The two local “Celebrity Apprentice” contestants made Atlanta proud during Sunday night’s episode. As opposing project managers, both NeNe Leakes (for the women’s team ASAP) and Lil Jon (for the men’s team Backbone) created well-liked commercials for telecommunications company ACN.
Unfortunately, one team had to lose and it was NeNe’s. But NeNe was not on the chopping block. Instead, it was contentious, wearily stubborn 70-year-old Dionne Warwick.
While the concept of the show is really nothing more than “The Surreal Life” dressed up with business tasks, it does reveal interesting aspects of celebrities we wouldn’t otherwise see. Sadly for Warwick, a beloved R&B legend, we saw a cranky, unpleasant woman who didn’t always pull her weight on tasks.
During this task, Warwick’s downfall was deciding to cut out early on NeNe’s team while they were editing the commercial. In the boardroom, when she heard that Hope Dworaczyk and NeNe thought she was the weakest player, she threw up her hands and said no mas. Trump hates that type of behavior and she was out.
Even worse, after hugging NeNe goodbye outside the boardroom, she called NeNe a “coward, baby,” for not telling the truth. But NeNe was telling the truth. Dionne told her straight out, “I’m going!” and didn’t ask to leave, like she portrayed it.
In the post-elimination cab ride, Warwick showed her passive-aggressive nature by saying: “Sometimes ladies have a habit of not quite being straight up. I just don’t like craziness — unless I’m the crazy one!”
Otherwise, we saw the assertive, positive sides of NeNe we grew to love on “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” not her angry side. She was focused, on task and showed leadership skills as project manager. She delegated well and realized quickly that only Marlee Matlin and Star Jones on her team were really useful in terms of the real work. LaToya Jackson was left with time management while Hope and Dionne handled props.
During the boardroom, Matlin was deeply impressed by NeNe as a video director: “You’re one of the best directors I’ve ever worked with. She listens. She’s very approachable, very accommodating. She was a star!”
Trump joked, “You’re going to ruin your image!”
ACN wanted the two teams to create 30-second televised ads for its video phone. The teams took entirely different approaches. With the ACN executives emphasizing emotion over functionality, NeNe’s team decided to go the emotional route. They had a daughter in France kibitzing with her parents in the United States via video phone. Her mom happens to be a deaf, Academy Award-winning Marlee Matlin signing her way through a conversation. It worked.
But the men, led by Lil Jon, opted for humor. The set up is a son announcing to his parents that he is getting married but the kicker is his fiance is a dude, a dude that looks like Jose Canseco. Canseco already wore a dress during the second challenge. Now he added eye liner and had his hair primped up to play “Pedro.” It was actually funny and management thought it could go viral.
Lil Jon, ever the MC, was a lively host, hyping up the ACN crowd. He also got praise from Richard Hatch, of all people, as a leader.”He was efficient. He was effective. The man manages beautifully. He tasks people. He listens to people. He organizes in a way that is commendable.”
Lil Jon defended his choice of commercial in the face of Trump’s contention they were being too risque. “I’ve been in business for many years,” he explained. “The people who succeed are those who take chances. ACN has all the same kinds of commercials. They came to us for something different. Their slogan is life without boundaries. That means thinking outside the box. If they don’t like this commercial, they need to change their slogan. I put all on black in Vegas. Sometimes, you gotta take chances!”
In the end, Lil Jon was right: 53 percent of the 450 ACN employees preferred the men’s commercial over the women’s safer route.
And Lil Jon won $40,000 for his charity: Decatur’s United Methodist Children’s Home, a safe haven for abused children and youth.
Other notable moments:
- The women at the start of the show were still reeling from the previous task, which cost them Niki Taylor. “We lost against Gary Busey,” NeNe exclaimed. “How did that happen?” Mark McGrath felt his team won despite Busey.
- The men kept bickering but shut up when the women came back.
- Hope has shown no signs of life after four challenges. Her personality (or lack thereof) has been utterly overshadowed. She will be gone soon enough.
- LaToya is being under-estimated, true that. She is a bit too quiet and low-key for this show but she showed a little fight when NeNe started carping on her.
- Busey continued to irritate Lil Jon and Meat Loaf with his inability to focus at times.
- Canseco is just plain strange, his facial tics notwithstanding. During the meeting with ACN executives, he asked whether they could do a commercial where someone communicates on the video phone to… aliens. And he seemed serious.
- Next week: Meat Loaf blows up against Busey!

FInally! Dionne has been rude, unapproachable and full of herself since day one. And Starr Jones appears to only have problems with you if you’re white. They both should have their butts kicked for treating Lisa Rhinna the way they did. What goes around, comes around. I hope Starr is next. Then the scheming could stop and these ladies could really do some good for their charities. I agree, Hope needs to step it up, but the drama is killing this group of smart women, and there’s only two that have really caused it. Kudos to Nikki Taylor for her graceful exit. She showed what a true lady in business should be.

I AM SOOOOO GLAD DIONNE WAS THE ONE TO GO HOME. SHE IS RUDE, SELF CENTERED AND A PRIMA DONA. SHE IS WAS NOT THERE FOR HER LOOKS SHE WA THERE FOR A CHARITY WHICH APPARENTLY SHE CARES NOTHING ABOUT. SHE IS ALSO A LIAR. I WENT BACK AND WATCHED THE SHOW AGAIN BECAUSE I TAPED IT. SHE DID NOT ASK PERMISSION TO LEAVE SHE TOLD HER THERE WAS NOTHING FOR HER TO DO AND SHE WAS TIRED. IF YOU CANT’ HANDLE THE HEAT GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN. I DONT THINK SHE WANTED TO BE THERE ANYWAY. I THINK SHE THOUGHT IT WAS BENEATH HER. SHE NEED TO BE KNOCKED OFF HER PEDESTAL.

I’m sure Dionne’s agent regrets putting her on Celebrity Apprentice … it’s too bad the image she portrayed on this show trumps (sorry couldn’t resist) all the positive I remembered about her back in the day when she hosted Solid Gold.

i am glad that lil jon’s charity was the winner in all of this. everyone is so busy tripping about the personalities, the fact that hip hop’s lil jon– won a competition and that his charity helps children. kudos, boy!! dionne needed to go and hope should be next. latoya is the funny horse here, because her quiet ways could win it for her. kimZ, slow down, you are funny, but sometimes hard to follow w/your spelling. nene did represent– i was totally surprised. i do not think she was crying tho, because she thought they’d lost. i think she was crying because the crazy men’s team worked together well, and she knew her people did not all help on the same level. interesting side of her to see though.

I have seen nothing to indicate that Starr has singled out whites to dislike. After all, it was NeNe who said that Lisa was being set up because she needed to go. I was sorry that Dionne turned out to be so cantankerous! Not a good side of her personality! And Starr does not look like an alien. Bless her sweet heart, but it is LaToya who looks weird from so much plastic surgery!

Did not think men”s commercial, funny! If you have had an experience like this, it is very personal, and I believe most families would like to know, in a totally different way. I don’t think the men should have won. This is just something that should not be made fun of, sorry I have no sense of humor, here!

I don’t know or care who Lil John is, I just wish he had sense enough to know that the saggy pants and the shades are not appropriate for any boardroom, except possibly in the rap arena. I know the men won last night, but I personally, preferred the women’s commercial. Nene did a great job as project manager, and I was glad to see her and Star Jones working harmoniously together. I didn’t really have a strong opinion about Star before this, but she really is very smart and exudes strength and leadership.

Star Jones is the reason why the women can’t win. She takes over every task even though she is not the Project Manager! She is too conservative and can’t think outside the box. She stifles innovation and brainstorming. Jones needs to try to be a team member, allow other members to think and speak.

After watching (TAR) The Amazing Race, I somehow ended up watching The Celebrity Apprentice. I normally watch (TUB) The Undercover Boss but I just couldn’t stomach watching a CEO walking around in poop all night. Anyway, I was surprised TCA actually kept my attention. I thought it would be a boring program of celebrities ranting and raving about foolishness. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see celebrities acting in a competitive, strategic and somewhat professional manner while pitching ACN’s video phone product in a chance to obtain funds for their favorite charity.
Now to the point of who is the crazy one? Now, crazy is all relative to me. I mean, some people thought Einstein was crazy when he mention his theory of E-=MC2. Don’t forget the Wright Brothers, what did people say when they said, I believe I can fly. Or Ford, when he thought his
invention would be a better means of transportation than the horse and buggy. So, if we are talking
about who is the most creatively crazy person on the show? I would have to say, Lil Jon’s crew because they thought outside the box. Now, if you are asking me who is the – coo coo for cocoa cocoa puffs – crazy person on the show? Well, I will leave that up to the rest of the folks to decide that one.

I am of Dionne’s generation and I’ll tell you she is NOT an icon, she is a witch with a b. She is so full of herself and that is such a mistake. She has nothing to be proud of or to inflate her ego over. Most people under 50 don’t even know who she is except maybe for her marijuana arrest. I am so glad she is gone. I went back and watched the segment again and she flat out lied. She was the coward.

I don’t think Dionne was hateful or rude, mind you of her age. She is one who don’t like mess and can read people and just want to do what was asked of her. I thought it was petty of Nene to talk about the team behind her back and not say “whatever” she felt in their face being that she keeps it real. Dionne was corrent, Nene acted as a coward, she wasn’t honest not so much about when Dionne left but how she felt. No she’s not a babysitter but if she felt that strongly about the matter she should have communicated her expectation. She was the leader in the episode.

I love The Celebrity Apprentice. I love watching all the personalities emerge. I really had no clue as to who NeNe is, but I like her. Dionne Warwick should be ashamed of herself. She acted like a spoiled, lazy bitch with major attitude. She also lied in the boardroom about her early exit. We need Joan Rivers back! Despite her age, she never complained about being tired and worked like a dog for her charity! Star Jones is a bright woman but she tends to take over too much. The rest are just weaker players. The men continue to win to because they are more creative, and cohesive, despite having some pretty wacky contestants. The true weak link on the men’s side is Jose Canseco. He is just Lazy! Can’t wait for next week to see Meatloaf and Gary go at it!

Yea Dionne is gone. She challenged “The Donald” and lost, and she did flat out lie. She did not ask NeNe if she could leave. So she is the coward for not owning up to it. I am not a big fan of NeNe either but she did show a more humble side last night. She can go up against those ladies of Housewives, but she knew what not to do on the show. Although she still showed some of her personality, she also showed she can be gentle. I think her crying was a sign of humility because she thought she had maybe mess up and she is there for her team and it’s not about her for a change. She did a very good job as the PM in giving out assignments and being in charge. Latoya was the one to mention to NeNe that her vision was blurry so she WAS limited in doing a task, but she said she wasn’t.
Surprised that the men commerical did good, I also thought it was very risky….but it worked. Also agree….who is this Hope person and where did she come from? When “The Donald” ask her who she thought should go she even said Dionne. I think she was throwing Dionne under the bus because the others said she was not a team player. It wasn’t like her and Dionne had an issue because they had the task of together getting the prompts for the commerical.
I say again KUDOS to NeNe for a job well done!

Shame on Dionne. She should know better. But on the other hand, it has been said that what’s in you, will eventually come out. Let us not forget that she is the auntie of Whitney Houston. (Crack is whack). Dionne also stated in 2002 that the marijuana joints seized by airport officials from her cosmetic bag were used to treat glaucoma. This was during the time that she was working for the Psychic network. Wonder why if she was a mind reader, she didn’t know that she would get caught?

yeah NeNe shouldn’t have thrown her members under the bus as the PM she should have asked LaToya to do more if she felt she needed to. Latoya shared with her about her eyes possible because NeNe is approachable, but then she’ll stab you in the back. Those things NeNe said about Latoya behind her back, she should of said in her face. The things she said about Dionne, she should have said in her face, that made her a coward if she felt so strongly about how they felt she could have used her position as a professional and expected more and pushing them to be leaders. They lost because of the don’t stick together, and I believe that’s why NeNe was crying. She heard how the men worked together and she started the discord among the ladies, she was guilty of not encouraging yet she was creating division. Because if they were a team as she continued to indicate then then team should have said something to Dionne when she left out. When Dionne was doing her task she didn’t ask for help, she did her job, she don’t want to deal with the foolishness. Go Dionne.

I was very shocked that the men’s team won, but both teams did a great job! It is sad to see that women cannot work well together. The fact that then men did not want the women to see them bickering was commendable. Nene was wrong for saying that LaToya wasn’t contributing. There were not many tasks but homegirl was keeping up with the time. Dionne should have left last week, I believe the women’s team will begin to work better together with her gone. I understand that everyone respected her, well not really because I do not know what she was famous for, she was a psychic right? Anywhoo, I cannot wait to see Meatloaf and Gary go at it next week. That man, Gary, is scary I praise the men for putting up with him for this long. All last night I kept asking myself if I had every seen Lil Jon’s eyes, lol. again, lil jon’s charity is the United Methodist Home. he chose to raise money for that charity because his mother adopted two foster kids- a boy and a girl- when he, lil jon was growing up. again, he stated that the 40,000 he received last night for the organization would allow them to house additional families. now, many of you may not approve of certain lifestyles, but lil jon makes more money than anyone on this blog and i am willing to bet that he has already donated much more than the 40,000 that he rightfully won last night to that Home– glasses, pants, etc, and all! do not mistake portraying a certain image as being equitable to being ignorant and without skills or an adequate upbringing. he is doing his thing as himself and is garnering more respect than that lil whiner – i dont even know his name, on apprentice, more respect than the baseball player and wayyyyyyyy more respect than scary gary. dagggg, Atlanta– support your people. his win brings money straight to decatur, ga!! if all things were fair, since ACN was “upset that both teams could not win”– then, they should have donated maybe 10,000 to the losing team as well.

@Blue Dolphin, you’re obviously VERY young…Dionne Warwick is a singer. She also hosted a show many years ago when I was a kid. She’s had several major hits and at one time was probably as big of a star as Aretha Franklin.
I’m glad to see her go also, but the women’s team doesn’t work together. It won’t matter that she’s gone. For Nene to say that people MUCH more successful than her have no skill set. They must have something to have gotten as far as they have. She’s just now making a little bit of money. What she said about Star was just wrong. I just don’t care for this woman. I am a woman and I am a testament to the fact that Dionne was correct in saying that women are not always straight up with each other. They say they want one thing, then they change and say they want something else. Yes, Ne-Ne showed some cowardice tendencies, and Dionne called her out on it. But, I know enough to know that this is the way that the producers of this show want it to go. Seeing how there were only 2 white women left on the show, and only one was of any relevance (Marlee)–who was Trump supposed to interview on the womens’ side? Stop being so racist yourself, then attaching it to someone else. To the best of my knowledge, not a single one of the people on the show has exhibited, or made any reference to anyone’s race, but leave it to a lowly local Southern blog, to insert foot in mouth and lower the intelligence level of everyone. And for those who want to see Ne-Ne and Star leave next–get real. There is NOTHING about Hope worth watching, and La Toya is sweet, but that’s the extent of that.

It appears Dionne didn’t do any eye rolling and hip swaying with any of the black gals. Star is more educated and a team player and I suppose that excuses Dionne. She at least follows through when given a task. When given a chance she will extend her claws. Get real, the lowly local Southern blog is going no where. I’m sorry that Dionne is gone for only one reason. I wanted to watch her crash and burn as a project manager and be a royal bitch as she was failing. Almost everytime she was on camera she had food in her mouth and that didn’t shut her up. All respect that I had for her over the years has gone out the window. She’s mean, vindictive, and just a tad bit off her rocker!

go back and watch the first show and try and tell me there was not Black on White racism. The BOOK deal was hil-f..cking-lary-us. Dionne wanted HER name on the Book. That woman is what Whitney Houston is working hard to become real fast. The way Mrs. Matlin was attacked was very racist and anti-handicap.

Soooooo glad Dionne Warwick is gone. She made the comment that her body was telling her it needed sleep and since she was the “matriarch” she was going home. Pffft! Seems all of the comments so far agree with all of my thoughts in watching the series. @KimZ; If wanting someone’s name on a book makes them racist, then I really don’t know how to respond to that. I’ve seen ALL the shows, and for the life of me, I don’t remember seeing Marlee being racially attacked by Dionne.Maybe, if you can be more specific, I could address it, but I do remember the handicapped remark. And what has this woman being related to Whitney Houston, have to do with anything? You see, unfounded comments like that, are what make others go off the deep end about imagined racists attacks. Just like some white people like to say, “not EVERY THING is about race”.

I didn’t say wanting her name on the book was racists. The Fact the thinks her Black azz is better than the rest of the TEAM and deserver more credit that is the funny part.
Get Tivo or Dish on Demand and watch it again for yourself and open your eyes.
When Dionne said that a character in the book couldn’t be deaf because the kids couldn’t understand that concept was plain STUPID. How do children learn about the DEAF? If they are not exposed to that Handicap. and it’s challenges? The Black women were very clickish and were very aggressive towards the white women. If you couldn’t see that, then your Handicap is BLINDNESS.
Yes, any woman CAN be a Bi.ch, but a Lady CHOOSES not to be a BI.CH. Can you comprehend that concept? NeNe is Famous only for being a Bi.ch. The Omarosa Chick that TRUMP made Famous was because she CHOSE to be a Bi.ch too. YET, when Donald Trump asked if it had anything to do with stamina…Dionne chirps up and says “I’ll answer that, no it did not, like I said I would have stayed if there was anything for me to do”..totally contradicting what she said to the camera and what she said in the boardroom.

The company wanted more than a tear jerker…they wanted an internet sensation. Lil John came through. I like the ladies commercials, but it wasnt viral.
And the black on white racism thing some of yall are referring to is nothing short of bizaar, I mean what show are you watching?! Last week Dionne asked Nickie where was Hope,, who was not doing whatwhat was assigned to do. Nicky said something like I dont like how you are speaking to me. Last week Dionne called Nikki” that white girl” and she called her a hussy. She wan’t being funny, Why was that not some what racist? If one of the white ladies had said that it would have been considered racist. Trust me I am not a racist. I am a white gay man that believes in equal rights for all. We have black history month, a black gay pride, and even website black people meet. It goes on and on. Yet, if we had white people meet website, people would be up in arms about it. There can not be a double standard. What is ok for one should be ok for all.
Sorry for getting off subject, but I hate double standards from anyone.
Btw, I thought Nene was great. It was nice to see that side of her again. On RHOA, she tends to not show that anymore. They were wrong though for getting rid of Lisa. Dionne is the azz because she call Mrs Matlin’s input is CRAZY. 4-5 yr old kids can’t handle THAT kind of Diversity. When it is broached to have a DEAF animal Dionne says that is SAD. Dionne said kids will feel SORRY for the Handicap animal that can’t hear. WOW. Mrs Matlin call Dionne IGNORANT because of her lack of understanding of a MINORITY (the Deaf) boy who was the racists? STAR starts calling out LISA and talking down to her. BLACK POWER and White Guilt in action. JUST be YOURSELF but not if you are DEAF. We want an animal from AFRICA-the LION KING of the BEAST- but he/she can’t have a HANDICAP. The LION is the PROUD representation of AFRICA. Why did the Black ladies pick an animal found on only 1 continent (AFRICA)? Why not a MUTT DOG that can be found all over the world and full of diversity?
Why not a Dinosaur?
Nikki said 4-5 don’t know SHY. Dionne says a child can live with SHY but not DEAF? Dionne hated all the white ladies input because SHE was CREATING (her Concept) the STORY.
Every time LISA did something Dionne shut her down and called her out. When Trump Jr. asked who’s concept. He couldn’t finish the question before DIONNE said MINE IT IS ALL MINE. Children understanding Who they are Why they are, but the DEAF handicap was CRUSHED by DIONNE. Not Racist but not ACCEPTING of Diversity. STAR wrote the BOOK and was in-charge but was HIDING behind being the PL and hanging LISA out to dry. The Black Bit.hes were all over the WHITE leader. BLACK POWER and White Quilt. Reverse racism. STAR wanted to be on the COVER as Writer and DIONNE was the Concept creator. The Whole time they tried to HANG Lisa out to dry but tried to take all the credit. Mark It Right, what delusional world are you living? You can turn on every channel, but BET and see nothing but white people. e-harmony commercials are always a happy white couple that met on the site. Church is still the most segregated activity in the world. As for black gay pride, that is because of the black gay people feeling marginalized at the white pride events. How do you keep black people out of clubs and bars in Atlanta? Put in a dress code that doesn’t allow jeans or Timberlands.
And I distinctly remember when V-103 and Q100 teamed up to have a joint party, and none of the white fans of Q!00 showed up. Most of their reasons were that “black people are violent, and they may get shot.”

It amazes me that everytime you have 1 or more black person(s) in the mix, “race” is somehow thrown in there. Why can’t black people be judged as individuals like white people and other races. Did anyone watch the regular Apprentice last season when it was men against women? The same issues that you see this season, happened last season. Not to say women can’t get along, but there was only 1 black woman on that show (and she made it to the final four). There is no need to marginalize this into a black vs white thing. Or even a men vs women thing. The men have several issues on their team as well. Remember the first challenge when Richard bullied David Cassidy? Jose Conseco and his laziness? Next week’s episode with Meatball yelling at Gary? Gary Busey and his craziness? Speaking of Gary, if a woman came on set with only a robe and exposed her breasts? Would it be funny? Or a black woman? Could you imagine the comments?
I have not heard one person say look at these “white men”. If it was 3 black men, watch the negative comments go ‘viral’. And who is this Hope? She hasn’t done much of anything this entire season. Are the black women bullying her to stay quiet?

The only pleasant thing Trump could say about Lisa was her lips looked better than before. what the hell? Nicki Taylor, I liked her, but they ultimately lost the task because of the outside presentation in which she was in charge of. Nicki and Hope dropped the ball on that and graphics. We always think that most serial killers are white, while that’s true, over the course of time there have been a few that weren’t.
Henry Louis Wallace: He restricted himself to victims of his own race, like most typical serial killers. One way he was different though was that while most serial killers pick random targets, he picked people he knew. Between September of 1992 and March of 1994, Wallace raped and strangled nine young black women in Charolette, North Carolina. They were all people he knew. One was his girlfriends roommate, others were friends with his sister. His first six murders happened over a 20 month span but his last three were within 72 hours. He was arrested in January on 1994 and confessed to all nine killings. He was sentenced to death.
Carlton Gary: He killed outside his race. His combination of intelligence, charm and cunningness made him extremely dangerous. He was arrested in May of 1970 as a suspect in a rape-murder of an 85 year old woman from New York. He managed to shift the blame to someone who knew. After escaping prision, where he was being held on lesser charges, Gary made is back to his hometown of Columbus, Georgia. Between September 1977 and April 1978, the city was hit by a number of murders. The victims were seven white women, the oldest victim was just shy of 90 years old. He was later arrested for armed robbery and sentenced to 20 years in jail but after just four years he escaped. In 1984 he was charged with the murders and sent to die in the electric chair.
Celeophus Prince Jr: He too preyed on victims outside his own race. Between January and September of 1990, he murdered six women in San Diego. He stabbed one of his victims over 50 times and left bloody circles around his victims breasts. This would become his signature. Prince even killed a mother and daughter and bragged about it to a friend. He would even wear the woman’s wedding ring around his neck on a chain. He was called the “Clairemont Killer” during his nine month killing spree. He was arrested in September of 1991 and convicted of six counts of 1st degree murder, twenty counts of burglury and one count of rape. He was sentenced to death and is being held at San Quentin.

How about this BLACK SERIAL KILLER miss PARROT? LEE MALVO remember him?
The Washington sniper attacks took place during three weeks in October 2002 in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Ten people were killed and three others critically injured in various locations throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area and along Interstate 95 in Virginia. It was widely speculated that a single sniper was using the Capital Beltway for travel, possibly in a white van or truck. It was later learned that the rampage was perpetrated by one man, John Allen Muhammad, and one minor, Lee Boyd Malvo, driving a blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice sedan, and had apparently begun the month before with murders and robbery in Louisiana and Alabama, which had resulted in three deaths.[1]

@lyla singfield First of all, you missed the whole point! I never said or implied that there weren’t more things that are aimed toward white people. (There are more white people in the U.S.) You apparently can’t read and process things correctly. The point I was making is that if blacks (or other ethnic groups) can specifically have things called or named based on their color then all ethnic groups including whites should be allowed as well to do it with out being called a racist. That or no one should be able to do it. You could never have something specifically called White People Meet, White Entertainment TV, or white gay pride. Btw, I have seen blacks & Asians in E-Harmony commercials. So try again. I am not sure how you know about Gay Pride, but I have been at many and there are lots of blacks involved in the parade and the festivities. There are black entertainment acts, black drag queens, black hosts that all entertain at the event. So try again. Although, I don’t go out that much to bars anymore, every bar I have EVER been in has had black people there. Most all the people there were wearing jeans. Timberlands I have no idea. If a club has a dress code you either adhere to it or don’t go. They don’t let white people in not dressed appropriately either.
As far as the Q100/V103 party, I don’t know anything about it, and it has nothing to do with the point I was making. So the only delusion is on your part.

How typical, KimZ, that you have to go to Africa as a means. If that is the case, let’s look at the Nazis. Those, white, blond, blue-eyed people were the worst serial killers. If you didn’t make that description, you were out. And I will get the list of white people that have done more than their share of killing together.
And Mark It right, I don’t care if white people want something that they consider their own. And the way to get around that is to cleverly market it towards white people. As for gay pride, I have been many times and the amount of black people there was minuscule. And I have seen many white people at Black Pride, too. So, you need to try again. But the point that you are missing is that white people do participate in the black events. They don’t have a problem with that, and most black people don’t care if white people are there. Hence, KimZ’s point about the white people that spread the “love”.

KimZ and Mark It Right confirm my belief that white people are so narcissistic, and self-absorbed. “Black people want to go to white functions.” “White people can’t have this or that without black people intruding.” so it goes ad nauseum.
To answer your question, KimZ’s parrot, yes, I have heard of Wayne Williams.
Have you heard of Andrew Cunanan, Timothy McVeigh, Eric Rudolph (who still gets praise and adulation from white people), or the Unabomber?

@lyla stupidfield Again, you must not have the intelligence to understand a very clear point of view! I am going to put this as simply as possible.
No dear you need to try again. I NEVER said that white people don’t go to black events aimed toward black people.
WHAT IS RIGHT FOR ONE SHOULD BE RIGHT FOR ALL!
If you don’t understand that then there is no hope for you. Rather you agree or not is unimportant to me.
Now as far as everything else, your first sentence says it all “I don’t care”. That is quite obvious. YOU don’t care if others are treated unfairly. Yes there are products geared toward white people. There are products geared toward all races. For example I don’t know many blacks that use tanning beds. No more than I know many whites that use Bonner Brother’s Relaxers for their hair.
Apparently, you and I have never been to the same Gay Pride Events. Maybe blacks didn’t go those times because they heard you were going.
What Kim Z says has nothing to do with me. She has the right to her opinion just like you & me. That’s called being FAIR. But, I don’t think you understand that idea. No response is needed back from you. I have said what I wanted to say and if you can’t grasp, that’s your problem.

And Mark It Right, your argument loses all credibility when you have to resort to name-calling. Is this the playground, dear? And your beliefs that white people are being mistreated is laughable. Where did this victim/pariah mentality come from? It is the most absurd thing.
I hate to break it to you, but nothing is fair. Wow, I am actually telling an adult that things aren’t fair (I looks like I have come full circle in that playground statement).

You really can’t comprehend things can you? So sad for you. Hmm so life isn’t fair just accept it. So Blacks, Asians, etc should just accept the progress that has been made in this country. They shouldn’t fight for any more FAIRNESS?
I was taught that life won’t always be fair (Hello I am a Gay Man. Don’t you think I know that?) But I was also taught to treat other people fairly, even if I didn’t always get treated that way. Apparently, you weren’t.
I hate to break it to you, but you are the only victim. A victim of being ignorant. That is not name calling that is a FACT! Now take that to your playground and be quite.

Lyla Yes, I have heard of those people you mentioned and I don’t know what they have to do with anything. YOU said there is Only ONE Black Serial Killer. I just proved you wrong on that FACT. I never said the majority of serial killers are not white males.

Lyla why did you have to use a Gay Slang tern to Mark It Right.
You would have a fit if I said NOW GO AWAY The N. word. Wouldn’t you? That was not Classy.

Btw, being called the N-word is nothing new. Been there, done that. The slave references were also classy, but you didn’t see that. That was okay. I think that I have a better grasp on reality than letting a poster on a blog offend me.

@KiMZ thanks for saying that. It doesn’t bother me. I have been called worse. I don’t care what she says or calls me. She/he is just a name on an online comments section. I have tried to share my point with her and she either can’t comprehend or just wanting to be argumentative. Either way, I don’t care. Also, you are correct about your other statement about the n-word. To each his own.

And what is the “N-word”? I was referring to “nerd”. And Mark It Right, you are such a whiner. “Life is unfair”, sniffle, sniffle, it is so hard “because I am gay”, more sniffle. Newsflash: everybody has it hard. Whether you are black, latino, poor, white, rich, gay or straight.

@lula You have now try to go back to previous comments that we have already discussed and finished. Did you run out of things to try to argue with me? In what way does everyone have it hard?
You have no idea who I am and you’ll never have the pleasure of finding out. Better yet don’t answer any of my quetions. Just crawl back under your bridge.

Who is Lula? Lula da Silva the former president of Brasil? And judging by your whiney demeanor, I have seen enough. No arguments, dear, just statements. Your whole premise/argument is flawed/fallacious. I think that I have seen enough. So long, Mark It Right.

I think NeNe is “toxic”. She is so un-ladylike and a bad representation for ANY woman – especially those who she is representing, women of domestic violence. She projects a jealous-nature towards other women – both on Real Housewives and now, The Celebrity Apprentice. She needs to keep in mind that SHE is the only one on the women’s team who is not a “real” celebrity – and count her blessings. I would love to see her (just once) represent something positive and happy.
