Two Idols have tackled BR successfully: Constantine and Michael Johns. One has made mince-meat out of it: Kellie Pickler. Jessica was closer to the guys than she was to Kellie.

She didn’t butcher it, but it was not an “oh wow” top six performance like the judges have said people need at this point in the competition FOR YEARS…

Jessica’s performance was not even close to GOOD….but no matter what, the judges insist in giving her compliments…it was a terrible performance!!!!

I liked Skylar tonight. She definitely sang the song with passion, and I really like Show Must Go On.
I read in an interview that Colton said he would have sung this song had he stuck around, so I’m bummed that he didn’t get to sing this. Even so, Skylar did a good job. Definitely preferred her to Jessica.

It is that strong nasal quality that I don’t care for from Skylar. I find her quality of voice piercing.
