first – yes! ok, well first off – i always hate the bachelorette/bachelor series when they only have 3 or 4 contestants left. it gets boring. also, if you haven’t checked out ‘teen wolf’, please do, its an excellent show and a certain atlanta traffic reporter named dave calhoun is actually ON the show – coming up in episodes 11 and 12 i believe. also, rodney, please occuasionally tease us with what’s coming up on the summer hit ‘big brother 13′. its heatin’ up pretty good. that is all

HGTV Design Star – too early to say who i favor but hopefully they’ll impress me this week.
HawthoRNe – love to watch and follow the trend on twitter.
SYTYCD – I miss Mitchell :( But I’m still a fan of Melanie’s. I like Sasha, Tadd, and Ricky as well. :)
Against the Wall – If I remember and if the first show holds my attention…we’ll see.

Does anyone ever notice that the working women on tv all wear really high heels? I work with a lot of women, and the ratio of women who wear really high heels to those that don’t is really backwards on tv. I like the show Castle, but dang if a woman who is trudging all over NYC in some of the worst alleys is going to be wearing $750 Louboutins, yet Stana Katic is doing it every day. It happens on virtually every show.

Now don’t get me wrong, I like a woman in nice shoes, and the higher the heel the better her legs and bottom look, but it bugs the crud out of me for some reason when I see it on tv. It happens on Rizzoli and Isles, Covert Affairs…the funniest was that in the first few episodes of Nikita this season, she wore high heels every time she went out to beat up bad guys. Then, all of a sudden, she’s wearing more sensible combat boots (sensible for beating up bad guys in the show, that is). Someone there figured it out. Guess TV is all about looking pretty rather than being credible, but we all knew that anyway.

Is it just us, or does it seem that all those “home security” commercials Always show a white guy breaking in etc.?! Pretty funny…
