Report: Sheree Whitfield off ‘Real Housewives’?
Mediatakeout, which is often right but sometimes wrong, reports that Sheree Whitfield has been booted off “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” citing no concrete sources.
The Bravo publicist artfully dodged the question when I sent her an email asking her whether Sheree is gone:
hey rodney. bravo hasn’t made any decisions about season three yet. feel free to circle back and hopefully soon i’ll have more info for ya
I’ve sent emails or text messages to Lisa Wu Hartwell, Sheree herself and Kim Zolciak and have not heard anything yet. I’ll update this if I get any responses at all.
I’ve heard similar rumors and facetiously gave the greatest odds that Sheree would be out a couple of weeks ago (2-1). In an unscientific blog poll of more than 3,300 people, 29% wanted NeNe out, 26% wanted Sheree out. Kim got 19% of the votes while Lisa got 16%. Kandi was the most popular, with just 10% wanting her gone.
Bravo has not officially renewed the show but given its strong ratings, there’s 100% chance the show will return in 2010.

Please keep the show going. I looked forward to the entertainment each week. This was the only show I watched regularly. I did not take any of the Ladies serious. I thought this was only pure entertainment.

The reason I don’t watch the show is because of Kim and Big Poppas children. I do read this blog to keep up with RHOA. I feel like Bravo acted irresponsibly by casting Kim. She has children, he has children, what do they say to their children. Sheree and Nene, can you believe them? I mean really! The other disappointing thing is 1) they do not seem to have a history of charitable work or philanthropy, 2) there has never been any mention of their religious beliefs, values or which is their house of worship, 3) there isn’t a college degree between the five women. Kandi does appear to be the exception with her independence but she is responsible for song. Kandi the song is whack ok?

I would like to see the show continue with 1) real housewives and 2) more than anything else real black women making a positive contribution to their families, communities, cities, states and society. I seen enough of the catty, backbiting, rushing to judgment, jumping to conclusions and I am so my crap don’t stink. Time to recast with real women, women really balancing living, careers and family and making it work, that is the kind of inspiration I need, from someone I can really identify with, thank you.

Sheree got kicked off the show because she pulled Kim’s hair. Bravo has ALWAYS kicked off anyone who touch any other reality contestant during the taping of any of Bravo Network Shows. Now call POOKIE and see how far she can get you with that type of attitude BOO!

I am proud to see anyone trying to make it, the world would be a better place if we build people up as much as we tear them down then the world would be a much better place. Regardless of whether we like these people are not, they have a job and doing their thing and the way the economy is we should just praise these young women and Dwight for doing a job. I watch the housewives of atlanta on thursday night.I don”t like Sheree she need to get off the show.NeNe to Loud.the only two I really Like on the show is Lisa and Kandi.I like Lisa because she is a housewiive and she spent time with her husband and baby.Kandi she really made the show very down to earth.Kim is a want to be.Low class Lier.NeNe Loud and country .Sheree come down you ain’t all that looking Like a man.

Shallow is Sheree – there’s more to character than money and how you look, what you drive, what you wear…. Everytime she talks about the elite of Atlanta I get fooled and look again through the crowd – the elite of Atlanta wouldn’t set foot anywhere near the RHOA!! Give me a break.

I find it hard to believe that Bravo would proactively seek to remove Sheree given the drama she has provided. If anything, Sheree may be pulling a Paula Abdul, demanding more money and mistakenly overestimating her contribution to the show or just being her typical difficult and self-absorbed self and Bravo has had enough. Someone just checked you boo!
