In the real world, as opposed to reality TV, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Phaedra Parks would never ever do business with Kenya Moore knowing that Kenya has the hots for her husband.

But since these characters have to interact and since Kenya does video production, the producers surely “suggested” Phaedra use Kenya to produce her “donkey booty” exercise video.

No shock: it doesn’t go smoothly.

We clearly do not see the entire negotiation process. Kenya offers a $100,000 budget but I don’t know if she includes a “fee’ for herself or simply pads the budget to ensure some profit. She also appears to spring a back-end (no pun intended) fee on the profits of the video sales well into the process. She asks for what appears to be a reasonable 10 percent cut, especially since she sealed a distribution deal for them.

This was without a doubt by far the dullest episode of the season to date. The producers were groping in the dark for drama that never happened. Good news for me: a sweet, short recap. And if you missed the episode because they moved it back an hour earlier, no loss at all.

The pseudo-relationship between Kenya Moore and Walter Jackson is deflating faster than Lindsay Lohan’s career.

Kenya and Walter, since they came back from Anguilla, have not been spending much time together. She complains about it to Kandi, who senses this relationship is going nowhere.

They go fishing (something he likes to do) and she asks him if he even cares for her. He skirts the subject, just says things haven’t been right since Anguilla, that he feels “rushed and pressured” into an engagement he has no desire to get into. In a sense, that’s true. “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member and “New Normal” actress NeNe Leakes told Jimmy Fallon on his talk show Thursday that she and Gregg are engaged again.

The couple divorced in 2011 after 14 years, but he managed to get her back into his good graces.

Gregg told a radio host in 2010 how he felt NeNe’s fame had gone to her head and he had invested a lot of his own money into her career.

During season four of the Bravo reality show, as she was going through the divorce, she seemed miserable and angry. Any effort to “date” seemed halfhearted at best.

People magazine reports exclusively that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Phaedra Parks is pregnant with a second child and shows a picture of her in the Bahamas looking quite bumpy.

The attorney and her husband Apollo Nida have one other son, Ayden, who is two years old. On the show, they have showed her over-the-top birthday parties for Ayden and Phaedra freely says she likes to spoil him, calling him a prince.

They recently released a fitness video “Phine Body,” which focuses on building what Phaedra likes to call her “donkey booty.” The descriptive says it features :”a mix of aerobic dance elements, cardio training, strength training, core toning, and upbeat music.”

Everyone’s relationships seemed so sanguine during the just concluded Anguilla trip – save for the Kenya Moore/Walter Jackson charade.

But a gossip website I’ve never heard of in July claimed Phaedra Parks and her husband Apollo were getting a divorce.

What? Where did that come from?

I somehow missed that so-called “news” at the time and five months later, it has not come to pass. But it became the primary storyline tonight in an episode which also featured a tepid rehash of what happened in Anguilla re: Kenya.

Peter Thomas, Cynthia Bailey’s husband, read about the Phaedra/Apollo rumors and everyone wondered what was going on.

The producers then tried mighty hard to show signs that there is real discord between Phaedra and Apollo which goes beyond normal marital …

NeNe Leakes is now a bonafide actress. She’s on “The New Normal” on NBC after a stint on Fox’s “Glee.” So she has a good eye for bad acting – as in, Kenya Moore and Walter Jackson.

They are theoretically “a couple.” Kenya has been yammering about getting married and pressuring the poor man to put a ring on it. On the show, Walter is not doing a terribly convincing job acting as if he was all that into Kenya and her annoying self.

Last Monday, he told V-103 morning host Frank Ski that while he dated her years ago, he hadn’t heard from her in ages until Kenya asked him to be her boyfriend on the show. His friends told him it would be fun. He had no idea, though , that she’d be so pushy about “marriage.” Clearly, Kenya wanted a good storyline and Walter would be the prop.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” actress (yes, that’s what we shall call her now) Kenya Moore claims that Walter Jackson, the local tow-truck owner, was “deceitful” and “hateful” in his allegations on V-103’s Frank & Wanda morning show that she orchestrated their relationship just for the TV show.

She gave an exclusive statement to Wendy Williams, who read it on her show today:

Walter’s recent statements are completely false. I am embarrassed that I allowed a deceitful and hateful person in my life. He says he did it for fame. I’ve been humiliated enough by appearing desperate for a man to marry me who has his own agenda. I urge viewers to stay tuned. The truth will come to light. I have heard the fans and my friends loud and clear. I can do better than Walter …

Walter Jackson appears to be new cast member Kenya Moore’s boyfriend on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Moore spends much of the time trying to get him to marry her and give her babies. Jackson always seems flummoxed by the requests and kept begging her off. He also seems oddly unfazed when she flirts with other men in front of him.

Now we know why. He isn’t really her boyfriend. It’s all (gasp!) an act!

Jackson told Frank Ski and Wanda Smith that they did date for three months three years ago. They lost touch but then in April, she texted him and said she was coming to Atlanta. “I was kind of surprised,” he said.

She told him, “I’m going to be doing this show. What do you think of reality TV?”

“I don’t know,” he responded. “That’s kind of a stretch there.”

Kenya Moore in Anguilla

The ladies travel to Anguilla for a couples week with “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cameras in tow. Will the fur fly?

With unhinged Marlo Hampton off the reservation (remember her from South Africa?), we now have Kenya Moore to amptly fill her wack shoes. Kenya is both simultaneously trying to get her boyfriend to marry her while flirting madly with other men right in front of him.

This is either a woman who is a little psycho or clearly playing to the cameras – or both.

Last week’s episode, Kenya was making uncomfortably blatant goo goo eyes and comments to Apollo, Phaedra Parks’ hubby. Again, she did it in front of both Walter and Phaedra.

Kim is gone! Kim is gone!

Don’t know how many people will actually miss her at this point, but her departure (however contrived) felt apropos, with Kim stomping out of a meal with all the ladies.

Conveniently, the executives gathered all the cast members in the same room for the first time this season – including Kim.

They are planning a group trip this season to Anguilla. Kim missed the South Africa trip last year for K.J., her first baby with Kroy. This time around, she says she hopes to go, then quickly backtracks, saying she’s going to be too far along in her pregnancy. Everyone had accommodated their schedules for Kim and now she’s backing out. The ladies are a wee bit upset. Deep down, they are wondering if she’s really committed to the TV …
