Bo Bice is Broadway bound! CREDIT: AP
Sure, Constantine Maroulis has made his mark on Broadway. That makes sense. He’s truly theatrical.
But how about the other rocker from season four Bo Bice? Broadway doesn’t seem like it’s up his alley.
But the Cumming resident and runner up to Carrie Underwood will be in the cast of a Broadway revival of “Pump Boys and Dinettes,” according to the Associated Press. It starts in March, 2013.
I just tried to reach Bice by phone and text. I’ll update this if I get anything from him.

Georgia “Idol” winner Phillips Phillips, who is appearing this Thursday at Star 94’s Jingle Jam, will be opening for Matchbox Twenty. The tour stops in Greenville, S.C. and Savannah but not Atlanta.

iTunes rankings don’t appear to bode well for Lithonia’s Trevin Hunte on “The Voice” tonight. The other three performances were in the top 5? His “Wind Beneath My Wings”? 34.

Missed that season, but from what I’ve seen, Bo’s a decent guy. Not a big fan of his music.

Yeah, an Idol thread! I really liked Bo – in fact he was who I voted for. He was really good – did some Jim Croche and Southern Rock on the show.

I’d like to wish Bo luck. I still think there’s a market for southern rock. I wish he’d do an album in the mode of Blackfoot. He always reminded me of Ricky Medlocke vocally.

Anyone posting about The Voice this evening??? If not, I think I’ll use this time to put up my tree before my child comes home after completing the first semester.

Can’t remember the lady who just sang from previous season, but I had to turn my volume down from her screeching.
Good evening, DanJ

I left the room on RaeLynn (lol). First few notes didn’t hold my attention so I went to look for my Christmas stand and Christmas skirt.

When did Bo Bice move to Cumming? I thought he and his growing family lived in Alabama and Nashville? I wish him much success on Broadway! Love those “rockers” on Broadway!

Not sure why I think of Zoolander looking at him. I know, that’s not fair (lolol).

It would be nice if Trevin makes it, but it’s a hard call with the both of them left. I think the other guy is going to make it. I’m still not moved by either one of them, but Trevin sounds better on this song. However, I like the story of the other guy. Don’t know his name.

The bearded guy is Nicholas David I think. They sounded horrible together on Hero! Their voices don’t mesh well at all! I hope Trevin makes it over Nicholas.

I can see Bo Bice doing some Rickey Medlocke type stuff. That would de good.
Blackberry Smoke is carrying the southern rock flag. I saw them a couple of weeks at Wild Bill’s and they were awesome.
