, I guess I answered my own question. It is harder to get in then it is to stay in right. I mean it is just a entrance exam, not like taking regular college credits or anything. I guess the SAT is harder then anything ugay could throw at him.

KG, I’m sure, based on you’re comment you are living in dad, and mom’s house, and if you were mature you would’nt insult a sanitation man, N ot only is his job good for the enviroment, but I’m sure in tough ecomic times alot of people would enjoy his position. Washaun Ealey congratulation, and do good in the classroom all the time. Football is a beautiful sports, but when all is said and done knowledge as you mature will be your best alley.

My “official at ECI speaking on condition of anonymity” told me about a month ago that Ealey had “about a snowball’s chance in hell” of making it but at least he didn’t get caught doing a teacher like the other guy UGA recruited. I’m not surprised though, Twin City is rabid dawg country and about as backwards as it gets. I would have been shocked if they let their lord and savior CMR down. CMR best watch out though, the SEC is full of guttersnipes, I’m sure Ol’ Ball Coach, Kiffykins or Cryer will have the NCAA looking into this one…

So you want to knock academics at UGA? What about these majors at that “engineering” bastion known as Georgia Tech?

The School of History, Technology, and Society

Or how about this one:

The School of Literature, Communication, and Culture

Or even this one:

The School of Modern Languages

Uh oh, here’s another:

The School of Public Policy

These are all from the Georgia Tech website…..BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Just click this link if you don’t believe me.

http://www.gatech.edu/degrees/

They even list “music technology”. Notice how they throw out the “technology” word so easily. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! I’m surprise they didn’t call it music “calculus”. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Gee, nothing like flashing back to the 1980s. I’ll give you one more current than Jan Kemp…..George O’Leary. Played academically ineligible players for 3 years I think.

Harrick was a disgrace. The 3 point question was an equal disgrace. Harrick is gone. So talk to me about your bb coach and the apr score for your bb team.

Oh yeah, the yellow jacket nation is abuzz about whether or not Favors will make the grade. How can that be if you only pursue those scholastically superior student-athletes? Face it, lowercase chad, tech, like all colleges, will bend the rules for athletes. Your refusal to accept that fact doesn’t make it inaccurate.

By the way, I’ll toss out two more names…..Stephon Marbury……Reggie Ball.

The difference between what it takes for a student-athlete to get into UGA and a regular student is not a gulf, its a chasm. I suspect that if somebody compared UGA football signees’ academic records to those of average freshmen students, that the difference might be the largest in all of college football.

Based on what I saw last season and in the spring game, we may need Ealey at tailback a lot sooner than everyone thought. So, it is a big deal that he has qualified for entrance to UGA. Could Ealey, Orson Charles, and Marlon Brown all have a significant impact on our offense this fall? I think it’s possible.

chad, you’re such a pathetic loser. Most of tech’s players take such tough courses as “custodial engineering”. Everyone knows that EVERY program has easier courses for their players because the fact is that most blue chip players aren’t exactly speaking at their graduations. And, in regards to staying in school after you get in, they also provide tudors for their athletes to ensure their academic progress. Tech does it, UGA does it, and everyone else in Div 1 football does it, so please educate yourself and stop looking like the idiot you are.
