I actually played with Daniel on our HS varsity team, and yes we played in a pretty poor league, but he carried the Lions to three championships BY HIMSELF. I don’t know how you expect more than that. Besides the ICSGA, maybe you should check out his AAU playing. I think tech was a good choice because regardless of what you think, there IS more competition in the ACC in BASKETBALL. I’ve seen him play- i’ve played with him, and yes, he’s that good. I don’t see any of you haters playin college ball, gettin scholarships offered to you, or getting ranked #8 in the NATION by ESPN. So unless you think you can do better, perhaps you should just shut up and watch him prove you wrong. Maybe next time you’ll do your homework on a player b4 you down him…

All of your points are extremely valid. I mean you definitely brought up all the things that matter when it comes to playing the games. Well, everything except wins-losses. Sure, you’ll quote us something from the last several years, but what about recent history? Tell me again what you’ve beaten us in head-to-head of the big sports. I know, downtown Atlanta (ghetto, ha ha), small facilities (sounds like you’re trying to compensate for something else that’s small), ugly girls (thank God I didn’t marry a Tech girl, she’s from Florida so she’s hot AND used to beating the Pugs). Anything else I left out? Oh yeah, we’re all nerds, every one of us. You got it right. The good news is that you have perfection in all of those areas covered, with the exception of winning the games. Good thing this isn’t a sports blog or that simple fact would matter. By the way, why’d everbody say we put up a stachoo of Vince Dooley agin? He didn’t win but one Natchunal Champeenship when he’s here. And we didn’t even play Al’bama that year. Heck he didn’t even win that many SEC champeenships. I thank Ray Goff had better numbers for his time than Mister Dooley did in his first few seasons. Im a GT and UGA fan…. with Braves, Falcons, and GT Basketball being the best of all. Face it, college football blows… how do you get motivated if your a Hawaii or Utah football player knowing before the season even starts that you have NO shot at a national title!??
