A very funny parody of social media usage

This has nothing to do with Atlanta. But we in the media can relate. This is a parody done by the Dallas Fox 4 station of journalists’ love affair with social media using a fake City Hall shooting. Tweet about it if you can – from Starbucks!

Not funny. Not appropriate. Appearing in a parody hits their credibility and puts their jobs at risk. How will Fox local feel about a piece of video that has now gone viral? Shooting this on the set of the television station should not be allowed. It is cynical and not self mocking. It is passive aggressively directed at viewers. If you want to do a garage tape don’t do it on the set of your station. I would suspend the anchor .

@Rupert – Oh grow up and take it for what it was. Do you write letters of complaint to Saturday Night Live when they go to far?
