Herman Cain has signed back with his former employer AM750 and 95.5 FM News/Talk WSB.
Starting this morning, he will provide pre-taped two-minute commentaries each weekday at 8:45 a.m. during Neal Boortz’s morning show and repeated at 6:45 p.m. during Erick Erickson’s evening program. (UPDATE: Cain’s first topic this morning: the Keystone pipeline.)
The Atlanta businessman will also speak to Boortz live at 10:35 a.m. every Monday and Friday. And he will do occasional fill-in work for Boortz and Erickson when they are on vacation. This arrangement is set for at least through Election Day this year.
Pete Spriggs, WSB radio program director, said Cain’s busy schedule precluded him from returning to his talk show full time.
This exclusive radio deal does not impact Cain’s TV commitments, Spriggs added.
The former Godfather’s Pizza CEO was a night-time host on WSB from 2008 until early 2011 when he left to pursue a run for the presidency. With his debate performances and “999″ tax plan, Cain hit a peak in early fall when he briefly led in polling for the Republican candidacy but lost steam when hit by allegations of sexual harassment and adultery. He strongly denied the allegations. In early December, he suspended his campaign.

got to love all these saints on this blog throwing stones at Cain.for his issues, if you dont want to listen to him TURN OFF THE RADIO, mind your own business and vote for whoever the hell you want to vote for embecilles, last time I checked we’re still free in America to do all the above…if you want to make the attacks personal on Cain though look in the mirror cause what you’re attacking Cain for probably is what you’re guilty of as well or worse…the man got out..what more do you want? Stoning???…and DHD..i agree its amazing how racist some of these posts are and yet I hear nothing from Jessee, Al or the other race baiters…

I was hoping that Hermie was going to go back to his WSB talk show. Erick Erikson’s show has GOT to go. He stammers continuously, and I’m surprised that he has an ON-AIR RADIO job, of all things. I’d MUCH rather hear Hermie talk his down-home English, than listen to a stammerer/stutterer ANY day!
WSB, if Hermie can’t return to his evening show slot, why not let Andy Dean claim it? Or, let ME claim the spot! I have PLENTY of things to talk about…

By the way folks – WSB is only one channel out of many on your radio dial. If you don’t like it, move on

I would have to agree with Becky this was nothing than a huge book tour. Herman cain knew he couldn’t win, running for president just make him more marketable nationally. I have to give it to him he is a very smart businessman, and there is nothing wrong with that.

@Slobbering Dave- Thank you for reading my post. Your comments, while juvenile and down right simple, are appreciated. Please understand that I don’t have any emotional capital to waste on hating Herman or even a fop-doodle like you. I’m simply giving my opinion. After all it’s the American way.

Black Americans who have shed their blood, sweat and tears are sick and tired of this clown. He is a disgrace to all Black Americans who have shed their blood, sweat and tears (slavery, jim crow, etc.) and is a poster child for the homegrown terrorist group(s) known as the “tea party” whose weapons of choice are hatred, fear and rage/mob mentality against the American People (minorities, gays & lesbians, Muslims & Jews, etc.). He had his two weeks of GOP fame and it ended in shame and embarrassment for his wife and family.

I hope this means that more ladies are going to finally come out and talk about their experiences with The Cain Train. I mean it is has been over a month since anyone made any revelations about his conduct, and so far The Bachelor sucks this season.

The Demorats are still in full gear to continue the assault on Mr. Cain simply because he is a conservative and also a Black man who would dare be anything but a liberal weenie and a member of the “plantation.”

Neal is always lambasting the “black culture”. I wonder what culture Uncle Herman came from? I thought UH was well off but apparently not because why would any sane and decent human being want to be in the company of Bootz? I would rather sop cat sh!t with a toothpick before I would work with that poor excuse of a human being.

To all the posters who are judging Mr. Cain. Aren’t you the same Americans who said it was none of our business if Bill Clinton was having an affair while living in the White House because the economy was good. I remember comments like “it doesn’t make him unable to do his job”. First, don’t believe everythign the media reports. Next, look at the man for his accomplishments and dig into facts befor you get in line with all the lemmings behind the media. Herman Cain just could have been what we needed as a country but we will never know because either Mitt Romney’s camp or Obama’s camp decided he’s stir Washington up too much and he needed to get out of the picture. America will get what it deserve if Americans can’t think for themselves and not let the media do it for them. We wll get another 4 years of a miserable economy!

I’ve lived all over this country. WSB 750 is the finest, community – oriented radio station in the United States. Its news staff and reporting is second to none. It does more for Atlanta and Georgia than the other news entities combined. There is a reason it wins so many awards for journalism and broadcast excellence. If you want to fill your head with mush in the morning, there are numerous outlets on FM that will accomodate you,

Anybody happen to notice that when Cain dropped out of the race there has not been another word in the media about his alleged indiscretions?
That should speak volumes about those who just “wanted the truth to come out.” If they were truly interested in whatever truth was there, wouldn’t there be more stories?

As I understand it the Republicans had set a two month deadline for the President sign off on the Keystone project and he couldn’t do it — particularly since the pipeline was running over a huge aquifer that provided irrigation and potable water for a vast area of middle America.
Further, the pipeline was mere a means to transport Canadian oil to a US refinery and then to a port for export — it was never intended to be for US consumption.
So, refusing to be rushed, the Prez said no. We’ll see how it works out as time progresses.— time for a more thorough analysis. Of course, Big Oil will be turning the screws on the politicians. Let’s watch them squirm. Hahahahaha!
As far as Herman Cain is concerned, his demise was predictable. His arrogance did him in!

Herman Cain would have been a disaster as President; he’s unashamedly ignorant of pretty much anything dealing with elementary geography, not to mention actual foreign policy and history, both U.S. and world. The man couldn’t even begin to keep the Declaration of Independence separate in his mind from the US Constitution while he was pontificating to us all and stumbled embarassingly pretty much every time he was asked a question about international news. But, having said that, is it really a big deal that he has a couple of minutes a day on a radio show? It’s a simple matter to choose not to listen to him. I just thank my lucky stars such an unqualified, bullying ignoramus is not and won’t be our president.
